This study approaches the technology insertion issue in a public school of basic education from the perspective of the modulation relation of this socio-technical network that includes cognition, technical objects and the institution, as a result of a resolution of a problematic transaction that it updates. Therefore, the distribution process of portable computers (netbooks) to a school community in an elementary school was accompanied, observing some of the ethical, aesthetic and politicians effects which emerged from the meeting of the individuals with technology. From the cartographic method we evidenced which were the effects that took place at the meeting of the school community with the digital technology originated from the implications of different public policies that agencied constituted the establishment of the insertion of a technological project. Thus, we observed that modulation of a network that includes among other implications, the public policies on education, the power of indeterminacy of a digital technology and the individuals in a concrete and embodied cognition conception, occurs when, in this agency are produced new ways of making, in which knowledge and reality appear inseparable. In the context of this research, this inseparability, occurs when technology is moved from an instrumental and utilitarian perspective to a position of ethical action and authoring. So, to put in debate, some resolutions which the individuals were finding from their embodied and located experience, we noted the encouraging of teaching and learning practices, which allowed the allocation of new senses to the making process of faculty and students. We emphasize that resignification of reality, allowed to retain a recognitive policy and also generate new ways of knowing in a politics of invention, redefining some limits of this network on individual, technical and institutional plans.

Through a hole, the inverted image of what is outside, is projected inside a dark room. This phenomenon, constantly at work in naturally sombre closed spaces, in the eyes of humans and most animals, occasionallyinside habitations, is also the optical principle that made photography and motion pictures possible. This opticalproblem was observed and described for the first time in Europe by Aristotle in his Problemata. Then, over thecenturies, this “camera obscura phenomenon” was studied and used to measure time and space, makeastronomical observations and experiments, produce images or theatrical performances. In the last few decades, science has demonstrated that for matter to come to life, breed and evolve, it has gradually taken hold of thisphenomenon produced by light. Through vision it plays a fundamental role in our intimate perception of theworld and our self-consciousness. However, few academic studies address its natural, technical as well asaesthetic characteristics. This research will try to bring forth a global coherence in this field. The method that weuse is founded on our artistic practice of the photographic capture of the images as they appear inside thecamera obscura. In addition, this practice is also based on an analytical approach founded on a range ofphilosophical, scientific and fictional sources including poetry and movies. We follow through these documentsthe genesis of the technical objects related to the camera obscura phenomenon. Then, our research focuses onsome artists alleged to have, or have actually utilized "optical" devices to perform their works of arts since thefifteenth century. We conclude with the approach and practice of some contemporary photographers committedto photographing the camera obscura phenomenon, whose works of arts open new perspectives forphotographic art, yet still refer to fundamental questions about art.

Le dispositif architectural comme objet technique concret, modes d'existence, manières de faire : l'art de la transposition à l'orée du XXème siècle / The architectural device as a concrete technical object, modes of existence, ways of doing : art of transposition on the edge of the 20th CenturyMaisian, Jordana 04 March 2011 (has links)
J'explorerai comment il met en place des techniques de projet, véritables manières de faire consistant à intervenir sur des types architecturaux consacrés pour produire des objets techniques concrets / The goal of the thesis is to bring out, in several architects, the existence of a different kind of relationship with the past, which authorizes a new kind of reading of history. Benjamin wrote: “some people transmit things by making them intangible and conserving them; other people transmit situations by making them handy and liquidating them. Last are those that are called destructives. In this way, several modern works, austere in appearance, could they not result from a long transformation process punctuated by successive disappearances ? My hypothesis is that some architects, such as Le Corbusier, choose to insert themselves in that paradox, producing project techniques which do not come under dialectics between continuity and interruption, nor under reference work: I will call transposition the work that consists in graft on the genesis of an architectural device to accelerate it by the exhaustive actualization of his modes of existence. If Jeanneret detaches from the culture of his time onwards since the Orient Trip it is because he does not consider the architectural device as an inert entity which can be extrapolated. He recognizes in it a technical object capable of producing effects as a perception machine. His attitude consists therefore in visiting tradition, not to extract references, but as knowledge about the power that some objects have to produce effects. I will explore how he invents project techniques which are real ways of doing, consisting on intervening on, established, architectural types to produce concrete, technical objects

Psí útulek s veterinárním zázemím / Dog Shelter with Veterinary FacilitiesHulenková, Barbora January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of this closed area of the shelter dogs with veterinary facilities and administration shelter in a specific location in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, street Meziříčská. It is a building amenities. In addition to the project itself is part of the job specialization - health and technical installations and connections. The work was developed in response to a bachelor thesis. The intention is to create a functional device with everyday hour, which will be provided by 7 employees. Given that the region is not represented such a device, its implementation will meet the requirements and demands of citizens of the town but also surrounding communities. The capacity of the shelter is designed based on the client's requirements with the possibility of placing domestic animals in max. Of 50 dogs, 50 cats and 16 small animals. Unless capacity is full, the device can be used as an animal hotel. In its own proposal, the emphasis was on the overall architectural character and design solutions. Structures in the area are designed from the structural system KM BETA with a contact system. The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of this closed area of the shelter dogs with veterinary facilities and administration shelter in a specific location in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, street Meziříčská. Hmotné fikce: Pohyb mezi obrazy současného umění / Material Fictions: Moving (Between) Images of Contemporary ArtPurkrábková, Noemi January 2021 (has links)
7 Abstract This master's thesis engages moving images of contemporary art in order to sketch out certain ontological qualities of the digital image and imaginary, as they increasingly spill out of all fixed frames and fill the spaces between screens, contexts, and human and non-human agents. Following Steven Shaviro's observation that digital media brought about a completely "new regime" of mutable technical imaging often independent of any preceding "real" space, but instead able to produce its own space-time, this text treats moving images as performative world-shaping fictions with tangible traction on reality. Instead of understanding their growing proliferation in terms of the often-mourned disappeared correspondence to some previous reality, depth or truth, it suggests taking their fluidity as an opportunity to rethink the very divide placed between reality and fiction, as it continues to blur throughout our interactions with digital media, and to treat images not as mere representations but as material forces intensively active in the physical matter of the world, as well as in our own cognition. To articulate this irreducible materiality of digital image-fictions, the thesis weaves together on one hand respective philosophical concepts of François Laruelle and Gillese Deleuze and Félix Guattari -...
