Ser?o apresentados os processos de fabrica??o e montagem de tal forno, que tem baixo custo de fabrica??o. A principal caracter?stica do forno proposto ? que pode ser transportado para quaisquer localidades, pois fica assentado em um dispositivo de transporte. Foram realizados testes para o assamento de v?rios alimentos e seus resultados comparados com os v?rios tipos de fornos solares j? existentes mostrados pela literatura especializada. Ser?o analisadas as viabilidades t?rmica e econ?mica de tal forno, que pode proporcionar a socializa??o do uso da energia solar por comunidades carentes, podendo se tornar uma fonte de gera??o de emprego e renda. O forno solar proposto tem capacidade de assamento para v?rios alimentos; foram assados pizza, bolo, p?es, empanados, queijo e kibes. / It presents a solar oven manufactured from MDF boards intended for the baking of foods such as pizza, cakes, breads, hamburgers and the like. They will be given the manufacturing processes and assembly of such an oven which has features of low cost manufacturing. The main feature of the proposed furnace and can be transported to any locations because it is seated on a device for carrying case / backpack. Tests will be conducted for the baking of various foods and their results will be compared with the various types of existing solar ovens shown by the literature. They will analyze the thermal and economic feasibility of such an oven that can provide socialization of the use of solar energy for poor communities and can become a source of generation of employment and income. The proposed solar oven baking has capacity for two foods and can be manufactured to allow multiple simultaneous baking of food.

Apresenta-se um forno solar fabricado a partir de placas de MDF destinado ao assamento de alimentos. Foram apresentados os processos de fabrica??o e montagem do forno proposto que apresenta baixo custo de fabrica??o. A principal caracter?stica do forno proposto ? a capacidade de assar v?rios alimentos simultaneamente. Foram realizados testes para o assamento de v?rios alimentos, com variadas cargas. Em um desses testes foi produzido o assamento de oito bolos em apenas oitenta minutos e seus resultados comparados com os v?rios tipos de fornos solares j? existentes mostrados pela literatura especializada. Os resultados dos testes de assamento demonstraram a viabilidade de utiliza??o do forno solar estudado e sua competitividade em rela??o aos fornos solares fabricados e testados no Brasil e no mundo, em fun??o de sua capacidade de assar uma carga significativa de alimentos, com uma efici?ncia de aproximadamente 80%. Foram analisadas a viabilidade t?rmica, onde foram alcan?adas temperaturas m?ximas de 140,5?C, e econ?mica de tal forno, que pode proporcionar a socializa??o do uso da energia solar por comunidades carentes, podendo se tornar uma fonte de gera??o de emprego e renda. O forno solar proposto foi testado para produzir o assamento de pizzas, bolos, p?es, empanados, queijos, acaraj?s, carne, lingui?a e quibes. / Solar ovens utilize energy from the sun and through the greenhouse enable baking food, and thereby it's a source of use of clean and sustainable energy. It presents a solar oven constructed using MDF intended for baking food such as pizza, cakes, breads, hamburgers and others. Were presented Manufacturing processes and assembly of the proposed solar oven which has a low manufacturing cost. The main characteristic of the proposed solar oven is the ability to cook various foods simultaneously. Tests were conducted for the baking of various foods, with varying loads. In one of these tests were baking eight cakes in only eighty minutes and the results were compared with the various types of solar oven shown the literature. The results of the baking tests demonstrated the feasibility of the solar oven and their competitiveness in relation to solar ovens manufactured and tested in Brazil and in the world., due to its ability to bake a significant load of food, with an efficiency of approximately 80%. Were analyzed the thermal viability, where maximum temperatures of 140,5?C were achieved, and the economic viability of the solar oven that can provide the socialization of the use of solar energy for underserved communities, and can become a source of generation of employment and income. The proposed solar oven was tested to produce the baking of pizzas, cakes, bread, breaded, cheese, acaraj?s, meat, sausage and meatballs.
