La presente investigación, alrededor de las formas de implementación del teatro como estrategia y herramienta, pretende responder en qué manera el uso de estas facultades, propias de las artes escénicas, pueden ser una ayuda para el trabajo de la reinserción de jóvenes reclusos en centros penitenciarios de la ciudad de Lima. Mediante una revisión y análisis de diferentes procesos comunicacionales y estratégicos para este fin, además de los aportes conseguidos en diferentes proyectos de intervención desde las artes escénicas, planteamos que su influencia puede ser positiva, a partir de estas condiciones dadas y como soporte desde una articulación con varios métodos de trabajo, así como la una forma de trabajo que no interfiera con los procesos en que se evalúa a las poblaciones penitenciarias. Asimismo, el desarrollo de este análisis puede ser organizado desde dos argumentos principales; el primero con respecto a observar y hacer un ejercicio de análisis sobre la importancia de saber cada uno de los tipos de estrategias y herramientas que se utilizan desde las artes escénicas para el trabajo de reinserción social. Mientras que lo segundo, se enfoca en evaluar la manera en que influye directamente el trabajo de las artes escénicas, ya sea como espacio de trabajo o como generador de herramientas en este proceso de reinserción y trabajo penitenciario con poblaciones jóvenes. / This research, around the forms of implementation of theater as a strategy and tool, aims to answer in what way the use of these faculties, typical of the performing arts, can be an aid for the work of the reintegration of young inmates in penitentiary centers from the city of Lima. Through a review and analysis of different communicational and strategic processes for this purpose, in addition to the contributions made in different intervention projects from the performing arts, we propose that their influence can be positive, based on these given conditions and as support from an articulation with various working methods as well as a way of working that does not interfere with the processes in which prison populations are evaluated. Likewise, the development of this analysis can be organized from two main arguments; the first about observing and doing an analysis exercise on the importance of knowing each of the types of strategies and tools that are used from the performing arts for social reintegration work. While the second, focuses on evaluating the way in which the work of the performing arts directly influences, either as a workspace or as a generator of tools in this process of reintegration and prison work with young populations.

El tráfico ilícito de drogas es uno de los principales negocios ilícitos que tienen mayor incidencia en las calles limeñas y que muestra mayor presencia de participación de jóvenes y adolescentes. Si bien desde el Estado se tienen diversas iniciativas y acciones en materia punitiva respecto a esta situación, estas resultan insuficientes para materializar una lucha frontal contra esta modalidad de delito desde diversas sus dimensiones y aspectos. Uno de los aspectos que denota mayores esfuerzos de desarrollo en estos últimos tiempos, pero que todavía insuficientes, es el de prevención para este caso en particular; esto puede deberse a que la prevención de este delito contiene diversas y amplias aristas de análisis y acción, y que muchas de estas rebasan las capacidades de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) y demanda un uso extra de recursos. El presente proyecto titulado: “Efectos del arte escénico sobre las habilidades de prevención del tráfico ilícito de drogas en promotores de la División de Prevención del TID, Dirección Antidrogas – PNP – 2018”; tiene el propósito de determinar los efectos del arte escénico sobre las habilidades de prevención del tráfico ilícito de drogas. Para ello se aplicarán un conjunto de sesiones operativas organizadas para desarrollar habilidades de empatía, habilidades sociales y resolución de conflictos dentro de sus funciones específicas en su labor de promoción; así como también contribuir a reforzar los aspectos preventivos en el caso del delito de tráfico ilícito de drogas. / Illegal drug traficking is one of the main ilicit businesses that occurs the most in lima and in which most of teenagers and youngs take part in. There are many initiatives and punishment that starts in the State for this situation but are not sufficient to face a fight against this crime modality from diverse dimensions and aspects. One aspect that needs more effort to develop lately, but still unaufficient is prevention. This could be because the prevention of this crime contais diverse points for analysis and action, and most of them overflow the capacity of the police and demand the use of extra resources. The present project called “Effects of the scenic art on prevention abilities of illicit drug’s traffic in promoters of the TID division - PNP- 2018” has the purpose to determine the effects of the scenic art over the prevention abilities of the illicit drug traffic. For that reason, many organized sessions will be implemented to develop emphatic social abilities and solving of conflicts, all of this inside of the specific function of promotion of the PNP, as well as to contribute to the reinforcement of the aspects for prevention in the case of liicit drug traffic / Trabajo de investigación

Esta tesis parte de un cuestionamiento sobre las implicancias de representar “la otredad” en el teatro limeño, particularmente cuando se trata de grupos humanos subalternos que suelen estar invisibilizados y cuyas representaciones con mayor alcance tienden a ser generadas por miembros ajenos a su comunidad. En ese sentido, este trabajo busca analizar cómo se realiza la representación de la mujer amazónica en la obra Savia del Teatro La Plaza. Considero que es parte de nuestra responsabilidad como artistas procurar poner en escena temas que requieran ser pensados por nuestra sociedad. Sin embargo, se debe tener una conciencia particular al hablar sobre algún grupo humano al que no pertenecemos. Para lograr este análisis, en esta investigación se han descrito diferentes representaciones de la mujer amazónica que aparecen en la obra y reconocido los elementos a través de los cuales se compone dicha representación. Asimismo, se han identificado las problemáticas que se dan en dichas representaciones desde la perspectiva de los estudios poscoloniales y la teoría de la subalternidad, para finalmente examinar la forma en la que se construye en escena empatía entre la historia contada y el público, para lograr conectar con y visibilizar a las mujeres amazónicas. La metodología se centra en el análisis del texto dramático de la obra y de la grabación de la puesta en escena. Esta investigación nos brinda alcances sobre las complejidades de la representación de comunidades subalternas, pues inclusive cuando se tratan de evidenciar los discursos racistas y colonialistas, la obra puede hacer uso de estereotipos pertenecientes a dichos discursos, pues son parte del imaginario de sus creadores. / This thesis is based on a questioning about the implications of how "otherness" is represented in the theater of Lima, particularly when it comes to subaltern human groups that are usually invisible and whose representations with a greater reach tend to be built by members outside their community. This research intends to analyze how the representation of Amazonian women is portrayed in the play Savia of Teatro La Plaza. I believe that it is part of our responsibility as artists to show on stage issues that need to be addressed by our society. However, we must be specially aware of how we portray human groups that we don’t belong to. To achieve this analysis, the different representations of Amazonian women that appear in the piece have been described and the elements that compose those representations have been recognized in this research. In addition, the problems that stem from these representations have been identified from the perspective of postcolonial studies and the subaltern theory, to finally examine the way in which empathy is built on stage between the story and the audience, in order to sympathize with Amazonian women and give them visibility. The methodology focuses on the analysis of the dramatic text of the play and the recording of the performance. This research gives us notions about the complexities of the representation of subaltern communities, because even when it comes to highlighting racist and colonialist discourses, the play may use stereotypes associated with those discourses, since they belong to their creators’ social imaginary.
