Žmonės gana daug laiko praleidžia laiko kurdami savo kasdieninio gyvenimo sąlygas. O pilnaverčiui gyvenimui būtina sąlyga- gyvenamasis plotas. Šiame baigiamajame darbe yra analizuojamos šeimų socialinės gerovės problemos teoriniame, apskritimo formos mieste, su centriniu verslo rajone (kuriame dirba beveik visi miesto gyventojai). Modelis iliustruojamas trimis realiais taikymo uždaviniais- šeimų optimalių gyvenimo sąlygų ieškojimas Vilniaus rajone, rekreacinės zonos planavimas ir mokyklos, kaip ūkinio subjekto, biudžeto planavimas. / Much of our time is spent in making a living and in living itself. One essential element in these rather mundane activities is land and residential location. In this work, there are analysed household wellfare problam in monocentric, circular city consisting of a circular central business district surrounded by an annular region of roads and houses. Problam consists of household location optimum, competitive equilibrium and transport (public and private) problams. The model is iliustrated with solving three real situation – household optimum in Vilnius district, recreation zone planing and activities of scool, as economic subject, budget planing.

The object of research – Lithuanian private pensions funds The aim of research is to establish the use of Lithuania pensions funds to the Lithuanian retirement pension system and their influence to the capital market. Objectives: oTo make more accurate the pension fund concept; oTo analyse and evaluate different welfare state traditions and systems of retirement provision; oTo provide an analysis of advantages and disadvantages of private pensions funds; oTo evaluate Lithuanian private pensions funds activity; oTo consider the effect of pensions on Lithuanian capital market. Methods of the research: scientific literature methods of the research - logical analysis and synthesis; different countries experience comparative analysis; statistical calculation of dimensions (dynamics, stucture, comparison); the calculation of the average; data graphic representation; generalization of the final results and the formulation of conclusions. The period of research is 1999-2005 years.
