nÃo hà / O ensino superior à um dos maiores desafios da sociedade, pois o mercado globalizado tem um alto nÃvel de dinamicidade e as suas modificaÃÃes influenciam na formaÃÃo universitÃria. Nesse contexto, a qualidade da educaÃÃo vem sendo a principal meta das InstituiÃÃes de Ensino Superior, principalmente das universidades pÃblicas, pois se mostra como resultado da eficÃcia do processo formativo. A eficÃcia està estreitamente vinculada à qualidade dos aspectos pedagÃgicos das escolas, universidades e sistemas de ensino. O curso de GraduaÃÃo em Odontologia da Universidade Federal do Cearà (UFC) tem como perfil do egresso a formaÃÃo generalista, humanista, crÃtica e reflexiva, para atuar em todos os nÃveis de atenÃÃo à saÃde, com base no rigor tÃcnico e cientÃfico. O objetivo deste trabalho compreende avaliar a eficÃcia da formaÃÃo discente do curso de Odontologia da UFC, a partir da anÃlise dos objetivos propostos no Projeto PedagÃgico do Curso (PPC). Para tanto, foi realizada pesquisa de campo de abordagem quali-quantitativa com 77 egressos de 2013 a 2015, com a aplicaÃÃo de questionÃrios atravÃs da Plataforma do Google Drive. O estudo possibilitou identificar que o perfil do profissional està condizente com o Projeto PedagÃgico do Curso (PPC), pois foram identificados fatores positivos que interferem na eficÃcia da formaÃÃo discente, tais como: qualidade do ensino, docentes com alto nÃvel de qualificaÃÃo, ofertas de atividades de pesquisa e extensÃo e incentivo a formaÃÃo acadÃmica. Considera-se que estas sÃo informaÃÃes privilegiadas tanto para a gestÃo do curso de Odontologia, como para a prÃpria UFC, auxiliando na identificaÃÃo de possÃveis fragilidades e na construÃÃo de melhorias para o curso, especificamente com relaÃÃo à formaÃÃo discente, e consequentemente a formaÃÃo do cirurgiÃo-dentista. / Higher education is one of the major challenges of society, since the global market is very dynamic and its changes influence the educational background. Thus, the quality of education has been the main goal of higher education institutions, especially in public universities, because the effectiveness of the training process results in that quality. Effectiveness is closely linked to the pedagogical aspects of schools, universities and systems of education. The alumniâs profile from the Undergraduate Dentistry Course of Universidade Federal do Cearà (UFC) indicates a formation that is humanistic, critical and reflective to work in all levels of health care based on technical and scientific rigor. Therefore, comprises evaluate the effectiveness of training students of Dentistry course the UFC, from the analysis of the proposed objectives in Pedagogical Course Project (PCP). The analysis was carried out based on the qualitative and quantitative field research data in which 77 alumni who graduated between 2013 and 2015 participated, answering questionnaires through the Google Drive platform. Factors such as quality of education, highly qualified professors, the supply of research and extension activities and the encouragement of continuing education were identified as positive factors because they show that the professionals matched the Pedagogical Course Project (PCP) of the undergraduate course under study. This information is relevant not only to the management of the dentistry course, but also to the UFC itself, helping to identify potential weaknesses and make improvements especially in the training aspect of the course.

Title: Comparison between educational methods and organizational teaching styles of a second language within the scope of the compulsory education and the education in a leisure time Abstract: This diploma thesis deals with the topic of educational methods and organizational teaching styles and their contribution to the effectiveness of second language teaching and learning. It also concerns with other circumstances that influence students in their learning. The theoretical basis for this purpose is provided by the theoretical part that introduces theoretical views on student's motivation, the role represented by teaching organization, applied methods, assessment of students and the personality of a teacher as described in professional literature. The practical part presents conclusions that were reached by questionnaires, discussions and interviews realized with students and teachers. It offers their opinions of factors influencing the effectiveness of teaching that they compared within the scope of the high school education and the education realized by language schools in the form of post- graduate classes. Nesse contexto, a qualidade da educação vem sendo a principal meta das Instituições de Ensino Superior, principalmente das universidades públicas, pois se mostra como resultado da eficácia do processo formativo. A eficácia está estreitamente vinculada à qualidade dos aspectos pedagógicos das escolas, universidades e sistemas de ensino. O curso de Graduação em Odontologia da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) tem como perfil do egresso a formação generalista, humanista, crítica e reflexiva, para atuar em todos os níveis de atenção à saúde, com base no rigor técnico e científico. O objetivo deste trabalho compreende avaliar a eficácia da formação discente do curso de Odontologia da UFC, a partir da análise dos objetivos propostos no Projeto Pedagógico do Curso (PPC). Para tanto, foi realizada pesquisa de campo de abordagem quali-quantitativa com 77 egressos de 2013 a 2015, com a aplicação de questionários através da Plataforma do Google Drive. O estudo possibilitou identificar que o perfil do profissional está condizente com o Projeto Pedagógico do Curso (PPC), pois foram identificados fatores positivos que interferem na eficácia da formação discente, tais como: qualidade do ensino, docentes com alto nível de qualificação, ofertas de atividades de pesquisa e extensão e incentivo a formação acadêmica. Considera-se que estas são informações privilegiadas tanto para a gestão do curso de Odontologia, como para a própria UFC, auxiliando na identificação de possíveis fragilidades e na construção de melhorias para o curso, especificamente com relação à formação discente, e consequentemente a formação do cirurgião-dentista.
