Formación docente en educación primaria: Una exploración en base al modelo TPACK

Los docentes son los encargados de generar oportunidades para que los estudiantes desarrollen habilidades relacionadas al uso de la tecnología. Por lo que es necesario que, en el proceso de formación de los docentes, estos reciban una alfabetización tecnológica acorde a sus funciones y a su futura práctica pedagógica. Es así que, el principal objetivo del presente estudio es explorar la competencia tecnológica en el proceso de formación profesional de futuros docentes de educación primaria de una universidad privada de Lima desde la perspectiva del modelo TPACK. Al ser un estudio de enfoque cualitativo se realizó un análisis del contenido de los documentos que señalan el compromiso de la enseñanza aprendizaje de la competencia tecnológica. Según los resultados, sólo algunos de los documentos académicos analizados especifican el desarrollo de la competencia TIC en su asignatura, del mismo modo sólo algunos documentos indican el cómo se da el desarrollo de la competencia y cómo es que se vincula con la didáctica pedagógica. / Teachers are responsible for creating opportunities for students to develop abilities relating to technology. For this reason is it necessary that, during their own learning process, aspiring teachers acquire digital literacy according to their functions and future pedagogical practice. The main goal of this study is to explore the digital competencies during the professional training of future primary level teachers in a private university located in Lima from the perspective of the TPACK model. Being a qualitative study, an analysis of documents that list digital literacy as one of their key teaching components. According to the results, only some of the documents analyzed specify the development of ICT competencies during the course of the class, meanwhile, a few documents only mention how this competency is acquired and how it relates to the teaching approach of the class. / Trabajo de investigación

"Är kameran på?" : En kvalitativ studie kring ledares upplevelser av ett påtvingat e-ledarskap

2019 upptäcktes en ny form av Coronavirus av de kinesiska myndigheterna som snabbt spreds iflera länder innan det tillslut spreds globalt. Folkhälsomyndigheten gick ut medrekommendationer att arbeta hemifrån för att minska smittspridningen i samhället, vilket bidrogtill att många ledare behövde anpassa sig och förmedla ett e-ledarskap på distans. Det blev endrastisk förändring för många organisationer och ledare då de tvingades in i denna omställning.Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie genom att intervjua nio olika ledare på olika organisationerför att undersöka hur det påtvingade e-ledarskapet har upplevts för dem under den rådandesituationen. Vi har utgått från tidigare litteratur gällande e-ledarskap, distansledarskap samt treaspekter som varit tydligt framträdande i denna litteratur: kommunikation, sociala aspekter ochteknologiska färdigheter. Det visade sig att ledarnas upplevelser gällande det påtvingadee-ledarskapet inte skiljer sig avsevärt gentemot deras tidigare ledarskap och att om de lyckashantera eventuella nackdelar så finns det många fördelar för de att ta med sig för framtiden / In 2019, a new form of Coronavirus was discovered by the Chinese authorities, which spreadrapidly in several countries before it eventually spread globally. The Swedish Public HealthAgency issued recommendations to work from home to prevent the spread of infection insociety, which contributed to the fact that many leaders needed to adapt and mediatee-leadership at a distance. It became a drastic change for many organizations and they wereforced into this transition. We have conducted a qualitative study by interviewing nine differentleaders in different organizations to examine how the forced e-leadership has been experiencedfor them during the current situation. We emanated from previous literature regardinge-leadership, distance leadership and three aspects that have been clearly prominent in thisliterature: communication, social aspects and technological skills. It turned out that the leaders'experiences regarding the forced e-leadership do not differ significantly from their previousleadership and that if they manage to deal with any potential disadvantages, there are manyadvantages for them to bring into the future.

The environment and rapid technological changes have led to a change in business management. In the current context, absorptive capacity, understood as the ability to acquire, assimilate, transform and exploit external knowledge is crucial to innovation capacity, and to the development and sustainability of competitive advantage. This research analyzes how management of technological assets; top management support on technology; technological skills; and technological distinctive competencies are positively related to absorptive capacity; and how they affect organizational performance. / El entorno y los rápidos cambios tecnológicos han provocado un cambio en la gestión empresarial. En el contexto actual, la capacidad de absorción, entendida como la habilidad para adquirir, asimilar, transformar y explotar el conocimientoexterno es crucial para la capacidad de innovación, y el desarrollo y sustento de ventajas competitivas. Esta investigación analiza cómo la gestión de las variables tecnológicas, el apoyo de la dirección a la tecnología, habilidades tecnológicas y competencias distintivas tecnológicas se relacionan positivamente con la capacidad de absorción, y cómo estas influyen en el desempeño organizativo. / O atual ambiente e as rápidas mudanças tecnológicas levaram a uma mudança na gestão empresarial. No presente contexto, a capacidade de absorção, entendida como a capacidade de adquirir, assimilar, transformar e explorar o conhecimento externo é crucial para a capacidade de inovação e o desenvolvimento e sustentação da vantagem competitiva. Esta pesquisa analisa a forma como a gestão das variáveis tecnológicas, o apoio da alta administração na tecnologia, os conhecimentos tecnológicos e as competências distintivas tecnológicas estão positivamente relacionadas com a capacidade de absorção, e como elas influenciam o desempenho organizacional.
