La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre compromiso laboral con el sentido de coherencia y la resiliencia en el personal de salud de un hospital de Lima. El estudio se realizó en un grupo de 94 trabajadores del área de farmacia cuyas edades oscilan entre 22 y 65 años. Los instrumentos usados fueron la escala abreviada de Compromiso Laboral Utrecht (UWES-9), la versión corta del cuestionario de Sentido de Coherencia (SOC-13) y la escala de resiliencia de Connor y Davidson (CD-RISC 10). Asimismo, se analizan algunas variables sociodemográficas y laborales. Los resultados mostraron una correlación positiva y significativa entre el compromiso laboral y sus tres áreas con el sentido de coherencia y la resiliencia. / This research aims to establish the relationship between Work Engagement with Sense of Coherence and Resilience with health workers in a hospital in Lima. The study was conducted in a group of 94 pharmacy workers whose ages range between 22 and 65 years. The instruments used were the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9), the short version of the sense of coherence scale (SOC-13) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC 10). It also analyzed some sociodemographic and labor variables. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between work engagement and its three areas with sense of coherence and resilience.

El presente estudio tuvo como finalidad evaluar la relación entre la adaptación universitaria y el sentido de coherencia en becarios Beca 18, a partir de segundo año de carrera, que migran a Lima Metropolitana. Participaron 170 becarios Beca 18, con edades entre los 18 y 25 años (M=20.24, DE=1.28). Como instrumentos se aplicaron el SOC-13 (versión de Saravia, Iberico y Yearwood, 2014) y el Cuestionario de Vivencias Académicas (QVA-r, versión de Chau y Saravia, 2014). Los resultados revelan una relación directa y moderada entre todas las dimensiones del Sentido de Coherencia y las áreas Adaptación Universitaria. Siendo la más alta y la más baja hallada entre el área personal (r = .64; p <0.01) e institucional (r = .20; p < 0.05) con la dimensión comprensibilidad respectivamente. En términos del sentido de coherencia, la dimensión significatividad presentó diferencias significativas según el tiempo de residencia en Lima, previo al inicio de clases. Con respecto a la adaptación universitaria, se identificaron diferencias significativas en el área personal, según el tiempo de nivelación; en el área carrera, por la frecuencia con la que recibió tutoría y, en el área institucional, según el ciclo en curso; si llevó o no nivelación, si recibió o no tutoría, el tipo, la frecuencia y el tiempo acumulado que llevó tutoría. Los resultados indican que, a mayor sentido de coherencia del becario Beca 18, mejor sería su adaptación universitaria

La presente investigación plantea como objetivo establecer la relación entre el sentido de coherencia y esperanza en mujeres con cáncer de mama en tratamiento de Lima Metropolitana. El diseño es cuantitativo de tipo correlacional porque busca establecer una correlación existente entre dos variables en una misma muestra de sujetos que se encuentran en un contexto particular (Rusu, 2011). La muestra es no probabilística de tipo intencional y está conformada por 150 mujeres con cáncer de mama en Lima Metropolitana con edades de 40 a 79 años (M = 58.69). Los instrumentos aplicados son una ficha sociodemográfica, consentimiento informado, el Cuestionario de Sentido de Coherencia y la Escala de Esperanza de Herth. Los resultados encontrados fueron una correlación significativa entre las dimensiones de comprensibilidad y agencia (r= .264; p <.05) y de manejabilidad y optimismo (r= .294; p <.05). El hallazgo presenta implicancias a nivel individual, clínico y social a las mujeres con cáncer de mama. / The present research aims to establish the relationship between the sense of coherence and hope in women with breast cancer undergoing treatment in Metropolitan Lima. The design is quantitative of the correlational type because it seeks to establish the degree of correlation between two variables in the same sample of subjects who are in a particular context (Rusu, 2011). The sample is non-probabilistic of the intentional type and is made up of 150 women with breast cancer in Metropolitan Lima, aged 40 to 79 years (M = 58.69). The instruments applied are a sociodemographic record, informed consent, the Sense of Coherence Questionnaire, and the Herth Hope Scale. The results found were a significant correlation was found between the dimensions of comprehensibility and agency (r = .264; p <.05) and of manageability and optimism (r = .294; p <.05). Therefore, there is a relationship between sense of coherence and hope in women with breast cancer undergoing treatment in Metropolitan Lima. The finding presents implications at the individual, clinical and social level for women with breast cancer. / Tesis

Se buscó determinar la relación entre el sentido de coherencia y los estilos de afrontamiento que utilizan los padres de hijos diagnosticados con Trastorno del espectro autista. La muestra estuvo conformada por 149 padres. Se utilizó la escala SOC-13 y la escala COPE-60, cuyos análisis de validez y confiabilidad fueron aceptables. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que ambas variables se correlacionan. Las dimensiones de significatividad y comprensibilidad muestran una relación positiva y significativa con el estilo de afrontamiento enfocado en la tarea. Asimismo, se muestra una correlación negativa y significativa entre las 3 dimensiones del SOC y el estilo de afrontamiento evitativo. Por último, el estilo de afrontamiento social y emocional presentó una correlación negativa y significativa con la dimensión manejabilidad del SOC. / This research determined the relationship between the sense of coherence and the coping styles used by parents of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The sample consisted of 149 parents. The Consistency Sense Scale (SOC-13) and the Stress Coping Scale (COPE-60) were used, whose validity and reliability analyzes were acceptable. The results obtained show that both variables are correlated. The dimensions of significance and understandability show a positive and significant relationship with the coping style focused on the task. Likewise, it shows a negative and significant correlation between the 3 dimensions of the SOC and the avoidance coping style. Finally, the social and emotional coping style presented a negative and significant correlation with the manageable dimension of the SOC. / Tesis
