nÃo hà / Como o trabalho voluntÃrio opera na educaÃÃo espÃrita, vivida pelos sujeitos do Grupo MÃos à Obra, que atua no PÃlo de DivulgaÃÃo EspÃrita Bezerra de Menezes? Mediante esta pergunta de pesquisa, o presente projeto buscou saber como o trabalho voluntÃrio do Grupo MÃos a Obra - grupo pertencente ao Grupo EspÃrita Paulo e EstevÃo/GEPE, que atua nas comunidades assentadas no PÃlo de DivulgaÃÃo EspÃrita Bezerra de Menezes, em Jaguaretama â funciona na educaÃÃo, na perspectiva espÃrita. A pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, metodologicamente se desenvolveu por meio da HistÃria de Vida e FormaÃÃo (DELORY-MOMBERGER; 2006; JOSSO, 2004). Os entrevistados foram selecionados dentro do prÃprio Grupo MÃos à Obra, com base em um tempo mÃnimo de participaÃÃo de dois anos de trabalho voluntÃrio; e o local da pesquisa foi o PÃlo de DivulgaÃÃo EspÃrita Bezerra de Menezes, localizado no sertÃo cearense, compondo uma regiÃo de seis assentamentos, no municÃpio de Jaguaretama-CearÃ. A partir da produÃÃo de saber levantada, constatou-se a presenÃa emblemÃtica de Bezerra de Menezes, o MÃdico dos Pobres, como referÃncia no lugar; e viu-se que ele fertiliza o diÃlogo dos sujeitos com sua dimensÃo espiritual. Percebeu-se que quando se utiliza o trabalho voluntÃrio como princÃpio educativo, este oferta um campo capaz de sedimentar transformaÃÃes do sujeito, fornecendo bases de uma utopia social. Ao fazerem suas leituras de si, no curso do trabalho voluntÃrio, viu-se que os sujeitos passam a operar com a valoraÃÃo de gratificaÃÃes intangÃveis e inegociÃveis. Observou-se que hà superaÃÃes da fragmentaÃÃo do trabalho como acontece no capitalismo, uma vez que os saberes produzidos no trabalho voluntÃrio sÃo essencialmente da ordem da existÃncia (âsaberes de vidaâ), produzindo uma rede de conversaÃÃo onde medra a reflexÃo espiritual capaz de unir dimensÃes apartadas como a Ãtico-moral, a afetividade, a socialidade e a espiritualidade em uma aÃÃo social coletiva e solidÃria. Viu-se que o trabalho voluntÃrio, pois, sedimenta a educabilidade do sujeito que, ao realizar aÃÃes coletivas concretas e solidÃrias, fazem um percurso reflexivo potente para colocÃ-los problematizando sua prÃpria histÃria e compromissado com o sofrimento social. Concluiu-se, ainda, que o trabalho voluntÃrio espÃrita, ao lidar com as mÃltiplas dimensÃes do sujeito, situa-o como ser espiritual em trÃnsito reencarnatÃrio, em seu caminho evolutivo, logo, transformador. / How volunteering operates in spiritualist education, experienced by the subjects of the MÃos à Obra Group, which operates in Bezerra de Menezes Disclosure Spiritist Association? Through this research question, this project seeks to know how the voluntary work of the MÃos à Obra Group, which belongs to GEPE â Grupo Espirita Paulo e EstevÃo, which operates in the communities living in Bezerra de Menezes Disclosure Spiritist Association, in Jaguaretama. - Functions as mediation and training in spiritualist perspective. The research has qualitative and methodologically will develop through the History of Life and Training (DELORY-Momberger; 2006). As the investigation procedures, we will use participant observation, field diary, educational biographies and Reflexive cycles, which will be the group research device. Respondents will be selected within the same group (MÃos à Obra), based on a minimum of two years of participation in volunteer work; and the search location will be the Bezerra de Menezes Disclosure Spiritist Association, located in thesettlement six area of the municipality of Jaguaretama - CearÃ. From the production of knowledge raised, there was the emblematic presence of Bezerra de Menezes, the doctor of the poor, as a reference in place; and it was seen that he fertilizes the dialogue of subjects with its spiritual dimension. It was noticed that when using volunteering as an educational principle, this offer a capable field of sedimentary transformations of the subject, providing foundations for a social utopia. By doing your readings themselves, in the course of volunteer work, it was seen that the subjects begin to operate with the valuation of intangibles and non-negotiable bonuses. It was observed that there are excedances of work fragmentation as in capitalism, since the knowledge produced in volunteer work are essentially the order of existence ("life knowledge"), producing a chat network which thrives spiritual reflection that together set apart dimensions as the ethical-moral, affectivity, sociality and spirituality in a collective solidarity and social action. It was found that volunteer work, therefore, consolidates the educability of the subject that, to take concrete solidarity and collective actions, make a powerful reflective path to put them questioning their own history and committed to social suffering. It was concluded also that the spiritualist volunteer work, in dealing with the multiple dimensions of the subject, places it as a spiritual being, in transit of the reincarnation, in its evolutionary path, so transformer.
