Baigiamajame darbe buvo atlikta mokslinių darbų analizė darbo zonų tematika. Pateikiamos pagrindinės darbo zonos atsiradimo priežastys. Kelio darbo vietos suklasifikuotos pagal keletą kriterijų ir aprašomos darbo zonų valdymo galimybės. Darbe išskiriamos dvi pagrindinės darbo zonų problemos: eismo saugumo ir transporto priemonių intensyvumo. Analizuojamos darbo zonų spūsčių automobilių keliuose sukeliamos problemos. Darbe pateikiami transporto priemonių intensyvumo pagrindiniai parametrai ir veiksniai, turintys jiems įtakos. Atlikti eksperimentiniai tyrimai pasirinktose darbo zonose ir gauti rezultatai apibendrinami. Darbo apimtis – 72 psl. teksto be priedų, 39 iliustr., 12 lent., 26 bibliografinių šaltinių. / The final work was carried out research work analyzes the work zone topics. Contains the main work area causes. Multiple jobs are grouped according to several criteria and a description of the work zone management capabilities. The paper distinguishes between two areas of work problems: traffic safety and transport intensity. Analyzed areas of work on the roads caused congestion problems. The paper presents the vehicle parameters and the intensity of the main factors influencing them. Tests were performed in selected areas of work and the results obtained are summarized. Thesis consists of: 72 p. texts without appendixes, 39 pictures, 12 tables, 26 bibliographical entries.

Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním základních technických dat pro určený úsek dálnice za účelem zpracování technologie odstraňování překážek na dálnici. A to v závislosti na předpokládané intenzitě dopravy predikovat na daných úsecích výkony pro vyprošťovací a odtahové služby. Práce se zabývá technologickým postupem prací. Jelikož špatná technologie vyproštění a neznalost konstrukce vozidel má za následek následné škody po nehodě. Profesionální přístup firmy vede k minimalizaci těchto škod. Vyprošťovací a odtahová firma musí mít náležitě vyškolené pracovníky a správně zvolenou technologii vyprošťování. To vede ke zkrácení doby omezení provozu a tím lze řešit i dobu pro zkrácení kolon. Dalším řešeným tématem bude intenzita provozu, která je důležitá při hodnocení v závislosti na počtu nehod i počtu zásahů a to v místech s nejvyšší intenzitou dopravy.

Distribuční strategie po otevření severní dálnice v ČR / Distribution strategy after opening the northern highway in the Czech RepublicJindrová, Věra January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this work is to simulate and to try to predict a distribution strategy by opening the northern highway in the Czech Republic based on the current traffic flows and existing trends. The speedway R35 will be after the completion of all platforms the northern backbone route connecting Bohemia and Moravia. With an overall length of 260 km it will be the longest Czech speedway. Another attraction of this highway is the connection of four regional cities and six strokes crossing the motorway network. The prediction of traffic volume will have a task to reveal the simulation model of overt and covert traffic flows, including the approximate volumes of traffic. The author assumes that the completion of the R35 between Mohelnice and eastern Bohemia will have a strategic importance not only for relieving highway D1, but also due to the conversion of the distribution strategy in the whole country, including new opportunities for the construction of distribution centers strategically located.

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of basic technical data for a designated motorway section in order to develop a technology for removing obstacles on the motorway. Depending on the predicted traffic intensity, they can predict the recovery and recovery services in the sections. The thesis deals with technological process work. Because poor recovery technology and ignorance of the vehicle construction result in consequential damage after an accident. The professional approach of the company leads to the minimization of these damages. Recovery and removal companies must have properly trained personnel and well-chosen rescue technology. This leads to a shortening of the time limit of the operation and thus also to the shortening of the columns. Another topic addressed will be the traffic intensity, which is important in the evaluation depending on the number of accidents and the number of interventions, in the places with the highest traffic intensity.

One of the most frequently mentioned negative effects of suburbanisation is the effect on traffic. New suburb residents daily commute to the centre of the urban region to work and to access services. Unlike the original residents, they use cars more extensively as a means of transport. This causes high traffic volume on roads (especially those which are radially oriented), which were not designed for it. As a consequence, traffic congestion during peak hours occurs regularly. This problem can be solved through a variety of measures. This thesis focuses only on one group of measures - tools of spatial planning. In the case of Prague, suburban housing has developed extremely quickly over the last 20 years. As a result, the problem and its solution are even more difficult. Pressure on land use in the city's hinterland is greater than in Western Europe, where the suburbanization process took place gradually. Moreover, spatial planning tools were affected by changes in public administration (formation of regions). The thesis models the impact of residential suburbanization on traffic. It then examines whether spatial planning tools are sufficient to control that impact or if there is a threat that traffic should become a barrier to development. Route VMO will be conducted on the embankment of Přerovka and will be processed two variants. As an alternative A - VMO connection with D1 and the route Bratislava radial (see Urban Plan MB). As an alternative B - route run as the Bratislava tangent and Brno from MUK - south along the street Ráječek to Hájecká. A road can be considered as a noise source based on its traffic density. Intuition says, a road, with closely spaced vehicles, can be classified as a line source and for sparsely spaced vehicles, a collection of point sources. This study deals with the classification of a stretch of highway into either a line source or a collection of point sources based on the sound pressure measured by 7 microphones placed at certain distances from the highway and on the law of attenuation applicable. The results indicate a strong dependence of source classification with the traffic density. / En väg kan betraktas som en bullerkälla baserat på dess trafikintensitet. Intuitivt bör en väg med hög trafikintensitet klassificeras som en linjekälla och för få fordon en samling punktkällor. Denna studie handlar om klassificeringen av en motorvägssträcka till antingen en linjekälla eller en samling punktkällor baserat på ljudtrycket uppmätt med sju mikrofoner placerade på varierande avstånd från motorvägen. Resultaten visar att källklassificeringen är beroende av trafiktätheten och av avståndet till vägen.

Nagrinėti pažaidų tipai gatvėse su asfalto danga, pažaidų atsiradimo priežastys bei jų nustatymo metodikos, naudojamos įrangos. Nurodomi transporto eismo intensyvumo matavimo metodai, įranga. Atlikta analizė vizualiai nustatytų asfalto dangos pažaidų vienuolikos gatvių, esančių Vilniau mieste, bei transporto eismo intensyvumo matavimų, naudojant automatinį skaičiuoklį – klasifikatorių Marksman 660. Įvertinta asfalto dangos pažaidų bei transporto eismo intensyvumo priklausomybė. Atsižvelgiant į darbe atliktą analizę, sudarytas prioritetinis Vilniaus miesto remontuotinų gatvių sąrašas. / In this work there are supplied the net of Vilnius city streets, its engineering parameters, condition of streets in Vilnius has been overlooked briefly. There has been analysed types of defects in streets with asphalt pavement, reasons for origination of defects and methods for identification, usable equipment. Methods of measurement of traffic intensity and usable equipment has been also indicated. There has been analysed defects of asphalt pavement, which had been defined visually in eleven streets in Vilnius city, and measurements of traffic volume using the counter-sizer Marksman 660. Dependence of asphalt pavement defects and traffic volume has been estimated too. According to the analyse of this work, there has been done the list of priority for repairing these eleven streets in Vilnius city.

The diploma thesis deals with traffic analyzes in the town of Letovice in the South Moravian Region. The traffic analysis was performed with respect to traffic at rest in the city. Part of the work is to map the current traffic situation, determine the traffic load of roads passing through the city and analyze the accidents according to the type and cause of traffic accidents. Thanks to the analysis of the current traffic situation, critical points concerning traffic at rest were determined, at which further measurements took place. After evaluating all performed analyzes and measurements, the necessary measures were proposed that can contribute to the improvement of the traffic situation in the city of Letovice.

The proposal includes modification of existing crossroads, pavement and bus stops. In the thesis are dealt with the proposal of a new road for cycling. At the crossroads of groomed intensity was measured and calculated as current transport capacity of thecrossroads. In the Interest section is elaborated analysis of the accident.
