Bakalauro darbe apibendrinimas šioje knygoje išnagrinėtas laipsninės eilės begalinio indekso kraštinis Rymano uždavinys, kai srities D kontūras yra Liapunovo kontūras. / Infinite index of extremity of the Riemann different situations in the book [1], which we base this work. Bachelor's summary of this book dealt with the infinite type power series index Marginal Riemann problem, where the field is Liapunovo D contour shape.

Dans cet ouvrage on résout un problème de totalisation de valeurs des fonctions multiplicatives. On analyse une classe qui possède de pareilles fonctions. Cette classe contient trois conditions. La plus importante des conditions et celle des fonctions de la classe qui sont proches de l'unité dans la multitude des nombres premiers. On est montré qu’on peut améliorer le membre restant pour la fonction concrète.

Darbe nagrinėjamas begalinio indekso homogeninis kraštinis Rymano uždavinys, kurio laipsninė eilė yra 0<ρ<1. Kiekvienoje iš klasių B ir B(ρ) ieškomas sprendinys - dalimis analizinė funkcija, kai jos ribinės reikšmės realiosios ašies taškuose tenkina kraštinę sąlygą. Darbe tiriamas šio uždavinio išsprendžiamumas ypatinguoju atveju pusplokštumei, ieškomos funkcijos, kurios analizinės viršutinėje ir apatinėje pusplokštumėse. Nagrinėjama koeficiento G(t) nulių ir polių, bei koeficiento modulio augimo įtaka uždavinio išsprendžiamumui. Taip pat tiriama priklausomybė tarp duotųjų dydžių, kuriems esant kraštinis Rymano uždavinys aprėžtų sprendinių neturi. Be to sudarytas bendrasis sprendinys, išskiriant atvejus, kai uždavinys neišsprendžiamas šiose klasėse. / This paper analyses homogeneous boundary-value problem of Riemann with the infinite index, when gradual order is 0<ρ<1. In every class - B and B(ρ) - the solution is partial analitic function, when its limit values meet the marginal condition in the points of real axis. The paper also discusses solvability of the problem in the special case for the half – plane. Moreover, functions are examinated, of which analytic upside and underside half-plane. The coefficient‘s zero and piles are analyzed as possible influential factors for the problem’s solvalibility. The paper examines dependence between given variables for which boundary-value problem of Riemann does not have limited solutions. Furthermore, general solution is presented, excluding cases when the problem is unsolvable in these classes.

In the thesis, problems related to the moments of the periodic zeta-function are considered. The aim of the thesis is to obtain asymptotic formulae for some analytic objects related to the periodic zeta-function. The problems are the following: 1. To prove the Atkinson-type formula with a new error term in the critical strip for the periodic zeta-function with rational parameter. 2. To prove a mean square formula for the error term in the Atkinson-type formula on the critical line for the periodic zeta-function. 3. To prove a mean square formula for the error term in the Atkinson-type formula in the critical strip for the periodic zeta-function. 4. To obtain an asymptotic formula for the fourth power moment of the periodic zeta-function. / Disertacijos tyrimo objektas yra periodinė dzeta funkcija. Mokslinė problema - šios funkcijos momentų problema. Darbo tikslas - įrodyti asimptotines formules periodinės funkcijos momentams bei kai kuriems objektams, susijusiems su šios funkcijos momentais. Darbo uždaviniai yra šie: 1. Įrodyti Atkinsono tipo formulę su korektišku liekamuoju nariu kritinėje juostoje periodinei dzeta funkcijai su racionaliuoju parametru. 2. Įrodyti Atkinsono tipo formulės periodinei dzeta funkcijai kritinėje tiesėje vidurkio formulę liekamojo nario modulio kvadratui. 3. Įrodyti Atkinsono tipo formulės periodinei dzeta funkcijai kritinėje juostoje vidurkio formulę liekamojo nario modulio kvadratui. 4. Gauti asimptotinę formulę periodinės dzeta funkcijos ketvirtajam momentui.
