This thesis deals with proposal of strategic development of family-owned company Hon, a.s. Based on analysis of current conditions of outer and inner enviroment of the business, and in connection with family values and vision of owner, is proposed developmental strategy and possible solutions for found drawbacks.

The main goal of my diploma thesis is business valuation of EOS KSI. Whole thesis is divided into four parts. Financial analysis, strategy analysis, analysis and forecast of value drivers and final valuation.

Institutional Investors own a large share of publicly traded companies, controlling a significant amount of the economy‟s working capital. These investors currently use little or no sustainability-related information to make their decisions, reinforcing a loop of increasingly unsustainable growth. This paper puts forward a new investment strategy that recognizes true movement towards sustainability and its link with bottom line benefits for investors: Strategic Sustainable Investing (SSI). To achieve this desired future, Institutional Investors must be able to recognize corporations that are strategically leading the transition towards sustainability. An Analysis Tool was developed to help address this need by identifying sectoral Emerging Sustainability Issues (ESI) using a consensus-based scientific definition of sustainability. Once ESIs are identified, companies‟ strategies regarding each issue are assessed. This Tool was scrutinized by a panel of experts in the financial and sustainable development industries, and was tested on three companies within the Unconventional Oil & Gas Sector in Canada. Results confirmed the usefulness of a tool that can recognize which companies are leading the sustainable development agenda, and identified the need for future research on the financial materiality of sustainability-oriented actions.

The goal of the thesis is to provide an economic analysis of Klubíčko Beroun, o.p.s. To be successful, a nongovernmental organizations have to plan with a good strategy and analyze both outer and inner environments. The NGOs receive finances mostly from donors and have to be responsible for using them efficiently. Therefore, NGOs should not undervalue the economic aspect of their activities and should pay attention to the financial indicators. In my work, I focus on the analysis of the strategy and on the financial analysis. The thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical-methodological part, and the analytical part. In the first part, the basic theoretical apparatus is introduced, and it is consequently used in the second part. The results of the analysis of the strategy and the financial analysis serve as a basis for the SWOT analysis and for the formulation of the strategy for Klubíčko Beroun, o.p.s.

This master thesis deals with a proposal of development strategy of family business Vinařství SPRINGER a.s. The first part of the thesis defines theoretical concepts of the topic. The second part is devoted to an analysis of the current state of the chosen family business and in the last part of this thesis, based on the analysis, is created a proposal of development strategy of this family business.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of business and financial performance of the company Zemědělské družstvo Hodonice using the method of Benchmarking. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis necessary to solution the issue. In the second part the selected company is characterized, which is completed by a strategic analysis of the company. The following part is devoted to the main part of the thesis, which is the benchmarking of the company with selected competitors. The last part proposes measures to improve the financial and business performance of the company.

This master’s thesis solves the problem of subcontracting. It analyzes the company of IMOS Zlín s.r.o., it recommends requirements for development of subcontracting in the company based on critical analysis in real building contract, which the company realized in the past.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is a proposal strategy of company development for a business company XY s.r.o. Analysis conducted was aimed at research of internal company resources and external environment. The results of the analysis show market position and identifies source of competitive advantage. Strategy implementation should support improvement of market position.

First the thesis describes the theoretical background related to the solved problem. The thesis analyses the current conditions of the company. The implementation of the business plan should be improved the economic results of the company and ensuring its future development.

Next part of thesis evaluates current status of company by using financial and strategic analysis. Based on outputs of these analysis proposals leading to company development were created.
