My diploma thesis titled Private Sex Business by Customer's View focuses on factors influencing motivation to visit sex business, focusing on users who visit www.nornik.net. Users are often also clients of sex workers who are listed on the discussion site. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of concepts related to sex business, motivation to sex business, a brief insight into the history of sex business with distribution to important historical periods, in other chapters deals with typology of sex workers, sex workers and health impacts. The other chapters deal with legislation that includes defining the legal framework for business sex. Social work with sex workers is in the next part, in which the work describes mainly field social work. The theoretical part continues with the definition of organizations aiding sexual workers and ends with the last chapter dedicated to the concepts of the website www.nornik.net. In the research part I deal with description of methodology of research itself, interpretation and presentation of research results. About the aim of this thesis and the specificity of the research group, a qualitative research strategy was chosen. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the motivation to visit private sex workers and based on the above-mentioned goal the research question has been determined: What factors influence the motivation to visit sex business? The choir is used by visitors to the website - www.nornik.net. I'm focusing on websites related to motivation to visit private sex business. The analysis resulted in 11 categories that I organized based on results from open, axial coding. The diagrams show clients' motivation to visit the private sex business, are complemented by authentic statements by some users. The research results show the key motivation of clients to visit the private sex business. analyzes showed that among the main factors influencing the motivation of clients we rank the first visit of private sex business, physical appearance of employees, their clothing, intimate parts, attributes of their persons, private spaces, range of services provided, quality of provided services, communication and agreement with sex worker, service pricing, and internet advertising.

Prostitucija laikoma viena seniausių pasaulio profesijų, kurios kriminalizavimas pradėtas viduramžiuose, keičiantis visuomenės vertybėms, visuomenės požiūriui į moterį, stiprėjant bažnyčios įtakai. Šiais laikais prostitucija vertinama kaip socialinė daugialypė problema, kurios sprendimo reikia ieškoti jos pačios priežastyse. Toks požiūris į prostituciją suteikia darbui aktualumo, išgryninant jį per legalumo prizmę atskirose valstybėse, pagrindžia poreikį darbe atliktam tyrimui ir, remiantis jo rezultatais, pagrindžia naujumą, kadangi darbe panaudotas 121 literatūros šaltinis, dar apie 50 šaltinių peržvelgtų, tačiau darbe nepanaudotų, neatskleidžia pilnai prostitucijos paplitimo mastų visoje Europos Sąjungoje. Atskiri šaltiniai analizuoja atskirus aspektus, pateikia atskirus žemėlapius, tačiau pateikia tik atskirų valstybių faktus, be jokių jų kitimo dinamikų ir tendencijų, be jokių lyginamųjų analizių. Tai reiškia, kad nėra išsamių tyrimų, analizių viso prostitucijos fenomeno aspektu – pradedant paplitimo mastų žemėlapiais, priežastimis, pasekmėmis, teisinėmis reguliavimo priemonėmis, prevencijos mechanizmais, apie kuriuos mokslininkai atskirose valstybėse kalba itin mažai. Darbo tikslas - charakterizuoti prostituciją kaip nusikaltimą Europos Sąjungos valstybėse. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Prostitution is thought to be one of the oldest professions in the world that was started to be criminalized in the Middle Ages after the changes in the societies’ value, attitudes to women, increasing power of churches. Nowadays prostitution is a complex and multiple phenomenons. This problem should be solved looking for the solutions in the causes of prostitution. Such an angle to prostitution reveals the relevance of the theme, making it clear through the legal aspects of this phenomenon in different EU members. The results of the research show that this research is quite new. There were 121 references used and about 50 more articles, books, reports analyzed in this research and the analysis allows concluding that different authors and different organizations research, analyze just the detached facts without any trends, not taking into account the whole phenomenon. That means that there are no comprehensive researches done in this field. The goal of this paper is to characterize prostitution as a criminal activity in the European Union. Seeking this goal allowed analyzing the multiplicity of prostitution, defining the causes and outcomes, presenting the spreading of this phenomenon, showing that prostitution has the elements of criminal activity even in the countries it is legal. Introduction: Prostitution is a phenomenon naturally related to different type of risky behavior such as drug use. There is an easier access to psychoactive substances in the sex business environment where becoming drug addict can be more accelerated. Psychoactive substances can be used as a way of breaking moral boundaries while working in sex business. The experts believe that drug use contributes to relaxation and reduces both mental and physical barriers when providing sexual services. Goals: The goal of this dissertation is to look into the issue of prostitution in the Czech Republic in the years 2010 to 2014 to map out the illegal drug use and presence of sexually transmitted diseases within the sex business. Methods: The practical part of this dissertation was based on secondary analysis of data obtained by long term research by the organization Rozkoš bez rizika (Pleasure without Risk) in sex business. The data analysis was taken between the years 2010 and 2014. Results: Sexual services are mostly provided in night clubs by girls and women in the age of 21-30, women of the Czech nationality, single women. In my diploma thesis I focus on women who work in the sex business and their careers. The aim of the work is to present relevant theories and current knowledge about the life careers of sex workers, expanded by my own research. The work is dividing sex business according to the place of provisioning of services as well as according to the trends of this profession in our country and abroad. It describes present social and health risks in the historical perspective, career in the sex business, motivation to do such a job, and also mentioning an organization that works with women from the sex business. The work concerns only women who provide sexual services for a fee and are over 18 years of age. In my work I focus on biographies of women who provide paid sexual services from their point of view, and how they view their lives. I also adapted a selected sample of respondents to this work and addressed both existing clients of ROZKOŠ bez RIZIKA, z. s., including those who no longer work in the sex business. I used the method of structured interviews, through which it was possible to get a basic picture of the interviewee's family, personal and work situation. The diploma thesis deals with a topic related to the Covid-19 pandemic, specifically the impact on the sex business, resp. to people who move in this segment of commercial sexual services. The work aimed to analyze and describe the possible effects in the defined areas, which arose from the available studied sources (mainly foreign). The impacts were examined using qualitative methods in the areas (psychosocial and socio-economic, health, safety, change of sex business, and legalization of sex business) about those who move in this area and earn their living, family security, and benefits other liabilities (e.g., debts). The analyzed areas and the described impacts resulting from the semi-structured interviews were compared in discussion with the results of foreign research reports or with Czech sources of helping organizations, and were suggested possible ways to mitigate these impacts or may be prevented by future measures.

Aj The goal of the diploma thesis is to find out what is the life career of women who provide paid sexual services. The thesis only applies to women who provide sexual services for financial compensation and are over 18 years old. Although we know from research that a large portion of women started providing sexual services for money before the age of 18, we are not getting into direct contact with teenage sex workers. In my work, I focus on the biography of women providing paid sex services. From their perspective, and how they view their lives. The sample of respondents was adapted to the topic and we approached both the clients of Bliss without RISK, z. s. as well as those who no longer working in the sex business. I used the in-depth interview method to get a basic picture of the interviewee's family, personal, and work situation. Furthermore, I focused on capturing their view of the life stage when they worked in the sex business. I tried to identify the moments that led to the entry and exit of this profession.
