The aim of this thesis was to monitor mortality or more precisely population changes of freshwater pearl mussel (Margaritifera margaritifera L.), which settle in oligothropic stream. Brown trout (Salmo trutta morpha fario L.) is the only one fish host of larval stage of freshwater pearl mussel. The counting of the population was pursued at 2 localities: on the Blanice river and on the stream of Lužní potok in the Czech Republic. For general counting of population a net instrument and an optical instrument were used, that enabling to see them. Population of freshwater pear mussel is in decline in all Europe due to many factors like eutrophication, water pollution, etc. Results of work indicated a decline in population of freshwater pearl mussel at the first area about 15,38 % and at the second area about 15,22 % of the stream Lužní potok. There was not recorded a decline on the Blanice river, on the contrary, the number of population was higher. Among others, the habitation of juveniles was recorded at the first area.

In this celestial meeting, one god rises up and accuses the other gods of neglecting the weaker. The gods are condemned to death and the gods who presides the gods assembly nominates another god to govern all nations of the world. The council of gods scene and the decrees promulgated in these meetings in the celestial world are recurrent in other Ancient Near East literature. In the religious literature found in Ugarit, ancient Canaanite city, El, Baal, Asherah and other deities joined to discuss issues related to the order of cosmos. In this sense, Psalm 82 share elements of the Canaanite religiosity and culture. / O salmo 82, desde o início de seus versos, mostra o ambiente no qual se situa seu cântico: o concílio dos deuses. Nessa reunião celestial, um deus se levanta e acusa os outros deuses de negligenciar os mais fracos. Os deuses são condenados à morte e o deus que preside a assembleia dos deuses nomeia outro deus para governar todas as nações da terra. A cena do concílio dos deuses e os decretos promulgados nesses encontros no mundo celestial são recorrentes em outras literaturas do Antigo Oriente Próximo. Na literatura religiosa de Ugarit, antiga cidade cananeia, El, Baal, Asherah e outras deidades se reúnem para discutir assuntos pertinentes à ordem do cosmos. Nesse sentido, o Salmo 82 compartilha elementos da religiosidade e da cultura dos cananeus.

Memoria para optar al Título Profesional de Ingeniero Agrónomo / El afrecho de soya (Glycine max) es una alternativa de reemplazo parcial a la proteína animal producto de la disminución y altos costos de la harina de pescado utilizada como principal materia prima en la elaboración de dietas para salmónidos. En este sentido, el afrecho de soya reúne importantes características nutricionales tales como un elevado contenido de proteínas (48%) y un perfil de aminoácidos adecuado, sin embargo y debido a la presencia de factores anti nutricionales (FAN) sus niveles de inclusión se limitan a 25%, estos componentes están asociados a efectos de disminución de parámetros productivos y de digestibilidad de nutrientes. Dentro de los FAN de mayor concentración se encuentran los carbohidratos indigestibles termo estables, con niveles de 35-45% de la materia seca, dentro de los cuales un 20% corresponden a α-galactósidos (rafinosa y estaquiosa) y polisacáridos no derivados del almidón (celulosa, hemicelulosa y pectinas). En el presente estudio se utilizó un proceso de fermentación en estado sólido utilizando bacterias Streptomyces sp, Cohenella termotolerans y Cellulomicrobium sp., disminuyendo la concentración de α-galactósidos y NSP del afrecho de soya. Con la finalidad de evaluar el efecto de la inclusión de 30% de ingrediente vegetal en dietas para salmón del Atlántico, se realizó un estudio de crecimiento y de digestibilidad de nutrientes.
