The work deals with problems of personal management activities of an educational organization. It describes and analyses the process of planning of the professional teachers' development at primary scholl level. The author defines organizational development terms, strategic personal planning and finally the development of a worker where she devotes a great part to the point of view coisiding with juridical framework. She focuses on the professional development cycle, plan specifics of teacher's development and the headmaster's role at the primary school in this process. On the basis of theoretical findings she derives her own research realized in the form of regional Pilsen region research. Information is obtained from surveying headmasters at primary schools where teachers' professional development procedures and quantitative content anylyses of teachers' professional development plan are realized and this adds up to the basis of planning process description in the development of teachers at primary schools in Pilsen region. This research aims to develop a model of spiritual development with an emphasis on practicing Spiritual Planning, which optimizes the Personal Strategic Planning. Also use the approach of qualitative research, through the use of technical literature. To achieve the objectives, the study describes the models that have Personal Strategic Planning, with relevance, the spirituality as an integral part, and offers topics like: Spirituality and its conceptual foundations, Spirituality and Management, Spirituality and Existential Bridges between individuals, groups and organizations, Spiritual Capital, Spirituality and Neuroscience, in the contemporary literature. The proposed model consists of six (6) stages of development: Awareness of the Realities (Awareness of World Vision), Work of Meditation (Internalization), Desire for Interior Change, Spiritual Completeness (Change and Clarity of Values), Spiritual Restructuring (Self-Reconstruction in Relationships) and Mission (Existential Purpose). / Esta pesquisa tem como propósito estabelecer um Modelo de Desenvolvimento Espiritual com ênfase na prática de um Planejamento Espiritual, de modo que aperfeiçoe o Planejamento Estratégico Pessoal. Para tanto, utiliza a abordagem da pesquisa qualitativa, por meio do uso da técnica da pesquisa bibliográfica. Para atingir os objetivos, este estudo descreve os modelos de Planejamento Estratégico Pessoal que apresentam, com relevância, a Espiritualidade como parte integrante, e oferece temas como: a Espiritualidade e suas bases conceituais, Espiritualidade e Gestão, Espiritualidade e as Pontes existenciais entre os indivíduos, grupos e as organizações, Capital Espiritual, Espiritualidade e a Neurociência, existentes na literatura contemporânea. O modelo proposto é formado por seis (6) etapas de desenvolvimento: Conscientização das Realidades (Consciência da Visão pessoal de Mundo), Trabalho de Meditação (Interiorização), Desejo de Mudança Interior, Integralização Espiritual (Mudança e Clareza de Valores), Reorganização Espiritual (Auto-Reconstrução nas Relações), e Missão (Propósito Existencial).
