Polyfunkční dům v Židlochovicích / Multifunctional house in Židlochovice

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new multifunctional building in the cadastral area Židlochovice Židlochovice. The building is designed as a separate, partly barrier-free building with three above-ground and one underground floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with a capacity of 60 people and there is a café on the second floor, adjacent to a terrace with a capacity of 30 people. It is also located here restaurant facilities, in other parts of the first floor there are three retail outlets with facilities and dentistry with five offices and backgrounds. The second floor is divided into two separate units, where four residential units and a part of the aforementioned café and office premises are located. In the underground floor there is a parking lot with 16 parking spaces and a technical background of the building. The building is based on base concrete and base reinforced concrete floors. The load-bearing structure consists of a brick system made of ceramic Therm-type fittings. The building is roofed with a flat vegetation roof. The drawing part is processed in the program AutoCAD.

Rekonstrukce fary v Brankovicích / Reconstruction of Brankovice Parish

This is a reconstruction of the parish in Brankovice. The building has two floors, is partly a basement, attic, unused, false hip roof. The building was built in the Baroque - Classical style around 1773. The facade is horizontally divided by plinth, shams around windows, and by a cordon cornice lisenas vertically between windows. The front is accentuated by protruding buttress. The building consists of mid-section and two side wings, the layout is strictly symmetrical. The central axis of the main entrance to the building, which is linked to the entrance hall. On the second floor, there is a staircase hall in the central part of the building, connected to all rooms, which are further connected to each other. The rooms on the first floor will be used as an apartment for the pastor. The part of solution is reconstruction and extensions of bathrooms and garage. Bearing system of solved object consists of burnt bricks. The extensions is designed as ceramic brick blocks Therm masonry.

En komparativ analys för beräkningsprogram av U-värde / A comparative analysis of U-value calculation programs

Detta arbete har som intention att ge en bra grund för att kunna välja vilket av programmen BISCO eller THERM som är bättre för att beräkna värmegenomgångskoefficienten U, för fönster. Syftet är formulerat utifrån att standarden EN ISO 10077-2:2012 har ersatts med den uppdaterade versionen EN ISO 10077-2:2017 där en stor skillnad är introduktionen till en ny beräkningsmetod. Denna nya beräkningsmetod är baserad på en fysikalisk teoretisk modell vid namn strålningsmodellen. BISCO möjliggör beräkning enligt båda modellerna med hjälp av en tilläggsmodul och är därför en del av syftet att jämföra numeriska resultat från båda metoderna. Syftet med denna rapport är att finna och jämföra för- och nackdelar med att beräkna U-värdet för fönster i respektive program. Samt undersöka hur beräkningsresultaten skiljer sig åt mellan programmen med och utan beräkning enligt strålninsgmodellen. Först görs en kvalitativ jämförelse om hur programmen används och sedan en kvantitativ jämförelse baserat på beräkningsresultat. I båda programmen räknades det på tre olika fönsterprofiler där karmarna var av trä, PVC och aluminium. Resultatet visade på att fler fördelar finns hos användandet av BISCO däremot är tidsåtgången lite större vilket beror på att programmet inte är bra anpassat för att göra ändringar i efter att man påbörjat en beräkning. Om behovet inte finns att få mer korrekta beräkningar enligt strålningsmodellen rekommenderas THERM som verktyg eftersom tidsåtgången är relativt mindre och är mindre komplex att använda. Beräkning i THERM har gett något högre värden på U än för beräkningarna i BISCO. Skillnaden med och utan strålningsmodellen är inte stornär man jämför resultaten i BISCO, däremot är det en liten skillnad gentemot THERM. / This bachelor thesis has the intention to give a good ground for selection of which calculation software, BISCO or THERM, is better for calculating the thermal transmittance U, for windows. The purpose is formulated based on the updated version of the standard EN ISO 10077-2:2012 named EN ISO 10077-2:2017. Were the big difference between these versions is the new method for calculating the heat transfer inside air cavities of the window which is based on the radiosity method. BISCO gives the user the possibility to calculate a U-values of windows with or without the new calculation method. This makes it a good program for comparing the calculation using the new and old model. The purpose of this report is to find pros and cons with calculating the U-values for windows in the above mentioned software’s. Also to investigate how the calculation results differ from one another with and without the radiosity method. First a qualitative comparison is made of how the software’s are used and then a quantitative comparison based on the calculation results. In both BISCO and THERM, three different profiles are used where the frames are made of wood, PVC and aluminum. The result showed that more pros are found using BISCO but more time is needed using it. Reason being that the software is not adapted for making changes after calculation already as been done. If there is not a need of more correct results according to the radiosity method, then it is recommended to use THERM because it requires relatively less time and is less complex. Calculations in THERM gave slightly higher values of the thermal transmittance then the ones calculated in BISCO. The difference with or without the radiosity method is not big at all when comparing in BISCO. However it is a little difference when comparing with results from THERM.

It consists of one building divided into three expansion units. It is a building with a partial basement floor and three floors. The building is designed from reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill Porotherm. The ceiling structure is designed from a continuous cross -reinforced monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a flat roof. House is designed for desabled persons.

Obecní úřad s knihovnou / Municipal office with library

The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a project documentation of the building construction. This project deals with two new buildings of civic facilities allocated in the centre of Brodek u Konice on an almost flat plot. These two buildings are adjoining; however, statically and operationally independent on each other. In the building SO 01 are located a library and a sweet-shop and the building SO 02 is designed for the local authority. The building containing library is projected as a two-storeys building; while, the building for local authority has only a ground floor. Both buildings are without any basement and they are roofed by wooden trusses. The library building has a hip roof and the local authority building has a hip roof on the east side and a gable on the west side. A floor plan of the library building has rectangular shape; while, building for local authority is almost square shaped. Support structures for both buildings consist of masonry of therm type brick blocks and pre-stressed celling slabs. The library is divided to the public area with a hygienic facility for visitors and an area accessible only for employees with hygienic and technical facilities. The 1st floor of the library building is fully accessible for visitors and they can also use a balcony, a terrace or a grassy area which is approachable from the terrace. The local authority building has only the ground floor containing offices, a conference room, hygienic and technical facilities designed for employees and hygienic facility for visitors. Paved areas for parking and a main entrance will be accessible from main road in the municipality.

The aim of the master´s thesis is to design a Residential care home as smart building. It is situated in the centre of Křenovice near Brno. The master´s thesis is divided into three parts, first part presents design documentation, second part is focused on building services and the final part presents noise control in building. Residential care house is designed as two-storey building without basement with flat roof. On the first floor there is utility area for senior house and healthcare facility and on the second floor there are flats for seniors. Residential care house is built on footing. Load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from hollow bricks type THERM. External walls are insulated with mineral wool. The roofing of residential care house is made up of extensive green roof. The building services of the building includes two ground-water heat pumps with boreholes for heating and cooling, photovoltaic panels, HVAC, hot water cylinder and rainwater storage tank. The final part is focused on noise control in building. It is about acoustic in construction. Noise study is also included.

Analýza vstupu zahraniční firmy přímou investicí do regionu / Analysis of the entry of the foreign company by the direct investment in the region

This thesis aims to analyse the impacts of the entry of the direct foreign investment of Futaba Czech s. r. o. on Havlíčkův Brod region. The introductory part contains a list of the sources reporting on the company{\crq}s investment decisions. Various aspects concerning the localization factors are included as well. Next part focuses on examining Futaba Czech s. r. o. in particular but also partly on Sklo Bohemi, a. s. and Pleas, a. s. They represent the three largest companies in Havlíčkův Brod region. The main aim of the author of the work was to find out how these three companies influence each other, even though each of them is interested in a different branch of industry. The following hypotheses are examined in the thesis: 1) Funding of FCZ by short-term credits indicates an existence of the significant insecurity, which can cause some doubts about company{\crq}s ability to continue to work according to principle based on continuation unlimited by time. 2) Benefit of the direct foreign investment of Futaba for the region is substantial at the present time and the impacts on the social environment are considerable as well. 3) Termination of operations of the company Sklo Bohemia, a. s. has influenced the social conditions of Havlíčkův Brod region significantly and it has had an influence on the operation of the companies Futaba Czech s. r. o. and Pleas, a. s. All three hypotheses have been verified in the thesis. The last part of the work gives the report of the evaluation of the hypotheses in question and a supposition, that the examined company might leave Czech market, because the results of its management are getting worse, is expressed.
