This diploma thesis deals with the construction of a residential building The Erasmus Residence. This work includes a technical report of the issue solved, construction site installations of three phases of construction, which are groundwork, rough top construction and finishing. The work includes drawings of construction site installations for all these stages. The thesis also includes technological specification for thermal insulation systems including scaffolding construction, timing of construction, inspection and quality test plan and itemized budget.

Project of master thesis solves brand new residential polyfunctional house with bike shop. The main object is a four-storyed, designed as a monolithic skeleton construction. The building is located in Opuštěná Street, Brno. The project is developed on the basis of project documentation and technical data, delivered by the designer in the behalf of investor requirements. This master´s thesis is dealing with selected part of the construction technology project of the high-rise building AZ Tower. The main content becomes the realization of supporting gross upper structure. This diploma thesis deals with the planning of construction contracts from the perspective of a contractor. In the theoretical section, the basic concepts of project management are explained. Further, the methods and principles used in the management of the construction project of building a complex are described. The practical part contains a particular case where the methods are used to schedule a time during the course of construction and planning of the resources needed for implementation.

The diploma thesis is based on a project of medical centre in Vizovice. The medical centre is designed as a three-floor building with a receding top floor. Building foundations are designed from foundation pads and strips from reinforced concrete, the load-bearing masonry is designed from hollow clay blocks ZELUS, a reinforced concrete ceiling is designed as a bracing element. The medical centre is roofed by a flat roof with a PVC covering. This thesis deals with the budget and time plan of the whole construction, transport accessibility of the building, building maintenance instructions and maintenance costs for 25 years, daylighting of room number 1.32, an engineering report of construction site equipment and its drawing, a design of lifting mechanism of the site equipment, a plan for transport of concrete and concreting the floor slabs. The thesis is mainly focused on roofing of the medical centre, technological regulation for the roofing and reinforced concrete floor slabs is elaborated, as well as a control and test plan for the floor slabs from the reinforced concrete and for the roof PVC foil.
