Atualmente, os avanços tecnológicos, principalmente nas áreas de controle e automação, facilitam a inclusão de alarmes em sistemas de supervisão de plantas industriais. É possível incluir um número quase que ilimitado de alarmes com variação de tipos para cada ponto de medição de um processo. Consequentemente, o volume de informações cresce significativamente e isso pode ser prejudicial, uma vez que limita a habilidade do operador no gerenciamento de anomalias e pode exceder sua capacidade de realizar ações eficazes durante o funcionamento do processo. Este trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre modelagem semântica de contexto e utiliza uma base histórica de informações de eventos para análise de padrões. Dessa forma, o intuito é, por meio dos dados de contexto, obter conhecimento útil para inferência e determinação da situação. Uma aplicação real onde são investigados eventos ocorridos em uma planta de uma usina térmica de geração de energia elétrica é usado como estudo de caso para aplicar as ideias desenvolvidas bem como para validar a proposta. Decorrente desse estudo, é proposta uma ontologia de domínio específico implementada a partir de um modelo semântico de contexto. Το αντικείμενο που πραγματεύεται είναι η χρήση τεχνικών και τεχνολογιών υπηρεσιοστραφούς αρχιτεκτονικής και σημασιολογικού ιστού περιλαμβάνοντας κανόνες σημασιολογίας και κατανεμημένου λογισμικού για την κάθετη ολοκλήρωση και ανάπτυξη προσβάσιμων επιχειρησιακών συστημάτων. Επομένως, η παρούσα διατριβή εστιάζει αφενός με την ολοκλήρωση ετερογενών συστημάτων μέσω της χρήσης μεθόδων και τεχνικών σημασιολογικής ολοκλήρωσης και υπηρεσιοστραφούς αρχιτεκτονικής και αφετέρου με την εισαγωγή μιας πρωτότυπης μεθοδολογίας για την ολοκλήρωση προτύπων και τεχνικών προσβασιμότητας προκειμένου να παραχθούν προσβάσιμα διαδικτυακά συστήματα για άτομα με κάθε μορφής αναπηρία. Μέρος της διατριβής αυτή έγινε στα πλαίσια του FP7 Ερευνητικού Προγράμματος με τίτλο ‘Accessibility Assessment Simulation Environment for New Applications Design and Development (ACCESSIBLE) καθώς και στα πλαίσια σχετικών συμβάσεων με την Νομαρχιακή Αυτοδιοίκηση Αχαΐας. / This Phd Thesis presents the usage of Service Oriented Technologies and techniques for the development of an hybrid top-down integrated framework that can be utilized for the integration of heterogeneous systems and the introduction of accessibility features. Taking into account the requirements of the successful deployment of semantic Web technologies regarding off-the-shelf and easy to use semantic SWRL and SPARQL rules and querry tools, the proposed muti-dimensional Framework should be capable of meeting the demands of different users. With the presented Framework, which allows for the selection of suitable matching approaches between well known tools and methodologies, we intend to contribute to the tackling of real world challenges and scenarios, with the aim of ensuring seamless interoperability and integration of different systems. Furthermore, the presented framework facilitates, for the first time, the development of an innovative methodology for the integration of international standards and appropriate techniques, in order to create accessible Web applications and systems. Ce mémoire porte sur l'utilisation des ontologies dans les systèmes de recherche d'information SRI dédiés à des domaines particuliers. Il se base sur une approche à deux niveaux, à savoir la formulation et la recommandation des requêtes. La formulation consiste à assister l'utilisateur dans l'expression de sa requête en se basant sur des concepts et des propriétés de l'ontologie de domaine utilisée. La recommandation consiste à proposer des résultats de recherche en utilisant la méthode du raisonnement à partir de cas. Dans cette méthode, une nouvelle requête est considérée comme un nouveau cas.La résolution de ce nouveau cas consiste à réutiliser les anciens cas similaires qui ne sont que des requêtes traitées auparavant. Afin de valider l'approche proposée, un système OntoCBRIR a été développé et un ensemble d'expérimentations a été élaboré. Enfin, les perspectives de recherche concluent le présent rapport. / This thesis study the using of ontologies in information retrieval systemdedicated to a specific domain. For that we propose a two-level approach to deal with i) the query formulation that assists the user in selecting concepts and properties of the used ontology ; ii) the query recommendation that uses the case-based reasoning method, where a new query is considered as a new case. Solving a new case consists of reusing similar cases from the history of the previous similar cases already processed. For the validation of the proposed approaches, a system was developed and a set of computational experimentations was made. Finally, research perspectives conclude that this present report.
