The aim of this study is to map what challenges member-associations within The Swedish University Sport Federation can come across between 2016-2020. The study also aims to explore how the federation can be a better recourse to their member-associations. The study is a part of The Swedish University Sport Federation strategic work during 2016. The qualitative method has been used and eight interviews have been realized. By using a content-analysis the data has been analyzed and categorized to create a clear content of the results. The study shows that recruiting new board-members is one of the Swedish Student sports biggest challenges together with creating good methods of transferring the information to the new board. The federations member-associations said that they would like to have more local educations because some member-associations does not have the economy to be able to send people to educations. Cosmetic changes with the federations website, templates to negotiations with the universities was two of the most wanted assignments that the member- association wanted the federation to prioritize in the near time.
