Com respaldo na Teoria do Apego de John Bowlby, que enfatiza os efeitos perniciosos da privação ou ausência de uma figura de apego na vida do ser humano, levando-o, inclusive, à incapacidade de estabelecer relações com outras pessoas, a pesquisa de campo investiga as relações que se desenvolvem no interior do Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo do Estado de Pernambuco (CASE). O foco da observação se voltou às relações estabelecidas entre os adolescentes internos que cumprem medida socioeducativa de internação e o seu entorno, representado pelos profissionais que integram o sistema e o local onde o internamento dos meninos que conflitaram com a lei se dá, conferindo se os mesmos acessam o seu direito a uma vivencia permeada pela afetividade. O conteúdo obtido a partir da observação direcionada e das entrevistas informais foi apreendido graças a visitas sistemáticas aos centros socioeducativos de Pernambuco e foi traduzido mediante os chamados núcleos de significação afetiva. Estes foram captados tomando-se os termos que se repetiram ao longo da tarefa descritiva da realidade afetiva do contexto sob análise e guardam relação com o conceito de afeto abordado no decorrer do texto. A vivência em um ambiente mais afetivo é importante ao desenvolvimento da personalidade do adolescente, a despeito de qual seja a sua condição, mesmo aquela em que se dá a privação de liberdade. Assim, pensando na relevância dos vínculos afetivos ao ser humano, mormente às pessoas que possuem tenra idade, o estudo expõe a realidade afetiva do CASE no cenário em que a efetivação da educação dos jovens para a vida em sociedade se faz premente. / The present study analyzes affection as one of the indispensable aspects to the development of the personality of children and adolescents. With the backing of John Bowlby's Theory of Attachment, which emphasizes the pernicious effects of the deprivation or absence of an attachment figure in the life of the human being, even leading him to an inability to establish relationships with other people, field research investigates The relationships that develop within the socio-educational center of the State of Pernambuco (CASE) among the internal adolescents who comply with the socio-educational measure of hospitalization and its surroundings, represented by the professionals that integrate the system and the place where the hospitalization of the children who Conflict with the law is given, conferring if they access their right to an experience permeated by affectivity. The content obtained from direct observation and informal interviews was learned thanks to systematic visits to the socio-educational centers of Pernambuco and was translated through the so-called nuclei of affective significance. These were captured taking the terms that were repeated throughout the descriptive task of the affective reality of the context under analysis and are related to the concept of affection addressed in the course of the text. Living in a more affective environment is important for the development of the adolescent's personality, regardless of his or her condition, even when the deprivation of liberty occurs. Thus, considering the relevance of the affective bonds to the human being, especially those at a young age, the study exposes the affective reality of CASE in the scenario in which the effectiveness of the education of the young people for the life in society becomes urgent.
