This research aimed to develop a model to support decision making based on fuzzy logic, supported by analyzes spatial and spatio-temporal (Scan method) to categorize neighborhoods according to priority intervention for prevention and control of traffic accidents that produce victims. Secondary data were georeferenced and recorded by Mobile Emergency Care Service in João Pessoa, Paraíba, in the years 2010 and 2011. Throughout study period, João Pessoa was 10,070 traffic accidents with victims. Of this total, 17.8% had breath ethanol and 0.8% died at the scene. The majority of victims were male (74.5%), belonging to the age group 20-29 years (37.7%). The accidents occurred mainly on Sundays (19.2%), Saturdays (18.7%) and on Fridays (14.4%) as well as in the months of December (10%), October (9.8% ) and May (8.9%). Most of the vehicles involved was composed by motorcycles (68.1%) and cars (36.5%). The nature of accident, collision was more frequent (46.2%), followed by fall motorcycle (30.7%) and pedestrian injuries (11.1%). In analysis of the relative risk and spatial distribution of these events, it was found that neighborhoods with high relative risk and formed significant spatial clusters concentrated in the north, northwest and northeast of the municipality. We identified 15 clusters space-time, which concentrated mainly in the northern, northeastern and coastal strip of the municipality. It was observed that neighborhoods reported by Mobile Emergency Care Service were categorized as priority by model, Valentina and Mandacaru were categorized as with tendency to priority, and Mangabeira was categorized as non-priority. The proposed decision model showed good agreement when compared with Mobile Emergency Care Service, thus satisfying the identification and classification of neighborhoods as a priority, with tendency to priority, with tendency to non-priority and non-priority. The results may be of relevance to both Mobile Emergency Care Service as to other public officials linked to road traffic, traffic education and care for victims produced by road traffic in João Pessoa. / Os acidentes de trânsito representam, no Brasil, um grave problema econômico e principalmente social, relevante pela magnitude da mortalidade e do número de pessoas portadoras de sequelas decorrentes, tornando-se assim um grave problema de saúde pública. Este trabalho objetivou elaborar um modelo de apoio à tomada de decisão baseado em lógica fuzzy, apoiado pelas análises espacial e espaço-temporal (método Scan), para categorizar os bairros de acordo com o grau de prioridade de intervenção para a prevenção e combate dos acidentes de trânsito que produzam vítimas. Foram utilizados dados secundários georreferenciados e registrados pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência na cidade de João Pessoa, Paraíba, nos anos 2010 e 2011. Ao longo do período de estudo, João Pessoa apresentou 10.070 ocorrências de AT com vítimas. Deste total, 17,8% apresentaram hálito etílico e 0,8% morreram no local do acidente. A maioria das vítimas foi do sexo masculino (74,5%), pertencente à faixa etária de 20 a 29 anos (37,7%). Os acidentes ocorreram principalmente aos domingos (19,2%), aos sábados (18,7%) e às sextas-feiras (14,4%), bem como nos meses de dezembro (10%), outubro (9,8%) e maio (8,9%). A maioria dos veículos envolvidos foi composta por motocicletas (68,1%) e carros (36,5%). Quanto à natureza do acidente, a colisão foi mais frequente (46,2%), seguida por queda de motocicleta (30,7%) e atropelamento (11,1%). Na análise do risco relativo e da distribuição espacial destes eventos, verificou-se que os bairros com alto risco relativo e que formaram conglomerados espaciais significativos concentraram-se nas regiões norte, noroeste e nordeste do município. Foram identificados 15 conglomerados espaço-temporais, que se concentraram principalmente nas regiões norte, nordeste e faixa litorânea do município. Observou-se que os bairros relatados pelo SAMU/JP foram categorizados pelo modelo como prioritários, Mandacaru e Valentina, os quais foram categorizados como com tendência a prioritários, e Mangabeira, categorizado como não prioritário. O modelo de decisão proposto apresentou boa concordância quando comparado com o SAMU/JP, sendo assim satisfatório na identificação e classificação dos bairros como prioritários, com tendência a prioritários, com tendência a não prioritários e não prioritários. Os resultados desta pesquisa podem ser de relevância tanto para o SAMU/JP quanto para outros órgãos gestores públicos ligados ao trânsito, educação para o trânsito e atendimento às vítimas produzidas pelo trânsito no município de João Pessoa-PB.

Assim, realizou-se a presente pesquisa com o objetivo de compreender a vivência de adolescentes trabalhadores que sofreram acidente de trabalho em empresas do município de Piracicaba. A pesquisa caracterizou-se como estudo de caso de abordagem qualitativa, ancorado na perspectiva teórico metodológica da Psicologia Socio-Histórica. A pesquisa iniciou-se com uma fase exploratória de contextualização, realizando análise global de dados com acidentes de trabalho ocorridos de 2010 a 2016, envolvendo menores de 18 anos, os quais foram notificados por unidades de saúde sentinela no Sistema de Vigilância em Acidente de Trabalho de Piracicaba. A segunda etapa consistiu na realização de estudo de aprofundamento do problema, realizando-se entrevistas individuais com quatro adolescentes, para compreender os impactos do acidente de trabalho em suas vidas. Constatou-se que foram notificados no período estudado o total de 67.839 acidentes de trabalho no município e 981 deles envolveu adolescentes trabalhadores, com 136 dos acidentes lesões graves ou moderadas. Nos anos de 2015 e 2016, a atividade econômica com maior número de ocorrências para os adolescentes foi o comércio. A análise das entrevistas conduziu a dois núcleos temáticos: 1) o acidente, o qual é abordado pelas dimensões: a) atividade realizada no momento da ocorrência; b) possíveis causas que levaram à ocorrência do acidente de trabalho como: não ser a atividade habitual, sobrecarga e imprevisto; c) cuidados imediatos: primeiros cuidados e atendimento em serviço de saúde; d) consequências: imediatas/temporárias, médio prazo e de longo prazo; e) sentimentos relacionados ao acidente: impotência, dor, medo, raiva; 2) o trabalho, compreendido a partir de: a) motivos para trabalhar; b) condições de trabalho; c) futuro, conforme desejos do momento atual; d) estudo concorrente com o trabalho. O acidente de trabalho levou a um afastamento do trabalho e da escola, trouxe sentimentos negativos, acarretando em marcas físicas e psicológicas. O evento ocorreu por fatores multicausais, destacando-se na situação dos entrevistados as inserções e condições laborais precárias. A situação do acidente de trabalho com jovens revelou-se semelhante a ocorrência com trabalhadores adultos. O trabalho dos jovens, não respeitou as necessidades específicas desta fase de vida e não propiciou condições para o pleno desenvolvimento ao prejudicar sua atividade criadora, a saúde física e mental. Conclui-se, que há necessidade de mobilização social para proteger os adolescentes da lógica capitalista adoecedora, propiciando inserções que conduzam a um desenvolvimento e amadurecimento saudável, orientadas por atividades com possibilidade de fluidez da criatividade. / The development of people involves psychic and physical as well as social and cultural aspects, according to the socio-historical perspective. The occupational accident reaches thousands of workers daily, often causing temporary or permanent disability, or even death. For this reason, the occupational accident occurred with adolescents is a focus of attention in Public Health. For working adolescents, the negative dimension of labor in the capitalist mode of production can be even more damaging, since job opportunities do not take into account aspects of child and youth development. Thus, the present research was carried out in order to understand the experience of adolescent workers who suffered an accident at work in companies of the municipality of Piracicaba. The research was characterized as a case study of a qualitative approach, anchored in the theoretical methodological perspective of Socio-Historical Psychology. The research began with an exploratory phase of contextualization, performing a global analysis of data with occupational accidents occurred from 2010 to 2016, involving minors under 18 years old, who were notified by sentinel health units in the Occupational accident Surveillance System of Piracicaba. The second stage consisted in carrying out a study to deepen the problem, with individual interviews with four adolescents, to understand the impacts of the occupational accident on their lives. It was verified that in the period studied the total of 67,839 occupational accidents in the municipality and 981 of them involved working adolescents, with 136 of the accidents serious or moderate injuries. In the years 2015 and 2016, the economic activity with the highest number of occurrences for adolescents was trade. The analysis of the interviews led to two thematic nuclei: 1) the accident, which is approached by the dimensions: a) activity performed at the time of occurrence; b) possible causes that led to the occurrence of the occupational accident as: not the habitual activity, overload and unforeseen; c) immediate care: first care and care in health service; d) consequences: immediate / temporary, medium term and long term; e) feelings related to the accident: impotence, pain, fear, anger; 2) work, comprised of: a) reasons to work; b) working conditions; c) future, according to the wishes of the present moment; d) study concurrent with work. The occupational accident led to a move away from work and school, brought negative feelings, leading to physical and psychological marks. The event occurred due to many causes factors, highlighting in the situation of the interviewees the insertions and precarious working conditions. The situation of the occupational accident with young people was similar to that with adult workers. The work of young people did not respect the specific needs of this stage of life and did not provide conditions for full development by impairing their creative activity, physical and mental health. It is concluded that there is a need for social mobilization to protect adolescents from the adventurous capitalist logic, providing insertions that lead to a healthy development and maturation, guided by activities with the possibility of fluidity of creativity.

This thesis is concentrated on the research of recent state of the czech highways. The main aim of this work is to find out the reason of mistaken behaviour of the drivers in traffic. During analyzing further details I concerned myself on four basic factors: the influence of the environment, the influence of the car, what the man does while he is driving and the influence of the man himself on his operating. This work also includes the research of the driver as an individua together with external environment which affects him during the journey. The analysis of the influence of each factor was marked out as a field research on the way with the driver whereas were emphasised his transgressions, his sanity and the influence of the environment on himself. Especially monitoring which leaded to the observation of activities of the man in following aspects: respecting the speed limit, the traffic signs and other highway codes, mental condition of the driver in critical situations. Also the influence of the environment on the man was an important point in this work. Were chosen three segments which negatively affects the man ? the driver and there were proposed solutions to reduce them. The influence of the driver himself was characterized in following part. The analytic part summarizes obtained information from measuring and from the observation which are specified in the experimental part. In final part of this work are emphased any recommendations for fractional parts of the traffic which should lead to the improvement of the system thereby to the improvement of the recent state of this issue.

The bachelor´s thesis monitors an effect of motor traffic on selected species of game. The aim of this work was to review knowledge about protection of animals on surface communications and to survey and evaluate numbers of game killed on area of interest by motor traffic. Monitoring had been provided near České Budějovice in the southern Bohemia from August 2009 to October 2009. Killed individuals were documented by members of local hunting association, and on the basis of my own observations. The most frequently killed game species were brown hare and roe deer, from the other animal species common mole and both eastern and western hedgehog. But a lot of animals might not been found, so the results can be misinterpreted. The proposal of precaution which should improve the situation is an important part of the thesis.

Perfil epidemiológico dos acidentes ofídicos atendidos no Hospital de Referência de Porto Nacional - Tocantins (2013-2015) / Epidemiological profile of ophidic accidents from the Reference Hospital of Porto Nacional - Tocantins (2013-2015)

O acidente ofídico há anos se tornou um problema de saúde pública no Brasil devido à alta prevalência e gravidade do quadro e o estado do Tocantins figura entre as maiores incidências do país neste agravo. Este estudo descritivo do perfil epidemiológico e levantamento dos dados clínicos das vítimas de acidente ofídico foi realizados no Hospital de Referência de Porto Nacional, Tocantins, que é referência para vários outros municípios na região central do estado. No triênio 2013 2015 houve um crescimento anual do número de casos, totalizando 149 vítimas de acidente ofídico. Os acidentes mais frequentes envolveram serpentes do gênero Bothrops, compreendendo 85,9% dos casos. Cerca de 80% das vítimas eram do sexo masculino, faixa etária prevalente entre 19 40 anos (34,9%) e o pé foi a região mais afetada (65,8%). Cabe ressaltar que em 98% dos casos houve infecção bacteriana secundária com uso de antibióticos, sendo a cefalosporina de primeira geração a mais utilizada. A maioria dos pacientes (75,2%) foi atendida durante as primeiras 3 horas, e classificados como casos moderados. O tratamento foi feito com uso médio de 6,6 ampolas de soro antibotrópico. O melhor conhecimento clínico e epidemiológico destes acidentes ofídicos pode levar a redução de gastos públicos com internações, diminuição do uso de antibiótico, diminuindo a resistência aos mesmos, afastamento laboral e possíveis sequelas, fatos que não vem ocorrendo nos últimos anos. A análise dos dados servirá como alerta para melhoria da prevenção primária com o objetivo de redução dos acidentes ofídicos e secundária, com rápido tratamento e prevenção de sequelas. / Snake bites have become a public health problem in Brazil due to the high prevalence and severity and the state of Tocantins is amongst the region of the country with highest incidence of this accident. This descriptive study of the epidemiological profile and survey of the clinical data of the victims of snake bites wase carried out in the Hospital of Reference of Porto Nacional, Tocantins, which is reference for several other municipalities in the central region of the state. In the triennium 2013 - 2015 there was an annual growth of the number of cases, totaling 149 victims of snake bites. The most frequent accidents involved snakes of the genus Bothrops, comprising 85.9% of the cases. About 80% of the victims were males, the prevalent age group was between 19-40 years old (34.9%) and the foot was the most affected region (65.8%). It is worth mentioning that in 98% of the cases there was secondary bacterial infection , treated with antibiotics, with first-generation cephalosporin being the most used. The majority of patients (75.2%) were treated during the first 3 hours, and classified as moderate cases. The treatment was done with an average of 6.6 ampoules of antibothropic serum. A best clinical and epidemiological knowledge of these snake bite accidents can lead to a reduction of public expenditures with hospitalizations, decrease in antibiotic use, reducing the incidence of resistance to antibiotics, the lack of employment and possible sequelae, which has not occurred in recent years. Data analysis will serve as an alert to improve primary prevention with the goal of reducing ophidian accidents and, also with fast treatment and prevention of sequelae.

Rizika spojená s uvolněním radioaktivních látek při transportech na pracoviště nukleární medicíny / Risks connected with the release of radioactive substances during transports to nuclear medicine workplace.

This thesis deals with analysis and evaluation of risks associated with the release of radioactive materials during the transport, eventual accidents and radiation load handling throughout the all transport chain to nuclear medicine workplace in relation to current legislation and technical support for the transported substances. The theoretical part is focused on describing the current state of these issues, the reasons for using the radionuclides in the Czech Republic, their transport and description of legislation associated with that all. The research part shows the analysis of the health risks of people who might come in contact with the release of radioactivity. Then the analysis solves such consequences. In this work we mapped out the production and use of artificial radionuclides, modes of transportation and its technical security and handling of radionuclides during the transport. We also present the research in some possible accident during the transport. As well as emergency readiness and procedures of the Integrated Rescue System. In discussion there are throughout the commentary compared the following: determined state laws transport safety, radiation burden and risks of transports. In conclusion we found out that the level of legislation and the radiation burden is at an acceptable level. The work comes with its own proposal for improving transportation safety of radionuclides in the Czech Republic and that is to introduce the rights-of-way to vehicles described above.
