Cette thèse étudie les effets liés à l'âge et plus particulièrement liés à la sénescence chez deux espèces extrêmement longévives: l'albatros à sourcils noirs (Thalassarche melanophrys) et le grand albatros (Diomedea exulans). Dans un premier temps nous cherchons à déterminer quelles sont les variations de différents traits d'histoire de vie, démographiques et morphologiques en fonction de l'âge. Une approche multi-traits et multi-états nous permet de modéliser les variations des traits avec l'âge en prenant en compte les effets liés au sexe ou au statut reproducteur de l'année précédente dans des modèles de capture-recapture. Dans un second temps, nous relions ces patrons âge- dépendants aux variations de l'environnement en terme de fluctuations climatiques, océanographiques et d'activités anthropiques (pêche industrielle), afin de déterminer si en fonction de leur âge, les individus sont influencés de manière différentielle. Enfin les variations différentielles identifiées des traits démographiques dues aux fluctuations environnementales selon l'âge sont intégrées dans des modèles matriciels de populations afin de déterminer si et comment les événements extrêmes peuvent altérer la dynamique et la structure des populations. Ce travail basé sur des données longitudinales et transversales collectées depuis plus de 50 dans les Terres Australes et Antarctiques Françaises apporte des éléments nouveaux sur l'écologie évolutive de la sénescence en milieu naturel et comment l'âge peut influencer la réponse des populations aux changements globaux chez ces espèces fortement menacées d'extinction.

Title: The influence of physiotherapeutic intervention with Propriomed on postural stability of 11-13 years old tennis players Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is objectivize the influence of physiotherapeutic intervention involving exercise with Propriomed on the success of strokes and speed of the swing phase of 11-13 years old tennis players. Methods: Teoretical part is composed like a recherche in which are informations that make base fot the practical part. For the practical part was made experimental study which contains sample of 17 probands in age between 11-13 that are active tennis players for more than 5 years. Pobands was divided into intervention group and control group. Intervention group had training with Propriomed once a week. Main task of study was analysis of succes rate and speed of the swing phase of different tennis shots before and after physiotherapeutic intervention with Propriomed and comparing results of both groups. Results: In beckhand shot was observed statistically significant difference after finishing first intervention. It is possible to claim that training with Propriomed positively influence precision of the backhand shot in a short term. This thesis aims at the problematics of personal growth of students with special needs in the field of art education. For example in ceramics they move from mechanical imitation of certain craftmanship to their own artistic self-realization. The goal of this thesis is to explore, dokument and describe in what ways can succes of a student be influenced. The claim will be verified, that though specifically chosen artistic tasks, that do not také place only in ceramics workshop, not only work related but also intelectuall skills that are connected with interiorization of the procedures can be developer. The subject of this research are the exspressions of verbal communicetion between students. The course of these interactions, their connection to the special needs of the students, and to the formationof their roles in the group, and what influence it has on these roles. This research is designed as a qualitative multiple case study according to theory of Strauss and Corbin. As a theme for my diploma thesis I chose „Suggestion of a Model of a successful Manager" for company Unicorn Inc. This model can be used by Unicorn´s owner not only for existing employees but also for hiring new managers and for opening new branches as well. Thanks to my model he will be able to compare existing soft skills of managers who are already on board and he will also know which characteristics, knowledge, experience and processes he should focus on when selecting candidates for managerial positions and posts. The research results, that will be carried out on employed managers, will show which soft skills are neccessary to be focused on when internal empoloyee trainings are carried out. Consequently I will suggest steps that will increase managers´ efficiency which will lead to an increase of efficiency in the whole company.
