The aim of this final thesis is to analyze the potential of construction of a multi-purpose sports facility focused on extreme sports named Freestyle Kolbenka. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts such as business and enterprise. Further it focuses on a business plan, its components and the specifics of the sports business environment. The practical part contains a description of this business opportunity and the analysis of the factors affecting its future development, including the financial plan. The outcome of this paper is the evaluation of researched variables and future prospects of the project.

Title: Dependence of somatotype and fitness condition in martial arts. Thesis aim: Main aim of this thesis is to find out mutual dependence among tracked variables - placed in ranking list and UNIFITTEST (6-60). Methods: For theoretical part of thesis the author used method of analysis and synthesis of specialized literary sources. In practical part the main method used was regression analysis. Method according to Heath-Carter was used to assessment somatotype. Towards evaluation of kinetic performance and efficiency was used UNIFITTEST (6-60). Results: Results from research show us that during the research of mutual dependencies it hasn't proved any link between tracked variables and place in ranking list UNIFITTEST (6-60). Considering measured values judo athletes are in category endomorphic mesomorphic and karate athletes are in category well-balanced mesomorphic. Title: Kinematic and dynamic characteristics of straight punches in elite male boxers Objectives: The purpose of this study was to quantify lower limb forces in the x, y, and z directions and their association with jab and cross relative peak force, and jab and cross peak velocity. Methods: A sample of 12 elite male subjects participated in the present study, which took place over two days. Subjects were familiarized with the procedures during the first day. During the second day, the subjects performed a standardized warm-up protocol, followed by one straight punch with the rear and then the lead hand to a force plate that was suspended in the air at the chin level by a cable system. The subjects were standing on two separate tri-axial force plates. Punch velocity was assessed using a Qualisys Motion Tracking Manager, where the marker used was placed in the middle of 12 OZ gloves. Results: Subject body weight resulted in a high positive significant correlation with jab and cross peak force, and a non-significant low and moderate positive correlation with jab and cross peak velocity, respectively. Title: Quality of life of people after spinal cord injury practicing outdoor sports and physical activities Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis was to determine the quality of life of people after spinal cord injury who participe in outdoor sports or physical activities in their lesure time. The subsequent aim was to compare the obtained results with selected groups of people without spinal cord injury and people after spinal cord injury who do not primarily engage in outdoor sports. Methods: The standardized WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire from World Health Organization was used to measure the quality of life in this thesis. The data collection was done online and the data were evaluated according to the relevant manual using Microsoft Excel. The results are presented in tables and graphs for clarity, including verbal descriptions. A total of 32 people with post-traumatic spinal cord injury (23 men and 9 women) aged 30-75 years participated in the study. 11 of whom had quadriplegia and 21 had paraplegia/paraparesis. Jan Vocásek Thesis title: Analysis of the shoulder girdle injury and therapy of overhead athletes in Czech republic Cíl: The aim of the thesis was to create a literal research for the shoulder girdle injuries of overhead athletes, theoretically to write the anatomical and kinesiological characteristics of the shoulder girdle, to analyze the biomechanics, injury mechanisms in individual overhead sports, rehabilitation treatment and to find out how frequent the injuries of athletes in the Czech Republic follow-up treatment varies from abroad. Methods: For the purpose of this research was established a non-standardized questionnaire, based on literature studied and research questions, and then was distributed to 6 selected physicians dealing with this issue in the Czech Republic, who anonymously filled out questions regarding the shoulder joint injury based on their own clinical experiences. Results: Four of the six hypotheses were confirmed from the data obtained. The number of patients with shoulder girdle injuries in overhead sports in the Czech Republic has risen year- on-year and the most common injury is SLAP lesion. The diploma thesis gives the information of the preferences of locomotive activities at chosen groups of the students of South Bohemian University. The preferences of the students that study Physical Education have been compared to the preferences of the students of other pedagogical subjects and also the mutual comparison of locomotive activities of women and men has been done. The research has been performed in a questionnaire form. The results have shown that young people currently prefer both traditional sports, and new, modern kinds of sports, developed in the last ten years. These activities also reflect the development of the society and economics, and also technical possibilities in new sport facilities.

Anotation Krav Maga is an Israeli combat systém, founded by Imi Lichtenfeld who was of Czechoslovak origin. This systém is currently gaining popularity, but there is no comprehensive publication describing its origin and developement. In addition to Krav Maga, there is even a less known, very similar, systém Kapap. This thesis chronologically describes what preceded the creation of Krav Maga and what it is based on. Then the thesis also involves the sporting career of Imi Lichtenfeld, the experience of his father and also historical events in Mandatory Palestine with regard to the creation of various fighting styles. The thesis deals with the developement of martial arts Krav Maga and older Kapap up to the present days. It offers an insight into the functioning of Krav Maga and Kapap in the world and even in the Czech republic and describes some current issues and events in Krav Maga and Kapap. It answers the most important questions of present days and possible future development of this combat systems and tries to outline the relationship between Krav Maga and Kapap. Title The interest in sport by the students of 2nd and 3rd Faculty of Medicine Objectives The goal of the thesis was to ascertain the structure of sports interests by the students of 2nd and 3rd Faculty of Medicine CU and relevancy to outdoor sports. Methods Questionnaire evaluation with thirteen open and closed questions. The questionnaire was not standardized. The analysis and evaluation of the facts were accomplished by the column chart and the tables. The set was constituted by 407 students, 182 students were from 2nd and 225 students were from 3rd Faculty of Medicine CU. Results The students of 2nd and 3rd Faculty of Medicine CU work out usually two to four hours a week. They are interested in individual sports. 98 students are interested in swimming, 63 students in running, 40 students in fitness sport. Their most favourite sports same is volleyball (62 students). They are very interested in outdoor sports, all above cycling (111), hiking (40) and downhill skiing (47). Discussion and Conclusions The university education has a positive effect on physical activity, the people with degree do sport more frequently then the rest of society. Title: Incidents and injuries during outdoor courses Aims: The aim is to ascertain the extent of injuries that occurred during outdoor activity courses, conducted within the framework of teaching at the Department of Outdoor Sports FTVS UK. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of data from the book of injuries, regulations, and final reports of the classes issued by individual departments of the Department of Outdoor Sports FTVS UK which was collected during the school calender of 2009/10 to 2014/15, and their subsequent statistical processing. Using of NACA scoring system for assessing the severity of injuries. The research group consists of students and teachers of FTVS UK. Results: The result of this work is a clear summary of the frequency and severity of injuries incurred in various outdoor activity courses conducted within the framework of teaching at the Department of Outdoor Sports FTVS UK.
