Masinio sporto klubų finansavimo modelių aspektai Europoje / Grassroots sport financing models aspects in Europe

Tyrimo tikslas: Išanalizuoti masinio sporto klubų finansavimo modelių aspektus Europoje. Tyrimo objektas: Masinio sporto klubų finansavimo modelių aspektai Europoje. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Apibūdinti sporto ir ekonomikos teorines koncepcijas. 2. Išanalizuoti nevyriausybinį sporto sektorių kaip sudėtinę sporto ir aktyvaus laisvalaikio sektoriaus dalį. 3. Išsiaiškinti masinio sporto klubų finansavimo modelio dedamąsias. 4. Išnagrinėti Europos krepšinio ir futbolo masinio sporto klubų finansavimo modelių panašumus ir skirtumus. Rezultatai ir išvados: 1. Nors sporto atsiradimas yra siejamas su visiškai kitomis disciplinomis, laikui bėgant atsirado būtinybė jį susieti su ekonomika. Analizuojant pagrindinius rinkos ekonomikos elementus, atsiskleidžia sporto finansavimo būtinybė ir nauda. 2. Masinio sporto fenomenas pasireiškia nevyriausybiniame sektoriuje. Nevyriausybinio sektoriaus klubai turi daugybę būdų kaip gauti pajamas, tačiau juos pasiekti yra pakankamai sudėtinga. 3. Finansavimas sporto klubams atitenka iš valstybinio finansavimo, rėmėjų, transliavimo teisių pardavimo, namų ūkio išlaidų. Kiekvienas finansavimo veiksnys yra itin svarbus ir neatsiejamas nuo klubo finansinio stabilumo užtikrinimo. 4. Išnagrinėjus krepšinio ir futbolo masinio sporto finansavimo ypatumus, galima daryti tokias išvadas, kad Europos šalyse futbolo klubų narystė ir narystės mokestis turi tendenciją didėti, tačiau krepšinyje to įžvelgti neįmanoma, nes situacija yra gana permaininga ir nėra... Title: The role of the region in sport development - Case study of Liberec region Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is set to analyse the role of the region bodies of authority in sport development illustrated by a concrete example of the Liberec region. A partial objective is to describe and analyse tools of the regional sport policy and to analyse regional budget sport financing. Methods: There was used the case study design in the diploma thesis to find out the situation of sport policy in Liberec region. Informations were collected from the documents, which are available in public and from internal documents. For data collection there was also used a method of semi - structured interview. Content analysis of documents and interviews was used for the evaluation. Then the SWOT analysis was worked up. Results: In the thesis, the most important tools of the Liberec region sport policy were described. The regional budget was allocated to sport the most funds in 2008, when the amount exceeds 120 million CZK. This fact was affected by organizing international sport events in the Liberec region. Title: An outline of the development of the Czech sport financing after 1989 Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the development of the czech sport financing from the selected resources after 1989 till the present situation and it's prospect included in The concept sports funding 2016 - 2025 SPORT 2025 Methods: The basic method used in this thesis is the method of document analysis. Fundamental documents include legislative documents, especially The Lottery Act and its updating and The Act on Promotion of Sports. Aditional resources represent analytic and comparative studies prepared by ČOV, ČUS and MŠMT conception. Another method is statistic analysis of quantitative data, in form of termporal lines, which are processed into basic charts and diagrams. Results: In recent 25 years have been significant changes in sports funding established. The turning point is considered the year 2011, when czech sport lost two stable financial resources. Primarily the company Sazka, a.s. went bankrupt, secondarily the amendment of the lottery act was accepted and has discontinued offtakes for public utility objects. Title: Comparison of subsidies in sport and physical education in Pardubice and Hradec Kralove in 2014 Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis verifies the functioning of the redistribution mechanisms, which redistribute public funds in the sport field, as one of the areas to which funds from public budgets are directing. The partial aim of the thesis makes the financial expenditures and the structure in sport and physical education out of the public budgets in the Czech Republic in 2014 clear. Another of the partial Objectives of the work determines, above all by describing the analysis of specific subsidy expenditures on sport from municipal budgets and SWOT analysis, the amount of the total expenditure on sport in both cities and finding possible pitfalls of financing. Methods: Descriptive analysis methods, which draw on the main part of the analysis of secondary sources (data), are used in the thesis. Title: Financing of promoting physical activity by the towns with extended scope Aims: Purpose of this work is to explore and analyze condition of financing of promoting physical activity in the towns with extended scope in Czech Republic. I am focusing on budget of towns with extended scope, analyzing of sport financing in these towns, analyzing of profit or loss of sport facilities, utilization of grants, the citizen attitude with this problem and the functionality of departments of sport. Methods: The work is descriptively-analytical. Collecting of data is done by recherché and questionnaire. Analysis and comparison will be used for evaluation of data. I will research whether the number of population is correlated with the amount of money put into the promotion of physical activity and with the number of workers in the Sports Department etc. Results: The towns with extended scope are recognized the importance of physical activities and they are very active to seek financial resources to support them. However, in many smaller municipalities with extended scope is not personnel involved in the sport at all, or this issue is passed on someone as a part-time.
