Finanční dohled ve Spolkové republice Německo / Financial Supervision in Federal Republic of GermanyVeselá, Dominika January 2008 (has links)
This thesis deals with the organizational structure of financial supervision in Germany with a view to asses the recently completed institutional integration. First, the overview of theoretical models of financial supervisory agencies is submitted including advantages and disadvantages of such concepts. Being aware of the absence of a sole universal applicable solution of the institutional organization of financial supervision, the fundamental requirements are introduced, generally imposed on every financial regulation system in order to perform its tasks effectively. The emphasis of this paper rests upon presenting the German financial supervision in several terms. The main section surveys the evolution of supervision until the formation of BaFin -- Federal Financial Supervision Agency, the ample scope is devoted to legal issues, the inner organization of BaFin is described in detail and the particular attention is paid to funding. The reality of day-to-day supervisory activities is explored in the passage related to problems of financial supervision, where especially the complex question of mutual cooperation between BaFin and Bundesbank In the field of bank supervision comes to light. The supervision-costs analysis focused on the situation prior to integration and mistakenly assumed course after its implementation supplements the general view. Considering all proposed facts the conclusion offers a review of assumptions ensuring a proper supervisory structure.

Kooperační model pro oblasti architektury a integrace / Cooperation model for architecture and integration areasRubeš, Milan January 2006 (has links)
In today's economics, medium and large-size companies are trying to gain a competitive advantage from specialization and centralization of supporting services. This trend affects also areas of enterprise architecture and integration where they establish particular teams to support the disciplines in regular manner. Despite a lot of research activities oriented towards these topics, there are only a few focusing on organizational aspects and cooperation between enterprise architecture and integration teams. As the companies are on different levels of the maturity in both areas and focusing on different aspects of architecture and integration, there is no simple solution that could provide detailed guidelines for establishing the right cooperation approach. Goal of this dissertation is to propose a cooperation model for architecture and integration teams that should make cooperation between such teams more efficient. Integral part of the dissertation is to verify the model in real environment. The model is built on top of integration activities performed either in enterprise architecture or integration teams or both. These activities are categorized into particular integration areas and relations are identified between integration areas and architecture areas defined according to TOGAF architecture framework. The resulting model is then being used to depict various kind of cooperation between architecture and integration teams based on the companys' integration goals. Verification of the model is performed in financial enterprise in two cases and confirms the benefits of the model.

Strukturintegrierbare Sensoren auf Basis piezoelektrischer Polymere / Sensors Based on Piezoelectric Polymers for Structure IntegrationSchulze, Robert 07 August 2017 (has links) (PDF)
The presented work describes the development of sensors in a novel technology approach feasible for large-scale production. By using the multicomponent microinjection molding process, mechanical sensor structures out of (fiber-reinforced) polymers are joined with piezoelectric polymer transducers. The fabricated sensors can be processed further with hybrid manufacturing technologies and adapted for structure integration. This thesis introduces design methods and models for the preliminary calculation of the novel sensors, which are required for a technology qualification. Therefore, existing modelling approaches adapted and essentially extended for practical use. Design relevant parameters related to the technology like the elastic properties of the applied materials or the geometric dimensions of the manufactured sensor structures are characterized and the system and structure integration of the sensors is presented.
