1	Duchovní vedení jako důležitá součást permanentní formace dospělých, teorie a současná praxe / Spiritual Leadership as an importanmt Part of the permament Formation of Adults, Theory and Practice Today Kostelecká, Marie January 2011 (has links) Spiritual leadership as an important part of the permanent formation of adults, theory and practice today. This thesis deals with the spiritual direction as one important way of the formation of the believer. Spiritual direction being put into practise by one person to another anables the believer to go through life with God to holiness in full. It based on the survey, which charts the spiritual need for guiding the faithful in the Czech Republic and the level of satisfaction.The research carried out by a survey of 1200 respondents shows that number of the believers need to be accompanied much more exceeds the possibility of the current church. Significantly there are more unsatisfied men than women in that need. The trained team of appropriate people for accompany formed in each diocese, not only among priests and religious but even laymen, should be a substantial help for this situation. Then the possibilities of providing this assistance and to apply and fully exploit it, on recommendation of a priest - the cofessor, would be anounced to the believers. 2	Duchovní doprovázení v salesiánské spiritualitě / Spiritual Accompaniment in the Salesian Spirituality BOŠTÍK, Petr January 2010 (has links) The thesis defines the term of spiritual accompaniment which is nowadays realized in the Salesian spirituality. Firstly, it introduces some characteristics of the 21st century which influence modern people´s lives. Then spiritual accompaniment and the Salesian spirituality based on the ideas of St. Francis de Sales and St. John Bosco are defined. In the following chapters it is explained how spiritual accompaniment helps to fulfil the Salesian mission and how the method of preventive system is used for accompaniment. It also presents the skills which a person trying to accompany others should have. Activities, in which the Salesian spiritual accompaniment is carried out, are introduced in the next part. In conclusion, several ways of realisation of spiritual accompaniment are suggested.
3	PÉČE O ONKOLOGICKY NEMOCNÉHO JEDINCE V HOSPICI A V NEMOCNICI / Care for an oncology patient NOVÁKOVÁ, Markéta January 2012 (has links) The diploma thesis addresses in detail the issue of a terminally ill individual and things closely associated with this topic including spiritual direction of the bereaved after the death of a close relative. Based on information from the literature it tries to reflect the basic conditions of approach to an oncology patient and his relatives (including the necessity of truthful communication and abidance by basic ethic rules). In order to provide a comprehensive view of the topic, the work includes research among the patient?s relatives realized in 4 out of the 14 hospice centers in the Czech Republic. On the basis of this research some positive aspects have been revealed on one hand, which are worthy acknowledgement and appreciation. On the other hand, there are areas and restraints motivating and challenging both types of healthcare centres to take steps that would lead to a better quality of care provided in the future.

An empirical study was done to determine the pastoral needs and experiences of Afrikaans speaking believers from the reformed tradition, involved in contemplative spirituality. Questionnaires and qualitative interviews were used for this purpose. The research path has been further shaped by social construction theory as a postmodern approach. This study was born out of my own discovery of the healing qualities of contemplative spirituality and secondly due to the growing demand among Afrikaans speaking reformed believers for exposure to the disciplines of contemplative spirituality. 5	Mentorské doprovázení lektorů při církevní sociálně výchovné práci s mládeží / Mentoring of lectors in church socio-educational work with youth Oczková, Johana January 2019 (has links) This thesis aims to help uncover the context of church socio-educational work with youth in Czech Republic. It emphasizes the lecturer, who puts the education into practice, and it deals with mentoring as a tool for development of this lecturer. The thesis considers mentoring as a beneficial approach with regards to progress of lecturers, who work with christian youth. The thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part focuses on definition of church socio-educational work with youth and follows with some insight into the requirements for a lecturer, who puts it into practice. It makes use of four various theoretical perspectives, which are Social pedagogy, Christian youth education, volunteering and Pedagogy of leisure time. Finally the theoretical part examines mentoring of this lecturer with regards to previous findings. The research part investigates the phenomenon of mentoring in a specific environment of church socio-educational work with youth. It does so in order to find out the impacts that mentoring has on a development of a lecturer from the viewpoint of mentors and lecturers of the programme.
