A questão que se põe é saber se ela alterou o padrão corporativista até então existente ou não e, em relação às normas que lhe sucederam, se teve ela a força normativa para garantir a ocorrência dos princípios que a inspiraram / Abstract: This thesis intends to analyze the role of the 1988 Federal Constitution in terms of labor regulation, both in reference to the model existing until its promulgation, and in relation to the rules that came after it.
