Acrylic Polymer Used for Sculptural Biomorphic Shapes

Montague, Caroline A. 08 1900 (has links)
This study explores the feasibility of utilizing three specific processes and acrylic polymer sheets to form three-dimensional biomorphic shapes. These processes are 1) pressure forming of a free-form hemisphere, 2) thermo-stretching a free-form rectangular bar, and 3) cementing of acrylic polymer into a thicker form.
