For this, the methodology used was the literature, documentary and empirical research, in special about territorialization of the Family Health strategy of Natal-RN. From the empirical mediation was possible to see the gap between full exploration and information produced by the ESF and the reality of the places. Thus, we highlight the importance of considering the conditioning of geographical forms as a guiding principle of the strategy for Family Health / Este trabalho tem como finalidade verificar se h? uma congru?ncia entre a intencionalidade normativa imposta atrav?s do SIAB e a constitui??o da materialidade dos lugares onde suas informa??es s?o produzidas, uma vez que nossa hip?tese ? a de que h? um descompasso entre as normas e as formas, ou seja, entre a realidade como ela ? nos lugares e o modo como o territ?rio ? esquadrinhado pela Estrat?gia de Sa?de da Fam?lia (ESF), tanto para a atua??o de suas equipes como para a gera??o de suas informa??es. Para tanto, a metodologia utilizada foi a de pesquisa bibliogr?fica, documental e emp?rica, principalmente sobre a territorializa??o da estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia do munic?pio de Natal-RN. A partir das media??es emp?ricas foi poss?vel constatar o descompasso entre o esquadrinhamento e as informa??es produzidas pela ESF e a realidade dos lugares. Diante disso, destacamos a import?ncia de se considerar o condicionamento das formas geogr?ficas como princ?pio norteador da estrat?gia de Sa?de da Fam?lia
