Este estudo se propõe a avaliar as mudanças ocorridas no ensino de graduação da PUe-Rio com a utilização da Internet. O aspecto acadêmico das mudanças é abordado com o objetivo de identificar as transformações nas relações entre alunos e professores ocorridas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. O método utilizado para levantar as informações junto à pue-Rio foi a aplicação de questionários para professores, alunos e técnicos que viabilizaram a análise das percepções destes atores sobre o tema. Para cada grupo de agentes: docentes, discentes e técnicos foi elaborado um questionário diferente. Os resultados indicaram que a Internet trouxe beneficios ao processo educacional, a principal vantagem identificada nesta pesquisa foi a melhoria na comunicação entre professores e alunos. Apesar dos beneficios e de apoiar algumas iniciativas, a PUe-Rio ainda não apresenta como política a divulgação e o incentivo a utilização desta tecnologia. / The Internet has been growing and changing several market segments, the educational included, since 1994. This study aims at verifying PUC-Rio's graduation education changes due to Internet use. The approach to the academic aspect of these changes has the purpose to identify changes on the relashionship between students and professors during teaching-learning processo The method used to raise PUC-Rio's informations was questionnaires application to professors, students and technicists through their perceptions' analysis. A different questionnaire was used for each agent group: professors, students and technicists. The result of this study indicated that the Internet brought educational process benefits. The main advantage identified from the results of this research was a better communication between professors and students. Although Internet has offered good benefits to the educational process, the lacking of a clear policy of PUC-Rio making the technological resources known to the internaI public was noticed.
