Estes incentivos são analisados à luz da teoria Institucional da Escolha Racional., Dessa forma, foi investigado o papel que ocupam no processo decisório do Poder Legislativo, em uma tentativa de delinear seu impacto nas decisões acordadas entre partidos políticos, governo e sociedade. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / In this work, it will be discussed incentives generated by the Brazilian National Congress legislative" structure to the rising and proliferation of a transforming legislative mechanism: the Parliamentary Front. These incentives are analyzed from the Rational Choice perspective of Institutions It is investigated what is the role of those institutions on the parliamentary decision making process, in an attempt to draw lines for understanding its impact on decision made among political parties, government and society.
