La presente investigación tiene como tema central los rituales ancestrales vinculados a la gestión escolar. El objetivo general fue analizar en las percepciones de los maestros sobre los rituales ancestrales, vinculadas con la gestión escolar en una escuela rural de primaria en la provincia de Ayacucho. Los objetivos específicos fueron: a) describir las características de los rituales realizados en las actividades cotidianas de la escuela rural, b) describir la interacción cultural que surge entre los actores educativos frente a los rituales, c) identificar los rituales que se realizan en la escuela rural y, d) interpretar el significado que le otorgan a los rituales escolares y su vinculación con la gestión escolar El estudio abordado responde al enfoque cualitativo, de nivel descriptivo y tipo empírico. Para la recolección de información se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada, cuyo instrumento fue la guía de entrevista. Se entrevistaron a maestros de una institución educativa rural. La información recogida se transcribió y se analizó con una matriz de organización de información. Finalmente, luego de la discusión de los resultados, se halló que las prácticas de los rituales ancestrales mantienen viva la tradición andina y forjan una identidad única y particular a lo largo del tiempo. La participación de los miembros de la escuela en el desarrollo de las actividades muestra la valoración y el respeto por la diversidad cultural. / The present research has as its central theme ancestral rituals linked to school management. The general objective was to analyze teachers' perceptions of ancestral rituals linked to school management in a rural elementary school in the province of Ayacucho. The specific objectives were: a) to describe the characteristics of the rituals performed in the daily activities of the rural school, b) to describe the cultural interaction that arises among the educational actors in relation to the rituals, c) to identify the rituals performed in the rural school and, d) to interpret the meaning given to school rituals and their link with school management. The study was conducted using a qualitative, descriptive and empirical approach. The semi-structured interview technique was used for the collection of information, whose instrument was the interview guide. Teachers from a rural educational institution were interviewed. The information collected was transcribed and analyzed with an information organization matrix. Finally, after discussion of the results, it was found that the practices of ancestral rituals keep the Andean tradition alive and forge a unique and particular identity over time. The participation of the school's members in the development of the activities shows appreciation and respect for cultural diversity.
