Visų prekiautojų akcijomis svajonė yra turėti gerą elektroninį rinkos patarėją, kuris apdorotų “kalnus” įvairios informacijos ir pateiktų konkretų pasiūlymą apie vieną ar kitą akciją. Jei pavyktų prognozuoti akcijų kainas, vertybinių popierių rinkoje būtų labai lengva pasiekti didelius pelnus. Tai atlikti bando šimtai Wall Street ekspertų ir finansų analitikų. Darbo tema yra pasirinkta neatsitiktinai, kadangi nėra sistemų ir programų kurios apimtų fundamentaliuosius ir techninius rodiklius, todėl darbe bus siekiama užpildyti šią tuštumą. Darbo tikslas: sukurti ekspertinę sistemą, kuri leistų apjungti techninius ir fundamentaliuosius rodiklius ir pateiktų patarimus investuotojams. Darbo struktūra. Pirmoje darbo dalyje „VERTYBINIŲ POPIERIŲ RINKOS ANALIZĖS BŪDAI“ nagrinėjami įvairūs akcijų analizės būdai. Aprašomos techninės ir analizės priemonės ir įvairūs rodikliai, kurie nusako tam tikrų akcijų vertę. Didelis dėmesys yra skiriamas įvairių rinkų ir jų sąveikos analizei. Antroje darbo dalyje „EKSPERTINĖS SISTEMOS APRAŠYMAS“ bus išnagrinėta pasirinkta programinė įranga, aprašytas sistemos sukūrimas, pateiktas sprendimų medis. Taip pat bus apžvelgti ekspertinės sistemos kintamieji ir loginiai blokai. It would be great to know the financial health of any stock, because this information could give nice profit to investors in the future. That is why they are searching for a tool that could help them to be sure about their investments. The article emphasizes the use of both fundamental and technical analysis and indicates factors influencing the stock selection process. The object of this paper is to find the best way and parameters to rate stocks. The aim of this paper is to create an expert system which will give recommendations about investments using both fundamental and technical indicators and analysis. Part 1 of the paper is about why every investor must use intermarket analysis. There is information about main fundamental tools and indicators. Also there is information about technical analysis based on an examination of the price and volume movements of individual stocks, sectors, or the market as a whole. In the 2 part of the paper is described expert system and how it was made. Also there is information about its structure, logical blocks and variables. Šiame darbe nagrinėjamas Radviliškio rajono 10 kV skirstomasis tinklas. 2009 m. duomenimis 10 kV elektros oro linijų ilgis buvo 988,62 km ir kabelinių elektros linijų 115,6 km. Visos elektros oro linijos yra statytos su gelžbetoninėmis atramomis. Linijų tankis 0,68 km/km2. Dėl elektros tiekimo nutraukimų vartotojai patiria materialinę žalą. Kadangi visos linijos buvo statytos tuomet kai Lietuva buvo TSRS sudėtyje. Lietuvai įstojus į Europos Sąjungą, pasikeitė reikalavimai skirstomajam tinklui. Apskaičiuosime kai kuriuos esamo tinklo parametrus ir pabandysime palyginti su normatyviniais. Šiame darbe pateikiame išvadas apie nagrinėjamo elektros tinklo patikimumą. Ar tinklą galima toliau eksploatuoti. Iš gautų rezultatų bus galima spręsti kokiais būdais galima pagerinti tinklo būklę. / In this final paper the 10 kV distributive networks in Radviliskis district has been analysed. According to the data of 2009, the length of 10 kV air route of electricity was 988,62 km and the length of cable route of electricity was 115,6 km. All the air route of electricity has been built using ferroconcrete supports. The density of routes is 0,68 km/ km2. The consumers of electricity experience material harm due to abortion of distribution of electricity. The requirements for distributive networks have been changed when Lithuania joined EU, because all the electricity routes have been built when Lithuania was part of the Soviet Union. We will try to evaluate some parameters of present network and to compare with normative. In this paper the conclusions about the reliability and further maintenance of electricity network has been formulated. Agreeably with results received, solutions for current network improvement have been given.
