This diploma thesis deals with project proposal for development and implementation of application that will focus on reporting of the company’s IT department, which will support human resources planning. The thesis contains an analysis of a specific company, for which the proposal is developed using tools and methods of project management, whose knowledges are explained in the introductory part of this thesis.

This master thesis deals with application of project management methods in a company in setting up a project plan information system implementation. In the first part of the thesis is summarized theory to issues of strategic management and strategic analysis. The next part is followed by analysis of the current status of the selected business entity. The main output of the thesis is compiled plan information system implementation project by proposals for action in the field of risk analysis, time analysis, and the planned budget.

Main goal of this diploma thesis is to design a strategy to increase the competitiveness of the spa resort Lázně Hodonín. Secondary goal is to predict the future attendance of said spa resort. A theoretical part apprizes the readers with basic terms of tourism, spa procedures, time series and spa resorts from South Moravian area. In the practical part, we will use time series to process an attendance of spa resort and predict its future developement according to a chosen model. In the end we will use SWOT and PESTE analysis to summarize results, which will be used to suggest a recommendation leading to an increase of competitiveness of chosen spa resort.

This diploma thesis is focused on experimental measurement and acoustic and dynamic behavior analysis of railway construction with the Y – steel sleepers and their comparison with concrete sleepers. The measurements were taken in situ, in suitable sections of a railway line. These sections meet the requirements of regional railway tracks in the Czech Republic. Monitored parameters were obtained by measuring a response of testing trains and were analyzed using frequency and time analysis. Based on these evaluations, comparisons of particular constructions and their recommendations for practice were made.

Subject of this master-thesis is perpendicular bridging over „railway “ČD Břeclav – Přerov v km 180,287 033.Its content is the design of the construction of the bicameral multipole concrete bridge. The chosen option is formed by two additionally prestressed chambers connected by slab. The total length of 10-pin bridge is 307,20 metres. The calculation of effects of the load is done by software NEXIS. The assessment of construction is done manually according to standard ČSN-EN 1992-1-1. The calculation is done including time analysis.

This diploma thesis is focused on operational testing of selected railway lines with different structures of superstructure. For the measurement purposes suitable measuring sections in directional curves on the rail corridors were chosen and suitable measuring methodology was designed. Based on all the tests the dynamic and acoustic parameters of tested structures were determined. For the test evaluations suitable mathematic methods in both time and frequency zone was chosen. Part of my work is also to compare the parameters of the tested structures and to make recommendations for practise.

Master's thesis deals with design of the road bridge through the deep valley of the river Dyje. Three studies are designed, from which the variation of one-cellbox cantilevered girder with three spans is chosen. In structural analysis, the influence of time analysis is considered. Master's thesis includes detailed structural analysis, opinions are made according to European standards. The limit states for temporary and permanent design values are assessed. Part of the work are drawings, representation of the construction process and vizualization of the bridge.

This master’s thesis deals with analysis and follow-up suggestion of efficiency improvement on the production line in RACIO s.r.o. First part of thesis is dealing with theoretical preparation and understanding lean production. Second part is dealing with analyzing production process and application of methods lean production. According to the production process analysis at the given production line a new solution of the production process has been suggested to increase production efficiency. This solution has been implemented and compared to the production process before, as well as to the production process after increasing the efficiency.

The master´s thesis deals with implementation of ERP system in the company using project management methods. The theoretical part is focused on the most important areas of project management and the essence of ERP systems. Afterwards there are carried out strategic analysis of the company. The main part of thesis contains the specific proposal of project of implementation of ERP system which includes risk analysis, time analysis and budgeting.
