Frente a baixa qualidade desta produção, está se propondo um projeto tecnológico que seja aplicado na produção da habitação de áreas mínimas, ocupadas pelas famílias de baixa renda, e na produção do mobiliário destinado a este público consumidor. Nesta relação entre a unidade habitacional e seu mobiliário é acrescentada a diversidade de formações familiares apresentada pelos moradores de conjuntos habitacionais. Para a concretização de projetos e design que propõem soluções alternativas para se atingir a almejada qualidade da habitação e do móvel, é necessário considerar a implantação de um projeto tecnológico que possa abarcar toda a complexidade que a questão envolve. / A technological project can be finding in the advanced industrial sector and it is the base of all projects and productions actions. But its inclusion in house and furniture design and production is still in the very beginning. Since the quality of such production is very low, it\'s presenting a proposal to apply a technological project for the minimum housing for low income families, and in the production of furniture, usually purchased by such families. In this relation between the housing unity and the furniture is added the diversity of family configuration which is seen in the social homes. To bring to reality the designs of alternatives solutions to meet the desired standard of house and furniture quality, it urges to take into consideration a technological project to deal with the complexity of such subject.

Final thesis deals with solution of technological project of apartment block. Thesis contains technological prescription, control and test plans and budget for stage of ground works, shell construction and roofing. Roofing system design, timetables and plan of resources are also included.

This master’s thesis focuses on rationalization of production line for plastic windows production in RI OKNA a.s. (Inc.). Evaluation of production line’s current estate is being done as well as weak point detection. On these bases some new variations for improvement are being suggested. The winning variation is drown up into the technological project and put through an economical evaluation.

This thesis deals with technological project of production of rotating parts, more design layout of the workplace light machining - turning in the company TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s.. Workplace design is based on both the requirements of company and the principles of technological design. Part of this thesis is the design of three variants of machines arrangement, which are evaluated. Selected of the best option is further elaborated in detail the calculation of capacity, drawing documentation, and economic-technical evaluation.
