The subject of the diploma thesis is construction-technological project of gross construction for the administrative production building of the complex Lifocolor. The diploma thesis deals with the solution of the transport routes to the building site, site equipment, technological progress of the reinforced concrete skeleton assembly, inspection and testing plan. In addition, it contains a design of a machine assembly, a safety plan, an environmental plan, an item budget, a timetable, a proposal for an access and a parking space.

The topic of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction and technology project of the kindergarden in Čelákovice. Diploma thesis contain technical report of construction and technology projet, design mechanical assembley with transportation route, design of construction site equipment, time schedule and the budget of the main building, technological prescription of the flat roof and control and test plan.

Diploma thesis creates the project design for e-commerce implementation in the selected company together using the tools and methodologies of project management. Based on an analysis of the business environment and key theoretical background of project management, it brings in the draft plan project, usable for its future company‘s implementation.

The thesis analyses a development project of 21 houses in the village of Podolí u Brna, which was carried out by Kaláb – stavební firma, spol. s r.o. It provides a description of the company structure and focuses on some of their processes, such as risk analysis, investment decisions in the pre-investment project phase, project funding, planning, and time management based on time schedules. The text also takes a close look at all the steps that were taken during the implementation of the Podolí project, and zooms in on regular on-site records monitoring how much work has been actually done. Furthermore, the thesis brings an analysis of the current developer market in Brno, focusing in particular on latest developments in logistics, and office & residential construction. And last but not least, the thesis also observes how prices in the real estate market have developed over the last decade and how new residential units in the Czech Republic have been lately built.

My diploma thesis solves an extension of rehabilitation centre. The building technological project in this diploma thesis contains primarily technology procedure, model of the building site accessories, time schedule, check and test plan and budget for this extension. Specialization is drawn from the field of structural engineering - thermal and technical assessment of the building.

The master‘s thesis deals with the constructive – technological project of day care centre in Ropice. The project includes a technical report, time and financial schedule, building site, quality and safety requirement, an operating regulativ for implementation of concrete cailing above the 1-st floor of a main building object. The work is based on the project for implementation.

This thesis addresses the construction and technological renovation project ESF MU in Brno. The building will be solved in three main stages. The first phase is the demolition work, the second is the renovation of interier and the third is the inovation of skylight. Reconstruction will take place in the 1st floor and 2nd floor especially in the hall and library. The building is a reinforced concrete skeleton with monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling.

The competitive pressure which is in the construction market, the increasing demands of investors and unstable economic and political situation. These are factors which force construction companies to more efficient management and preparation of contracts. The aim of this thesis is to describe the theory for contract management and also in the concrete company and design documentation for the preparation of contract "Multipurpose buildings" in Mníšek pod Brdy with the help of project management methods.

This thesis explains a theme of construction order preparation and management. The theoretical section describes common definition the term of project and then this section explains process of the project management. This is followed by a practical section where a construction company is introduced, this construction company provided a particular contruction order. This construction order is valued, then its processed an organizational structure, costs plan, time schedule and site accommodation for this construction order. The last part is the evaluation of the results and comparing with the results of construction company.

The technological project for the realization of the Apartment buildings Lípa in Hodonín includes a technical report, the preparation and construction site equipment, the time schedule and financial plan, the project budget, the technological prescription, the control and test plan, the health and safety plan, the plan of risks and prevention.
