Em recente momento dessa história, a Rede Record de Televisão realiza com a produção de "Os Dez Mandamentos" (2015), a primeira adaptação de uma narrativa bíblica para este formato. Atendo-se às questões de narratividade, este trabalho investiga como a narrativa bíblica com características de condensação, se concretiza em outra estrutura narrativa marcadamente caracterizada pela expansão. Para isso, adota-se o referencial teórico-metodológico da semiótica discursiva de linha francesa, partindo da análise das estruturas mais abstratas do nível narrativo para o nível discursivo, onde são abordados os procedimentos enunciativos presentes em ambos os textos da tradução intersemiótica em questão, ou seja, o literário e o audiovisual. O trabalho revela uma ampliação dos percursos narrativos corroborados por isotopias temáticas e figurativas. / Abstract: The soap opera is a television format with a consolidated history in the Brazilian audiovisual medium for more than 50 years. In a recent moment in this history, Rede Record de Televisão produced "The Ten Commandments" (2015), the first adaptation of a biblical narrative for this format. Taking into account the issues of narrativity, this work investigates how the biblical narrative, with characteristics of condensation, is manifested in another narrative structure markedly characterized by expansion. For this, the theoreticalmethodological referential of the French discursive semiotics is adopted, parting from the analysis of the most abstract structures from the narrative level to the discursive level, where are adressed the enunciative procedures present in both texts of the intersemiotic translation, that is, the literary and the audiovisual texts. Assim sendo, nosso objetivo ao desenvolver essa tese, foi responder a essa problemática: Que importância e relevância possui a tríade o sertão, a seca e o sertanejo na cultura e nas artes? E de que modo se processam as suas inter-relações com as linguagens, a partir da temática da peça teatral Os Sertões e a minissérie A Pedra do Reino? E para compreender o porquê da perpetuação dessa tríade nas artes, realizamos uma Pesquisa de Campo, efetivada em três estados do nordeste brasileiro (Sergipe, Bahia e Alagoas), entre os anos de 2017- 2018. Performance como linguagem, 2011, entre outros / Abstract: The thesis Sertão Seca Sertanejo, has a rhizomatic and hybrid reading on the artistic processes of Os Sertões, directed by José Celso Martinez Corrêa, and the miniseries A Pedra do Reino, directed by Luiz Fernando Carvalho. Thus, our goal in developing this thesis was to respond to this problem: What importance and relevance does the sertão, drought and sertanejo triad have in the culture and the arts? And in what way, are their interrelationships with languages developed, based on the theatrical play Os Sertões and the miniseries A Pedra do Reino? In order to understand the perpetuation of this triad in the arts, we conducted a Field Survey, carried out in three states of the Brazilian northeast (Sergipe, Bahia and Alagoas) between the years 2017-2018. The thesis focuses on the significance of the cinematic medium for Elizabeth Bowen's novels, from the level of prose and formal representations to broader aspects of narrative and character. The chapters on To the North (1932) and The House in Paris (1935) examine complementary issues of motion and stillness and the consequent impact on subjective experiences of time, space, knowledge, and identity. The final chapter expands the issue of genre revision in The Heat of the Day (1949) to the greater problem of precedent and the reconstruction of identity through storytelling; the novel not only uses formal cinematic techniques by evoking the tone of film noir, but also reconfigures narrative and character tropes of the genre. Thus the advent of cinema not only opened up formal possibilities in the language of fiction but also expanded the types of worlds and effects an author could depict.

Orientador: Francisco Cláudio Alves Marques / Banca: Luciana Brito / Banca: Gabriela Kvacek Bettella / Resumo: No cenário contemporâneo, marcado pela mobilidade, as relações entre literatura e audiovisual ocupam grande importância no ideário da sociedade como destaca Ivete Walty (2011). Podemos afirmar que esse vínculo entre o audiovisual e o literário se notabiliza por um laço profícuo, que, recentemente, adentrou o meio acadêmico sob novas perspectivas por eliminar o arraigado binarismo constitutivo das hierarquizações empregadas para se referir a esse processo. Destaca-se, nesse contexto, a produção de Dias Gomes. Dramaturgo responsável pela adoção de uma linguagem mais cotidiana na teledramaturgia nacional, adotava a concepção de que sua arte deveria manter um diálogo crítico com a realidade. Assim, nesse cenário tratado por Walty (2011) como a era da mobilidade, intentamos, a partir do fenômeno da adaptação, apontar como ocorreu a transposição da personagem protagonista da peça teatral O Berço do Herói (1965) para a telenovela Roque Santeiro (1985). Nosso estudo centra-se na transposição da personagem e objetiva apontar as conjunções e disjunções ocorridas nesse processo. Para tanto, vale-se da Literatura Comparada como arcabouço metodológico devido seu aspecto inter e transdisciplinar, que concebe a relação entre literatura e outras expressões como uma forma legítima de expressão cultural / Abstract: In the contemporary scenario, marked by mobility, the relations between literature and audiovisual have got great importance in the ideals of society as highlighted by Ivete Walty (2011). We can say that this link between the audiovisual and the literary is notable for a successful bond that has recently entered the academic world under new perspectives by eliminating the entrenched binarism as part of hierarchies employed to refer to this process. In this context, the production of Dias Gomes stands out. The playwright responsible for adopting a more everyday language in national television drama adopted the conception that his art should maintain a critic dialogue with reality. Thus, in this scenario treated by Walty (2011) as the era of mobility, we intend, from the phenomenon of adaptation, to point out how the protagonist character of the play O Berço do Herói (1965) transposed to the soap opera Roque Santeiro (1985). ). Our essay focuses on character transposition and aims to point out the conjunctions and disjunctions that occurred in this process. To this end, it makes use of Comparative Literature as a methodological framework due to its inter and transdisciplinary aspect, which conceives the relations between literature and other expressions as a legitimate form of cultural expression / Mestre
