Dauguma sanatorijų vadovai jau puikiai supranta strateginio planavimo svarbą ilgalaikei veiklos sėkmei. Dažnas vadovas pasakoja apie sėkmingas strateginio planavimo sesijas, laiku atskleidusias svarbias problemas ir padėjusias sutelkti visos sanatorijos darbuotojų pastangas kryptingai verslo plėtrai.
