桃園縣國民小學校長空間領導與學校效能相關之研究 / The Relationship between Principal Space Leadership and School Effectiveness of Elementary Schools in Taoyuan County劉侑承, Liu, Yu Cheng Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民小學校長空間領導與學校效能之現況與差異,以及空間領導與學校效能之關係。本研究以問卷調查進行,以「永續校園推廣計畫」、「Innoschool 全國學校經營創新獎(校園環境美化組)」、「活化校園閒置空間總體計畫」之桃園縣96至101年之國民小學空間校園營造獲獎或受補助學校共計31所學校,以及隨機抽樣未獲上述獎項學校31所,共計62所學校之840位教職人員為受試者,回收問卷733份,有效問卷708份,回收率87%,可用率84%。調查結果以獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸分析等進行資料分析並提出若干建議,研究結論如下:
一、桃園縣國民小學教職人員知覺校長空間領導為中高程度,以「以空間領導體
現教育意境」之知覺程度為最高,依序為、「以空間領導提升行政效能」、「以
空間領導帶動課程發展」、「以空間領導激發教學創新」、「以空間領導拓展社
區關係」與「以空間領導豐富學習資源」。
二、桃園縣國民小學教職人員知覺學校效能為中高程度,以「社區認同」之知覺
程度為最高,依序為「教師教學」、「行政品質」、「學生表現」與「環境營造」。
三、桃園縣國民小學教職人員以男性、擔任校長職務、年齡在41至50歲、學歷在
研究所以上、服務年資在21年以上、學校規模在19至36班、獲獎學校之教職
人員知覺「校長空間領導」的程度較高。
四、桃園縣國民小學教職人員以男性、擔任校長職務、年齡在41至50歲、學歷在
研究所以上、服務年資在21年以上之教職人員知覺「學校效能」的程度較高。
五、桃園縣國民小學校長空間領導與學校效能有顯著正相關,校長空間領導越
高,學校效能也越佳。
六、桃園縣國民小學校長空間領導對學校效能有顯著的預測力,以「以空間領導
豐富學習資源」對學校效能最有預測力。

臺中市國民小學校長空間領導與教師工作滿意度關係之研究 / The study of the Relationship between the Elmentary School Principal’s Space Leadership and the Teachers’ Job Satisfaction in Taichung City陳炫佑 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在瞭解臺中市國民小學校長空間領導與教師工作滿意度之現況,並分析不同背景變項之教師在知覺校長空間領導與教師工作滿意度之差異情形,且探討兩者之間的關係,最後藉由校長空間領導對教師工作滿意度進行預測。
本研究採調查研究法,共計抽樣46所,發出576份問卷,回收497份有效問卷,問卷有效率達86.28%。資料處理分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方式進行統計分析。
本研究獲致以下之結論:
一、臺中市國民小學校長空間領導為中高程度,以「校長以空間規劃營造教育情境」之程度最高,「校長以空間規劃建立社區關係」之程度最低。
二、臺中市國民小學教師對教師工作滿意度為中高程度,以「同僚關係」之程度最高,「校長領導」之程度最低。
三、臺中市國民小學教師,因其性別及服務年資之不同,而有不同的校長空間領導感受,以男性與服務年資11-15 年及21 年(含)以上之教師程度較高。
四、臺中市國民小學教師,因其性別、擔任職務及學校規模之不同,而有不同的教師工作滿意度感受,以男性、擔任主任之教師及學校規模13-30班之教師程度較高。
五、臺中市國民小學校長空間領導與教師工作滿意度有顯著正相關,校長空間領導的情形愈佳,教師工作滿意度也愈高。
六、臺中市國民小學校長空間領導對教師工作滿意度具有預測作用,以「校長以空間規劃提升學習效能」的預測力最佳。
最後依據研究結果與結論,提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、學校校長與教師以及未來研究之參考。

臺北市國民小學校長空間領導與學校組織氣氛關係之研究 / The study of the relationship between principal’s space leadership and school organizational climate of elementary schools in Taipei City曾雅慧 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在探討校長空間領導對學校組織氣氛的影響。研究方法為問卷調查法,研究對象為臺北市國民小學校長、主任及教師,共發出604份問卷,有效問卷計463份,可用率達76.66%,問卷回收後分別以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸、結構方程模式等統計方法進行研究。根據研究結果與分析後歸納之結論如下:
一、臺北市國民小學校長空間領導表現為中上程度,以「以空間規劃提升教育意境」程度為最高,「以空間規劃拓展社區關係」程度為最低。
二、臺北市國民小學教育人員知覺學校組織氣氛為中上程度,以「校長支持行為」之知覺程度為最高,「教師疏離行為」之知覺程度最低。
三、臺北市國民小學教育人員知覺學校組織氣氛以開放型與封閉型氣氛約各佔三分之一。
四、臺北市國民小學以擔任主任職務、與得獎學校之教育人員知覺「校長空間領導」的程度較高。
五、臺北市國民小學以51歲(含)以上、任教21年(含)以上、擔任校長及主任職務、學校規模在19-36班與得獎學校之教育人員知覺「學校組織氣氛」的程度較高。
六、校長空間領導與學校組織氣氛有顯著正相關,校長空間領導越高,校長與教師開放行為指數也越高,學校也越傾向開放型氣氛。
七、校長空間領導對學校組織氣氛有顯著的預測力,以「以空間規劃帶動課程發展」對校長行為開放指數最有預測力;以「以空間規劃豐富學習資源」對教師行為開放指數最有預測力。
八、校長空間領導與學校組織氣氛結構方程模式之適配度與影響力良好。
本研究最後根據研究結果提出各項建議,以供教育行政機關、學校及
未來之參考。

臺北市國民小學校長空間領導與學校組織創新關係之研究 / A Study on the Relationship between the Principal’s Space Leadership and School Organizational Innovation of Elementary Schools in Taipei City簡宜珍, Chien, Yi Chen Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民小學校長空間領導與學校組織創新之現況,探討不同背景變項知覺程度之差異,分析校長空間領導與學校組織創新之相關情形,探究校長空間領導對學校組織創新的預測力,並建構國民小學校長空間領導與學校組織創新的結構方程式模型。
本研究採問卷調查法,共計抽樣100所學校,發出970份問卷,回收764份問卷,獲得有效問卷619份,可用率為64%,且經由描述統計分析、因素分析、t考驗檢定、ANOVA變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及結構方程模式分析獲得研究結果。
本研究獲致結論如下:
一、臺北市國民小學校長空間領導達高程度表現,以「融入課程教學」構面發展最佳。
二、臺北市國民小學學校組織創新達高程度表現,以「公共關係創新」構面發展最佳。
三、臺北市國民小學以學校規模49班以上、男性、在現職學校服務年資5年以下與兼任主任職務之教師知覺校長空間領導程度較高。
四、臺北市國民小學以學校規模49班以上、男性、30歲以下、在現職學校服務年資5年以下與兼任主任職務之教師知覺學校組織創新程度較高。
五、國民小學校長空間領導與學校組織創新之間存有高度正相關。
六、國民小學校長空間領導對學校組織創新具有預測力。
七、國民小學校長空間領導與學校組織創新結構方程式模型獲得支持。
最後,本研究依據研究結論提出建議,俾供國民小學校長、教育行政機關與未來研究之參考。 / This study aims to investigate the relationship between the principal’s space leadership and school organizational innovation of elementary schools in Taipei City, to explore the diversity of different background variables in the principal’s space leadership and school organizational innovation, as well as to construct the theoretical model for these two elements.
The data were collected from 100 elementary schools in Taipei City, and 970 questionnaires were distributed, with 619 valid samples. The effective rate was sixty-four percent. The collected data was analyzed by the method of descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and SEM. Below are the conclusions of this study:
1.The level of the principal’s space leadership in Taipei City schools is high, and the performance in the dimension of “integrated curriculum and teaching into space” is outstanding.
2.The level of school organizational innovation in Taipei City schools is high, and the performance in the dimension of “public relations innovation” is outstanding.
3.In Taipei City, the elementary school teachers who work in the large size school having over forty-nine classes, who are male, whose years of in-service experience are under five, and who work as directors have higher perception on the principal’s space leadership.
4.In Taipei City, the elementary school teachers who work in the large size school having over forty-nine classes, who are male, who are under thirty years old, whose years of in-service experience are under five, and who work as directors have higher perception on school organizational innovation.
5.High significant positive correlation presentes between the principal’s space leadership and school organizational innovation.
6.The principal’s space leadership has a predictive effect on school organizational innovation of elementary schools.
7.The results of this research support the theoretical model constructed in this study.
At last, according to the above conclusions, the study offers suggestions for elementary school principals, education administration authorities and future research.

臺北市公立高中職校長空間領導與行政人員工作滿意度關係之研究 / The Study of the Relationship between the Public High School Level Principal’s Space Leadership and the Administrative Staff‘s Job Satisfaction in Taipei City蔡宗湶, Tsai, Chung Chuan Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在瞭解臺北市公立高中職校長空間領導與行政人員工作滿意度之現況為何,並分析不同背景變項之行政人員於知覺其校長空間領導和工作滿意度之差異情形,更進一步探究二者之相關程度高低情形;輔以分析校長空間領導對於行政人員工作滿意度之預測力效果,最後,再以結構方程模式檢定校長空間領導與行政人員工作滿意度之間的適配效果。
本研究採問卷調查研究法方式進行數據資料蒐集,抽取臺北市全部公立高中職合計35所學校,一共發出700份問卷,回收621份問卷,其中有效問卷計574份,問卷有效率為82%。調查問卷資料處理以平均數及標準差進行描述性統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元逐步迴歸以及結構方程模式等統計方法進行探究。最後,本研究獲致相關結果如下:
一、公立高中職行政人員知覺「校長空間領導」整體屬中高程度,而以「融入課程教學」構面知覺程度最高。
二、公立高中職行政人員知覺其「工作滿意度」整體屬中高程度,而以「人際關係」構面知覺程度最高。
三、行政人員不同背景變項分析,對於校長空間領導的知覺上,在性別上男性高於女性;年齡上51歲以上高於31-40歲;服務總年資則是26年以上者高於1-10年及11-15年者;行政年資21年以上高於6-10年者;以及職務則是專職組長高於兼職組長者,均達顯著程度之差異。
四、行政人員不同背景變項分析,對於其工作滿意度的知覺上,服務總年資26年以上高於1-10年者;學制類別則以高職學校高於高中及完全中學者,均達顯著程度之差異。
五、公立高中職校長空間領導整體與行政人員工作滿意度整體之關係,達非常顯著程度相關,係屬高度正相關,意即校長空間領導的情形愈佳,行政人員工作滿意度也愈高。其中校長空間領導以「使用者共同參與」構面對於整體行政人員工作滿意度相關性最高;另校長空間領導整體對於行政人員工作滿意度之「校長領導」構面相關性最高。
六、公立高中職校長空間領導對於行政人員工作滿意度具有顯著預測效果,其中以「使用者共同參與」預測力最佳。
七、校長空間領導與行政人員工作滿意度結構方程模式適配性尚佳。
最後依據研究結果與結論,提出各項建議供教育行政主管機關、校長以及未來後續研究之參考。 / This study aims to understand the status of a public high school level principal’s space leadership and administrative staff’s job satisfaction in Taipei city, and analyze the administrative staffs of different background about their principal’s space leadership and job satisfaction of the case. And this study also investigates the relevance of principal’s space leadership and administrative staff’s job satisfaction. In addition, analysis of principal’s space leadership for administrative staffs to predict the effects of job satisfaction. Finally, it tries to verify structural equation modeling for principal’s space leadership and administrative staff’s job satisfaction.
The study adopts the questionnaire survey method. The main subjects of the questionnaire survey are directors, leaders and staffs in the high school level in Taipei city. The total numbers of questionnaires that were distributed to school is 700, 574 of which are valid. That is, the percentage of availability is around 83%. The collected datas are analyzed by the statistical method of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, multiple stepwise regression analysis and structural equation modeling. So the findings of the study are as follows:
1.Principals in the Taipei public high school level have medium-high degree performance on their practice of leadership with regard to space. And the highest score is the dimension of “ integrating into curriculum teaching“.
2.Administrative staffs of the Taipei public high school level evaluate consequences of the job satisfaction as medium-high degree. And the highest score is the dimension of “ relationship between the people”.
3.Administrative staffs who are male , aged over 51, years of service working more than 26 , years of administrative working more than 21, and serving as full-time team leader evaluate the principal’s space leadership higher degree than the others of the subjects.
4.Administrative staffs who are service working more than 26 years, and working in vocational high schools have a higher evaluation on their job satisfaction.
5.The relation between principal’s space leadership and administrative staff’s job satisfaction in Taipei city is positively correlated. The higher the principal’s space leadership is, the more administrative staff’s job satisfaction.
6.The principal’s space leadership shows a significant predictability on administrative staff’s job satisfaction, particularly 0n the dimension of “ the users joint participation “ with a highest predictability is on administrative staff’s job satisfaction.
7.The structural equation modeling shows the adaptability between principal’s space leadership and administrative staff’s job satisfaction.
According to the above conclusions, the researcher is trying to provide some suggestions as further reference for the institution of education administration, schools and whom wants to be a principal.

國民小學校長空間領導、教師社群運作與學生學習成效關係之研究 / A Study on Relationship among the Principals’ Space Leadership, Teacher Community Operation and Student Learning Outcomes in Taiwan’s Elementary School鐘巧如, Chung, Chiao Ju Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在探討國民小學校長空間領導、教師社群運作與學生學習成效的關聯性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺灣地區公立國民小學教育人員為對象,總共發出1,064份問卷,回收1,008份問卷,回收率為94.74%,而有效問卷回收率則為92.20%。正式問卷回收之後,分別以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸以及結構方程模式等統計方法加以分析。
本研究獲得以下八項結論,分述如下:
一、 國民小學校長空間領導各層面達到高程度表現,在「建構教育空間」、「形塑空間願景」層面表現最突出。
二、 國民小學教師社群運作各層面表現達到高程度表現,以「情感投入」層面最獲肯定。
三、 國民小學學生學習成效各層面表現達到中高程度表現,其中以「學生行為表現」層面最獲認同。
四、 不同背景變項在國民小學校長空間領導、教師社群運作與學生學習成效之差異有其脈絡因素存在。
五、 國民小學校長空間領導、教師社群運作與學生學習成效三者間具有正向關聯。
六、 國民小學校長空間領導及教師社群運作的分層面能預測學生學習成效。
七、 國民小學校長空間領導、教師社群運作與學生學習成效的結構方程模式之適配度評鑑良好,能解釋主要變項間的關係。
八、 國民小學校長空間領導可直接影響學生學習成效,更可間接透過教師社群運作的中介機制,對學生學習成效產生正向影響。
最後,根據研究結論,提出相關建議,俾供教育行政主管機關、學校設施規劃設計、學校單位以及後續研究之參考。 / The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among principals’ space leadership, teacher community operation, and student learning outcomes in Taiwan elementary school. The researcher adopted survey as the main research method. The subjects have been public elementary school educators in Taiwan. 1,064 school staffs were selected to complete the questionnaire, where 1,008 questionnaires were returned. The return rate was 94.74% and the valid rate was 92.20%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise regression, and Structural Equation Modeling. Based on the result of the current study, eight research conclusions were generated as follows:
1. The level of space leadership of principals in the elementary schools is high, and the performance in “constructing educational space” and “molding space vision” are outstanding.
2. The level of teacher community operation is high, and “affective engagement” is certainly the most eligible in the elementary schools.
3. The level of student learning outcomes is medium-performance, and “student behavior” acquired the most recognition in the elementary schools.
4. The differences of the background of principals’ space leadership, teacher community operation, and student learning outcomes have the context factors.
5. The relationships among principals’ space leadership, teacher community operation and student learning outcomes have positive correlations.
6. The sub-level of the principals’ space leadership and teacher community operation can apparently predict the student learning outcomes.
7. The proper fit of structural equation model among principals’ space leadership, teacher community operation and student learning outcomes is assessed as positive and can explain the relationships among main variables.
8. The principals’ space leadership can affect student learning outcomes directly, and which can also affect student learning outcomes positively through teacher community operation.
Eventually, according to the above conclusions, the research is to provide some recommendations as future references for the educational administration authority, school planners, and elementary schools.

四、新北市國民小學教師,在不同背景變項中(無學校獲獎情形、年齡高者及職務為教師兼主任者),在知覺校長空間領導行為上顯著較高。
五、新北市國民小學教師,在不同背景變項中(無學校獲獎情形及擔任職務為教師兼主任及教師兼導師者),在知覺學校組織變革上顯著較高。
六、新北市國民小學教師,在不同背景變項中(無學校獲獎情形及及兼任行政職之教師者)在知覺教師創新教學行為上顯著較高。
七、新北市國民小學校長空間領導、學校組織變革與教師創新教學具有良好的聚斂效度,且學校組織變革在校長空間領導與教師創新教學間扮演完全中介,故國民小學校長空間領導可透過學校組織變革對教師創新教學產生正向的間接影響。
最後,根據本研究結果,提出具體建議,供教育行政機關、學校教育人員與未來研究之參考 / The purpose of this study is to learn the relationships among the primary school principal space leadership, school organizational change and innovative teaching of teachers in elementary school of New Taipei City. Comparing and analyzing the differences, relationships, and stepwise regression between principal space leadership, school organizational change and innovative teaching of teachers, the researcher tries to build and verify a model for these three elements.
Through the use of questionnairs survey method, data were collected from 83 elementary schools, distributing 786 questionnairs in total. Valid questionnairs of 544 were collecte, with a usable rate of 69%. All data were analyzed by the mothods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and SEM.
According to the results, this study has obtained the following conclusions.
1. The level of space leadership of principals in the elementary schools is medium-performance, and the performance in “constructing educational space” is outstanding, and lower scores on “the users joint participation”.
2. The level of school organizational change is high, and “organizational culture” is certainly the most eligible in the elementary schools, and lower scores on “educational technology innovation”.
3. The level of innovative teaching of teachers is high, and “teaching method” acquired the most recognition in the elementary schools, and lower scores on “constructing circumstance”.
4. The school history, ages , and current positions of sampling teachers show difference on the principal space leadership.
5. The school history, and current positions of sampling teachers show difference on school organizational culture.
6. The school history, and current positions of sampling teachers show difference on effectiveness of school innovative management.
7. The proper fit of structural equation model among principals’ space leadership, school organizational change and innovative teaching of teachers is assessed as positive and can explain the relationships among main variables. School organizational change fully mediated the relationship between principal space leadership and innovative teaching of teachers. School organizational change has the mediation effect on principal space leadership and innovative teaching of teachers.
The research findings and suggestions can serve as reference for educational authorities, elementary school principals and subsequent related studies.

本研究旨在探討國民小學校長空間領導、學校創新經營與學校效能之關係,針對校長空間領導、學校創新經營與學校效能進行差異比較、相關與逐步多元迴歸分析,進而驗證三者間的結構方程模式。
首先蒐集、探討國內外相關文獻,作為研究的理論基礎,採用問卷調查法,分層隨機抽取臺北市、新北市、桃園縣公立國民小學1,252位教師為受試者,回收問卷1,172份,有效問卷1,130份,回收率93.61%,可用率96.42%。所得資料以SPSS22.0版及AMOS22.0版統計套裝軟體進行處理,採用獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析、逐步多元迴歸分析與線性結構方程模式等方法進行統計分析,獲致主要結論如下:
一、國民小學校長空間領導、學校創新經營與學校校能的實施現況呈現良好。
二、不同性別、年齡、教育程度、服務年資、現任職務之教師在國民小學校長空間領導、學校創新經營與學校效能具有顯著差異。
三、不同學校規模、學校地區、學校歷史之教師在國民小學校長空間領導、學校創新經營與學校效能具有顯著差異。
四、國民小學校長空間領導、學校創新經營與學校效能三者之間均存在中高度正相關。
五、國民小學校長空間領導、學校創新經營能有效預測學校效能。
六、國民小學校長空間領導、學校創新經營與學校效能的關係結構模式得到驗證支持。國民小學校長空間領導對學校創新經營及學校效能,以及學校創新經營對學校效能的影響有直接效果。
七、學校創新經營具有校長空間領導對學校效能的中介效果。
最後,根據文獻分析、研究結果,提出建議以供教育行政主管機關、國民小學校長及後續研究之參考。 / The purpose of this study is to learn the relationships among the primary school principal space leadership, innovative school management, and school effectiveness. Comparing and analyzing the differences, relationships, and stepwise regression between principal space leadership, innovative management, and school effectiveness, the researcher tries to build and verify a model for these three elements.
To build the foundation of the model, the researcher review related literature from all over the world. The researcher applies questionnaire survey and used stratified random sampling method to select target samples from Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Taoyuan County teachers. 1252 questionnaire were issued, 1172 retrieved, and 1130 valid questionnaires. The retrieved rate and availability was 93.61% and 96.42, respectively. SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 software as well as independent sample t test, one-way analysis variance, product moment correlation, stepwise regression, and linear structural relations model are conducted as the statistical methods in this study.
According to the results, this study has obtained the following conclusions.
1. Primary school principals perform well in space leadership, innovative school management, and school effectiveness.
2. Genders, ages, education levels, teaching experiences, and current positions of sampling teachers show difference on the principal space leadership, innovative school management, and school effectiveness survey.
3. School scales, locations, and history of the sampling teachers show difference on the principal space leadership, innovative school management, and school effectiveness survey.
4. There are mid to high positive correlations between any two of principal space leadership, innovative school management, and school effectiveness.
5. Principal space leadership and innovative school management can be applied to predict school effectiveness.
6. The study’s result supports the relation structural model between principal space leadership, innovative school management, and school effectiveness.
7. Primary school principal space leadership has a direct effect on innovative school management and school effectiveness. Innovative school management also has direct effect on school effectiveness.

臺北市國民中學校長空間領導、學校組織變革與教師效能關係之研究 / A study on the relationship among the principals’ space leadership, school organizational change and teacher efficacy of junior high schools in Taipei City林靜詩 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在瞭解目前臺北市國民中學校長空間領導、學校組織變革與教師效能的現況,以探討國中教師知覺校長空間領導、學校組織變革與教師效能之差異情形,俾以瞭解三個變項間之關聯 ,並採問卷調查法以臺北市公立國民中學教師為母群體,共發出828份問卷,回收721 份問卷,回收率為 87.1%,有效問卷共588 份,可用率為71.0%,以描述性統計、t 考 驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、迴歸分析、以及結構方程模式等統計分析,並據分析結果作成以下結論:
一、臺北市國民中學校長空間領導達到中高程度表現,在「融入課程教學」層面的表現最佳,而「使用者共同參與」仍有精進空間。
二、臺北市國民中學學校組織變革達到中高程度,以「教育科技創新」層面認同度最高,而「組織文化」層面得分數較低。
三、臺北市國民中學教師效能達到高程度表現,以「教學策略效能」層面的表現最佳,「引導學生效能」之知覺程度較低。
四、臺北市國民中學教師在不同背景變項中( 男性、教師兼主任者、學校規模13-24班、校齡21-40年 ),在知覺校長空間領導行為上顯著較高。
五、臺北市國民中學教師在不同背景變項中( 男性、教師兼主任者 ),在知覺學校組織變革上顯著較高。
六、臺北市國民中學教師在不同背景變項中( 男性、師範院校、教師兼主任者),在知覺教師效能上顯著較高。
七、國民中學校長空間領導、學校組織變革與教師效能具有顯著正相關。
八、校長空間領導與學校組織變革對教師效能有預測力。
九、臺北市國民中學校長空間領導、學校組織變革與教師效能具有良好的適配度,且學校組織變革在校長空間領導與教師效能間扮演完全中介,故國民中學校長空間領導可透過學校組織變革對教師效能產生正向的間接影響。
本研究依研究結果提出建議,以供教育行政機關、學校決策以及未來研究參考。 / The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship among Junior High School Principals' Space Leadership, School Organizational Change and Teacher Efficacy in Taipei City. To investigate the perceptions of junior high school teachers on the correlations among the three variables mentioned above.
We employed questionnaire survey to investigate the subjects included public junior high school teachers in Taipei City. With the census-taking, we retrieved 721 from 828 questionnaires. The response rate of the questionnaire was 87% with the usable rate was 71% from 588 usable ones. The collected data was analyzed by using the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, regression analysis and structural equation modeling.
According to the results, these conclusions were reached statistically as follows.
1. The performance of principals’ space leadership was above average in the junior high school schools.“Curriculum Integration ” was the best among the four dimensions of the junior high school principals’ space leadership in Taipei City, and there was advancement on the situation about “User Participation” remained.
2. The performance of school organizational change reached a medium-high level in the junior high schools. The dimensions of “innovation of educational technology ” was the highest among all, and lower scores on “organizational culture”.
3. Teachers in the junior high schools evaluated the school “teacher efficacy ”as high. The score was highest in the dimension of "efficacy for instructional strategies" and the lowest in the dimension of “efficacy for student engagement.”
4. Male teachers, teachers serving as directors, teachers in schools with the size of 13-24 classes, and school age between 21 and 40 years had higher evaluations on their practice of space leadership with regard to principals.
5. Male teachers and teachers serving as directors had higher evaluations on school organizational change.
6. Male teachers, teachers serving as directors, and teachers graduating from normal schools had higher evaluations on teacher efficacy.
7. The relationship among principals’ space leadership, school organizational change and teacher efficacy was positively correlated.
8. The principals’ space leadership showed significant predictability on school organizational change and teacher efficacy, particularly in the dimension of “Curriculum Integration ”and “ core competencies of members”.
9. The structural equation model showed the well goodness-of-fit among principals’ space leadership, school organizational change and teacher efficacy. The results revealed that school organizational change fully mediated, and had positive indirect effect on principals' space leadership and teacher efficacy.
Suggestions had been made out from the results of this study for the reference of the education authority, decision-making of school administration, and further research.
