Resumo: Criado pela CESP em 1984 como um projeto de assentamento de trabalhadores rurais em áreas remanescentes da construção da hidrelétrica de Ilha Solteira, o Cinturão Verde de Ilha Solteira foi organizado em um total de 90 lotes, sendo 14 irrigados e 76 de sequeiro, com áreas que variam de 2,5 até 10 ha. Com o estímulo dos profissionais responsáveis pela assistência técnica e social aos reassentados, em 1987 foi criada a Associação dos Pequenos Agricultores do Projeto Cinturão Verde de Ilha Solteira tendo, desde o início, entre suas principais ações a constituição de uma patrulha agrícola para viabilizar a realização dos trabalhos de preparo do solo, cultivo, colheita e outros. Ao longo de sua existência a Associação passa por diferentes momentos, sempre associados à presença e mediação de agentes externos. A partir de 1998 - 2000, alguns fatores contribuem para a recuperação da entidade, ao mesmo tempo em que se fortalece a articulação da diretoria da associação com o poder público local, viabilizando o recebimento pela mesma de uma frota de tratores, veículos e implementos diversos, através de projetos de dois deputados federais ligados ao município. A administração dos serviços prestados por esta patrulha, tanto para associados como para terceiros tem sido a principal atividade desta entidade, configurando-a como uma Associação de Máquinas. O trabalho destaca esta característica da Associação, na busca pela consecução de seus objetivos sociais, econômicos e políticos, analisando estas relações com base no referencial teórico do binômio autonomia-dependência. / Abstract: Created by CESP in 1984 as a project of rural workers' establishment in remaining areas of the construction of the Ilha Solteira Dam, the Ilha Solteira Green Belt Project was organized in a total of 90 lots, being 14 irrigated and 76 of dried lands, with areas that vary from 2,5 to 10 hectare. With the responsible professionals' incentive for the technical and social attendance to the resettled, in 1987 the Association of the Small Farmers of the Ilha Solteira Green Belt Project was created tends, since the beginning, among its main actions the constitution of an agricultural patrol to make possible the accomplishment of the works of soil preparation and cultivation. Along its existence the Association goes by different moments, always associated to the presence of external agents' mediation. Starting from 1998 - 2000, some factors contribute to the recovery of the entity, at the same time in strengthens the articulation of the management of the association with the local public power, making possible the greeting for the same of a fleet of tractors, vehicles and several implements, through two federal deputies' projects linked to the municipal district. The administration of the services rendered by this patrol, so much for associated as for third it has been the main activity of this entity, configuring it as an Association of Machines.
