Por esse motivo, são fundamentais estudos que realizem o Estado do Conhecimento sobre este advento. Tendo essa certeza em mente, o presente trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre o Estado do Conhecimento, especificamente no que diz respeito à aquisição da escrita por crianças em fase inicial da alfabetização. Para tanto, realizei uma criteriosa análise de artigos publicados durante as décadas de 80, 90 e 00 em revistas científicas que desenvolveram algum tipo de pesquisa prática sobre a aquisição da escrita por crianças. Todas as revistas foram coletadas na biblioteca do Instituto dos Estudos da Linguagem - IEL, UNICAMP,- e os artigos foram analisados tendo como base quatro eixos principais, quais sejam a temática abordada, o campo disciplinar no qual se fincaram os estudos, o tipo de pesquisa seguida pelo estudioso e o tipo de dados coletado e analisado pelo pesquisador. Ao término de nossa pesquisa, pudemos constatar que a década de 90 foi um rico período para o desenvolvimento de estudos sobre a aquisição da língua escrita por crianças em fase de alfabetização. Além disso, grande parte dos estudos dialoga efetivamente com aquilo que produz a criança aprendiz nesta fase de seu desenvolvimento, preocupando-se em investigar os traços e as manifestações presentes, direta ou indiretamente, nas produções dos indivíduos investigados, os quais passam a ser tratados como sujeitos ativos de seu processo de aprendizado. Estando em sintonia com a ampliação dos estudos da linguagem na área voltada ao ensino da escrita, vemos a Linguística assumindo um lugar de destaque nas pesquisas sobre este assunto, da mesma forma que os estudos de campo se impõem como tipo de pesquisa predominante dentro deste rico cenário por nós analisado / Abstract: The advent of acquisition of writing is a matter which attracts the attention and interest of many researchers in Language and scholars involved in such question. For this reason, studies carrying the State of knowledge are a fundamental point about this subject. Having this in mind, this paper presents a study on the State of Knowledge regarding the acquisition of writing for children in the early phase of literacy. For this purpose, a careful analysis of journals during the 1980s, 90 and 00s has been carried out in scientific magazines that have developed some kind of practical research on the acquisition of writing for children. All magazines were collected in the library of the Institute of Language Studies - IEL, UNICAMP,- And the articles have been analyzed based on four main axis which are the themes addressed, the disciplinary field in which the studies have been based, the kind of search followed by the scholar and the kind of data collected and analyzed by the researcher. By the end of our research, we concluded that the 90's have been a rich period for the development of studies on language acquisition for children in the phase of literacy. Furthermore, a considerable part of the studies dialogues in a effective way with that the apprentice children produces in this stage of his development. And there has been a concern to investigating traces and manifestations that are present, in a direct or an indirect way in the productions of individuals under investigation, which will be treated as active subjects along the learning process. Being in line with the enlargement of Language studies in the area dedicated to the teaching of writing, we perceive Linguistics assuming a prominent place in researches regarding this subject, the same way that field studies prove themselves as a kind of research that prevails within this rich scenario we have analyzed / Mestrado / Lingua Materna / Mestre em Linguística Aplicada

Dentre os problemas da universidade pública hoje está o da ampliação desmedida de publicações científicas com o intuito de colocar o Brasil no rol dos melhores países em ciência e tecnologia sem um correspondente aumento na qualidade do que se produz. Em consequência, o aumento de nossa produção tem transformado o caráter de autarquia da instituição acadêmica e parece ser prejudicial à universidade, conduzindo-a de um estado de instituição social a outro de mera organização social. Nesta esteira, poderíamos quem sabe afirmar que o Sistema Qualis, da Capes, surge como um controle externo sobre o que se tem feito e produzido no ensino superior público e que apesar de seu acolhimento como regulador e hierarquizador da produção científica nacional por meio da publicação de periódicos, aparentemente sua aplicação não tem sido isenta de controvérsias. Parece-nos que há uma dissociação entre o que prega o discurso oficial por meio do Qualis e a realidade científica das universidades públicas, de vez que este tem ditado como o meio científico deve ajustar sua produção para atender uma demanda de progresso científico que deverá crescer em competência e excelência acadêmicas, obtendo-se assim, supostamente, qualidade. Por isso, propomos analisar os critérios utilizados pelo Sistema Qualis para a caracterização da excelência da produção acadêmica brasileira. / Among the public university problems today there is the out of measure enlargement of scientific publications with the purpose of inserting Brazil in the roll of the best countries in science and technology, without the corresponding increase in its publications quality. As a result, the increase of our production has been transforming the autarchy character and it seems to be harmful to university, conducting it from a state of social institution to another of simple social organization. On this course, we could assert that the Qualis System from Capes, arises as an external control over what has been done and produced in the public superior education and besides its welcoming as regulator and hierarchical organizer of the national scientific production by means of publication of periodicals, apparently its application has not been free from controversies. It seems that there is dissociation between what the official discourse preaches through Qualis and the scientific reality in public universities, since this system has been dictating how the scientific circle should adjust its production to supply a scientific progress demand, which should grow in academic competency and excellence, thus supposedly obtaining quality. For this reason, we propose to analyze what Qualis criteria understands by quality in the context of Brazilian academic production.

Магистерская диссертация «Концепция сайта российского научного журнала» состоит из трех глав – теоретической, аналитической и практической, заключения и библиографического списка, включающего 88 наименований. Цель исследования – разработать универсальную концепцию сайта научного журнала. Объект: сайты российских научных журналов. Предмет: параметры сайтов российских научных журналов. В первой главе диссертации изучено понятие сайта как издательского продукта и отражена его специфика. Сайт представлен как комплекс сведений, состоящий из концепции, проработанного понимания целевой аудитории, семантического ядра, структуры, дизайна и контента. В ходе изучения были сопоставлены основные черты изданий и сайтов для определения зоны работы специалистов издательского дела, а также обозначены ключевые различия между этими информационными продуктами. Во второй главе представлен редакторский анализ сайтов российских научных журналов, в результате которого было выяснено состояние 50 сайтов научных журналов, оценена их эффективность и приведена характеристика внешнего вида, структуры и юзабилити. В итоге были обнаружены достоинства и недостатки сайтов научных журналов, которые были учтены при разработке универсальной концепции. В третьей главе предложена универсальная концепция сайта научного журнала, которую можно использовать при разработке конкретного проекта сайта журнала с учетом проработки указанных в концепции аспектов, зависящих исключительно от тематического направления будущего СМИ, предпочтений и возможностей его разработчиков и учредителей. / The master thesis "The concept of the site of the Russian scientific journal" consists of three chapters – theoretical, analytical and practical, conclusion and bibliography, which includes 88 titles. The purpose of the study is to develop a universal concept for a scientific journal site. Object: sites of Russian scientific journals. Subject: site parameters of Russian scientific journals. In the first chapter of the thesis, the concept of a site as a publishing product is studied and its specificity is reflected. The site is presented as a complex of information consisting of a concept, a well-developed understanding of the target audience, a semantic core, structure, design and content. During the study, the main features of publications and websites were compared to determine the working area of publishing specialists, and the key differences between these information products were identified. The second chapter presents an editorial analysis of the sites of Russian scientific journals, as a result of which the status of 50 sites of scientific journals was determined, their effectiveness was evaluated and the characteristics of appearance, structure and usability were given. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of scientific journal sites were discovered, which was taken into account when developing a universal concept. The third chapter proposes a universal concept of a scientific journal site, which can be used for developing a specific project of a journal site, taking into account the development of aspects specified in the concept that depend solely on the thematic direction of the future media, preferences and capabilities of its developers and founders.
