Irkluotojų aerobinio pajėgumo kaita skirtingais metinės treniruotės etapais / Rowers aerobic capacity change at different stages of the annual training

Justinavičienė, Kristina 10 September 2013 (has links)
Kadangi Lietuvoje irkluotojams mažai atliekami fiziologiniai testavimai, siekiant... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Research object – rowers‘ aerobic capacity. P. Karoblis (2003) according to the talented athletes in the selection and preparation of sports one of the most important problems of modern sport. The key is to facilitate the achievement of high sports achievements and should be properly designed by athletes training system: training methods, organization, control and management. Rowing competed classic 2000 m distance. Superable time of distance is 5 minutes 20 seconds to 9 minutes depending on boat class, craftsmanship and the weather. Rowing sports performance athletes causes physical and functional capacity level. Rowers functional capabilities and their realization is determined by many factors: the body's aerobic and anaerobic capacity, technical and tactical and psychological maturity (Skernevičius, 1997). Changing social, economic conditions for the development of the sport increasing competition there is a problem how to improve the elite rowers of Lithuanian preparing, their mastery of reach international level, would win medals in major competitions conditions, it is important to monitor athletes during physiological stress. However, Lithuania rowers are few analyzed preparing the annual cycle of preparing for the Olympics: their physical training load, the organism physical and functional abilities change and evolution is not a lot of information. Since Lithuania rowers made few physiological stress to control and monitor the fitness of athletes, we believe, that this... [to full text]

Vaitkevičiūtė, Donvina 13 August 2012 (has links)
Nors Lietuvos plento ir treko dviratininkų rengimo klausimais mokslinių publikacijų yra paskelbta nemažai, tačiau Lietuvos kalnų dviratininkų rengimo, fizinių ir funkcinių galių kaitos mokslinių tyrimų duomenų literatūros šaltiniuose mes neaptikome. Todėl yra aktualu išryškinti Lietuvos kalnų dviratininkų esminius parengtumo ir treniruočių bruožus, kurie vėliau leistų tobulinti šios rungties dviratininkų rengimą. Tikslas. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / We found many studies investigating Lithuanian track and road cyclists, however there are no studies on the training characteristics, physical strength and functional ability of Lithuanian mountain bikers. Assessing participation of small fishing companies in the Transport Education Training Authority (TETA): identifying fault lines and potential responses to increase participation

Alexander, Malcolm Charles January 2019 (has links)
>Magister Scientiae - MSc / The study focusses on the transport sector, where company participation level is measured at approximately 20% of levy paying enterprises, and this level is mostly based on relatively high levels of participation from large and medium sized companies. The study explores the relationship between SETAs (sector education training authorities) and the companies within the sectors they are mandated to serve by researching the TETA maritime sub sector. The research focus is on small companies and the focus is specifically on the low rate of participation of smaller entities in the skills development landscape. The consequences of the lack of participation are investigated and the study concludes that the SETAs ability to effectively research its sector skills, as well as the SETAs ability to provide effective skills planning in support of the national agenda, are both negatively affected by current levels of poor participation. The research was conducted on small fishing companies registered with the Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA), in order to determine the reasons for low participation in the government mandatory grant scheme. The research is survey based across participating small companies and non-participating small companies.
