Para este estudo, será utilizado o teorema espectral da álgebra linear, e o problema da diagonalização de matrizes simétricas, bem como os elementos básicos de álgebra linear necessários para tal. Por fim, serão abordadas as possíveis intersecções entre cones de revolução e planos no espaço.<br> / Abstract : On this dissertation, it will be defined the possible quadric surfaces, through the second degree equation with three variables. For such study, it will be used the spectral theorem of linear algebra, and the problem of diagonalization of symmetric matrices, as well as the necessary basic elements of linear algebra. In the end, it will be covered the possible intersections between revolution cones and plans in the space.
