This diploma thesis deals mainly with the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness and its area of support number 3.2 ? Support for the offer of further education, namely in the South Bohemian region. Currently, the support for the offer of further education in this region is realized particularly through letters of intents from the first round of the call for this area of support which have been approved for future fruition. The fruition of the projects drafted in these letters of intents will have a primary impact especially on target groups of factual projects. The letters of intents from the second round of the call are now being evaluated. Letters of intents from this second round approved for fruition will be officially announced after the meeting of the South Bohemian Regional Council, which will be held in June this year. In the fourth quarter of 2011, the third round of the call in the South Bohemian region will be announced. The effect of the money invested in the offer of further education will manifest itself no sooner than after the year 2013, in which the programming period will be ended and utilization of financial resources from the European Union funds will be dramatically limited. The representatives of the South Bohemian Region are well aware of the importance of supporting this issue and there is evident endeavour to fill up educational blanks of the people living on its territory, which are caused mainly by the changes in the employment market structure in this region. For the current programming period and for the support for the offer of further education in the South Bohemian region, the allocation of 196 000 000 CZK has been detached from the European Union funds. After the first call, 13% of this allocation were spent. It is difficult to foresee how the financial resources utilization within this area of support will be continued till the year 2013.

The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable communication strategy for a newly established language school that should start operating in a rather small czech town. The theoretic part includes an explanation of terminology and types of research used in marketing communication, description of ATL, BTL and PR communication, a few words about the importance of Corporate Identity (basis for communication) and description of tools that are used in the application part of the thesis. The application part starts with starts with monitoring of surroundings (competition, inhabitants, possible channels for communication activities), continues with a description of a launguage school, then follows assortment of inhabitans into suitable target groups and a proposal of strategic communication plan for the forthcoming year, more detailed attention is paid to the activities that are planned to be pursued during the first half of the first year (launch).

Diploma thesis deals with competencies of local municipalities in social inclusion policy. Social exclusion is a key phenomenon of contemporary policy, and municipalities play an important role in such policy. Though, municipalities often tend to fail in their role. The thesis describes and analyse the competencies of local governments and tries to set up and ideal local inclusion policy: a complete set of possible measures that a municipality can use in dealing with social inclusion. This ideal is further on used in two case studies: formative evaluation of local policies in two small towns in South Bohemia. The diploma thesis deals with labour market issues in relation to a selected group of self- employed persons during the coronavirus crisis of 2020. The main goal of the thesis deals with mapping and comparing the change of approach to self-employment during the coronavirus crisis from perspective of the theory of social construction of target populations by Ingram and Schneider. The main goal of the thesis was supplemented by four research questions that deal with the transformation of the social structure of the self-employed during a pandemic, the resulting policy, the tools used in employment policy and the variability of topics that appeared in the media in relation to self-employment. In the introduction, the reader gets acquainted with the development of the researched issues, statistics and the main theories and concepts that have been used. The second part describes the methodology of the work, such as research methods and data analysis. Following this, the work presents the results of the analysis of events, where was created a timeline of the development of selected measures. Přístup ke spravedlnosti pro oběti obchodování s lidmi jako problém veřejné politiky / Victims of human trafficking: Access to justice as Public Policy issueKutálková, Petra January 2015 (has links)
The dissertation offers a complex insight into the workings of provisions regarding the policy in the area of combating human trafficking with a focus on the tools which should guarantee access to justice for victims of human trafficking in the Czech Republic. By means of an event analysis covering the years 1993-2013 and using the theoretical premises of Actor-Centred Institutionalism and Social Construction of Target Groups, the paper shows that most institutions and actors active in the observed area of the policy are primarily focused on criminal repression rather than the rights and needs of human trafficking victims. Even the position of the victim is rather weak in the observed segment of the policy in comparison to the declaratory stances. In relation to actors and institutions, the position of the victims is strengthened by the Act on Social Services and weakened, besides other things, by several institutionalized uses of the human trafficking concept. In practice, the group which reaches help and rights is narrowed by them, and, at the same time, they act as an uncertainty factor in the work of Law Enforcement Authorities and other actors. Ši tema aktuali, nes verslo organizacijos, kurios planuoja ir rūpinasi savo viešumu, turi įvertinti viešumo visuomenės informavimo priemonėse raiškos formas bei galimybes ir pasirinkti tas priemones, kurios leidžia geriausiai pasiekti tikslines auditorijas ir tokiu būdu pagerinti savo veiklos rodiklius. Magistro darbo objektas – verslo organizacijų viešumo ypatumai. Hipotezė – organizacijos dydis, veiklos sektorius ir pozicija vertybinių popierių biržoje turi įtakos organizacijos viešumui. Darbo tikslas – ištirti verslo organizacijų viešumo ypatumus ir juos lemiančius veiksnius. This topic is actual because business organizations that are planning and taking care of their publicity have to evaluate forms of expression and capacity in the media and select the means that allow best access to targeted audiences, thus improving their performance. The object of work of the Master's thesis is the advertising features of business organizations. Hypothesis of work is the organization's size, the economic sector, and positions on the stock exchange that affect the organization's publicity in the media. The aim of work is to explore the advertising features of business organizations and their determinants. Targets of work: to discuss the concept of publicity, determining factors and classification methods, to analyze the features of publicity change, to examine the specificity of publicity among business organisations, to examine the publicity in the media of companies from two economic sectors (petroleum and telecommunications) and companies enlisted in Vilnius Stock Exchange, to assess significance of the organisation’s size, economic sector and positions on the stock exchange for the publicity in the media.
