Vliv posturální terapie na stabilizaci kolenního kloubu po plastice předního zkříženého vazu s využitím kineziotapingu. / The Effect of Taping on Postural Stability in Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction on Posturomed Platform after Rehabilitation using Postural TherapyIndrová, Zuzana January 2012 (has links)
Title: The Effect of Taping on Postural Stability in Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction on Posturomed Platform after Rehabilitation using Postural Therapy Aim: Objective evaluation of the effects of kinesiotaping and functional taping on postural stabilization during standing on one foot in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on the defined unstable Posturomed platform. Methods: The thesis is based on analytical-comparative study. The subjects of the study were patients after ACL reconstruction, who have done fifteen rehabilitation sessions which included postural therapy. The patients were subjected to a "3-step stand on one foot" test to standardize measurement. Three kinds of measurement were applied: without taping, kinesiotaping, and rigid-functional taping taped bilaterally above the m. vastus medialis. Results: The measurements on the Posturomed suggest that the ability of postural stabilization differs on each lower limb in patients after an ACL reconstruction. The application of taping had an effect in the majority of cases, although it was a negative effect on postural stabilization in most kinesiotaped measurements compared to un-taped measurements. The functional taping, on the other hand, had mostly positive reactions unlike with the...

Přírodní zahrada v mateřské škole / Natur Garden in KindergardenRubešová, Ivana January 2014 (has links)
I devoted in the diploma thesis a theme natural gardens in kindergarten, which is starting gaining popularity in Czech republic from abroad's model. I define in theoretical section how the garden should look like and also significance of environmental effects on child's personality development. And I approximate history of open-air teaching. I describe into the details process creating garden in natural style and her elements focusing on plants, especially trees and shrumbs. The work includes also practical experience from process of creating natural gardens in selected kindergarten. I mention at the end of theoretical section options for funding garden. I based research section on questionnaire method and I evaluated data qualitatively. I had adressed kindergarten teachers throughout Czech republic by online questionnaire. 302 respondents answered. The object of research section was to find facts relate climbing children the trees between kindergarten teachers throughout Czech republic. I analyzed the obtained data and after I evaluated them. I found that children are usually not allow to climb the trees on garden in kindergarten (75,1% respondents). The main reason is the fear of children's security, inappropriate trees for climbing or trees absence. Surprising finding is, that out of...

Příprava a fotofyzikální hodnocení tetrapyridoporyrazinů vhodných pro fotodynamickou terapii / Preparation and photophysical evaluation of tetra-3,4-pyridoporphyrazines suitable for the photodynamic therapyČermák, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department: Department of Biophysics and Physical Chemistry Candidate: Pavel Cermak Supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Veronika Novakova, PhD. Title of Thesis: Preparation and photophysical evaluation of tetra-3,4- pyridoporphyrazines suitable for the photodynamic therapy Tetra-3,4-pyridoporphyrazines (TPyPz) are aza-analogues of phthalocyanines. Their large system of conjugated bonds enables them to absorb light in the red part of the absorption spectrum. Due to their ability to produce singlet oxygen, they can be potentially used as photosensitizers in photodynamic therapy (PDT). Its mechanism is based on co-functioning of three elements - photosensitizer, light and oxygen. Photosensitizer excited by light absorption transfers its energy into tissue oxygen, thus, creating cytotoxic singlet oxygen. This method is beneficial for its high selectivity, low toxicity, minimal invasion and fast effect. The aim of this work was to synthetize and study water-soluble TPyPz suitable for PDT. Water solubility was achieved by quarternized amines, forming of salts or using suitable delivery systems (hydrophilic emulsion). Hydrophilicity was also increased by introduction of hydrophilic non-charged substituents (OH). At first, appropriate precursors for...

: Intervenční metody ke zlepšení kognitivního výkonu u dětí s ADHD / Interventional methods for improving cognitive performance in case of children with ADHDBaierová, Aneta January 2019 (has links)
The thesis describes cognitive abilities and attention of children and adolescents with ADHD. It deals with therapeutic and intervention strategies that can be used to reduce symptomes of the disease and to improve cognitive performance of people with the diagnosis. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes findings about attention and the structure of cognitive abilities of people with ADHD. A separate chapter lists intervention approaches used in the context of the diagnosis, such as pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and also different kinds of alternative approaches (relaxation, exercises, food complements, compensatory tools etc.). In the empirical part we examine a specific intervention, use of earplugs to eliminate the background noise, can improve the cognitive performance of children with ADHD. The research involved fourteen children with the diagnosis of ADHD. The CAS 2 assessment battery was used to measure their cognitive skills. The statistical analysis confirmed the difference between the cognitive profile of children with ADHD and normal population in executive functioning without working memory. When using the earplugs children with ADHD had better results in the overall score and on the planning scale and successive processes scale. Keywords: Attention, ADHD, therapy of ADHD, earplugs.

Molekulární mechanismy apoptózy /vyvolané fotodynamickou aktivací v nádorových buňkách / Molecular mechanisms of apoptosis induced by photodynamic activation in cancer cellsMoserová, Irena January 2012 (has links)
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a treatment modality for cancer. It combines selective accumulation of chemical compounds, called photosensitizers (PS), with light to irreversibly damage cancer cells via oxidative stress. The main goal of this thesis was to study photosensitizers represented by a unique group of newly synthesized porphyrin derivatives with glycol chain substitution. Glycol-functionalized porphyrins containing one to four low molecular weight glycol chains that are linked via ether bonds to the meta-phenyl positions of meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (mTPP(EG)1-4) were compared with fluorinated (pTPPF(EG)4) and nonfluorinated (TPP(EG)4) derivatives having glycol chains in para-phenyl positions. The cellular uptake and photodynamic activity was significantly dependent on terminal groups of the glycol substituent. Hydroxy glycol porphyrins, in contrast with methoxy glycol porphyrins, exhibited efficient intracellular transport and high induction of apoptosis in tumor cell lines in vitro. After initial testing effective prototype hydroxy ethylene glycol derivatives were selected and analyzed in detail. Para derivatives pTPP(EG)4 and pTPPF(EG)4 accumulated mainly in lysosomes whereas meta derivatives mTPP(EG)1-4 in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). Position of ethylene glycol chain on the...

Evaluace práce s dětskou terapeutickou skupinou / The evaluation of therapeutic work with children's s groupSyrovátková, Nikola January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis discusses the evaluation of therapeutic work with a children's group. It shows the evaluation of the programme children's group psychotherapy from the perspective of parents and their children. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of group psychotherapy and on children in young school age. The main part is about the psychotherapy for children and the discussion groups for their parents. The qualitative research is presented in the empirical part. Semi-structured interviews with seven parents and questionnaire for seven children were conducted. These methods were analysed based on the creation of thematic categories. The evaluation of the data is also inspired by the method of grounded theory. The results show that parents and children predominantly agree in the evaluation of the children's therapeutic group program. Significant for both groups seems to be establishing close relationships with other members. An important factor in the process has been the way parents and children communicate about the group. KEYWORDS: group psychotherapy, child psychotherapy, parent group
