Рынки стран Центральной Азии развиваются и все больше вовлекаются в процессы глобализации мировой экономики. Вместе с ростом и развитием рынков неуклонно растет конкуренция, в том числе в металлургической отрасли. Для металлоторгующей компании в ситуации сильной конкуренции высока важность эффективного продвижения, базирующегося на правильно выбранной коммуникационной стратегии. В работе предложена модель репутации российской металлургической продукции, проанализировано её актуальное состояние на рынке стран Центральной Азии, а также описаны возможности использования положительной репутации металлургической продукции в качестве основы для стратегии продвижения. На основе полученных результатов была разработана новая коммуникационная стратегия для продвижения ТОО «Специальная металлургия» на рынке стран Центральной Азии, с опорой на положительную репутацию российской металлургической продукции. / Central Asian markets are developing and becoming more involved in the globalization of world economy. Competition in the metallurgical industry is mounting along with the growth and development of markets. The importance of effective promotion in a context of strong competition is high. It is based on a properly chosen communication strategy. Master's thesis proposes a model of reputation for Russian metallurgical products and analyzes its current status on the market of Central Asian countries. It describes the possibilities of using a positive reputation of metallurgical products as a basis for a promotion strategy.

The cessation of the company is preceded by its dissolution with or without liquidation provided that its property is passed to a legal successor in title. The term liquidation refers to the settlement of debts and property of the dissolved subject. This diploma thesis is particularly focused on individual stages of liquidating process of business organizations and their relation on legal standards.

Thesis ?Value generation and management in retail/whole chains? was started with intention to offer enhanced theoretical basis for research in this area, that is still represented insufficiently in comparison to importance of retail/whole chains in whole economy. Additionally the practical inconsistency between trading rules demostrated to customers and trading partners of chains (including visible behaviour of chains) and value driving variables bears interest. The thesis targets following: search and indication of potential value drivers (value affecting variables) of retail/wholesale chains description of such value affecting variables, testing of relevance of such value affecting variables synthesis of description and relevance (importance) gives recommendations and measures for value creation in these chains Based on analysis of external conditions and internal sources were identified following value generating areas: strategy of retail/wholesale chain growing from internal source of competitive advantage ? strategical differentiation, issue of expansion (understood both as strategical variable - potential competitive advantage, and external threat of concentration value creating variables of core business of retail/wholesale chain: price strategy managing of liquidity stabilization of operating profit in condition of fluctuation sales

Master´s thesis deals with possibility of choice different legal forms of business in the economic environment of Czech republic and choice of the enterprise which is the most suitable from the sight of income tax. I deal with choice of an appropriate type of partnership and comparison of different legal forms, which are based on the analysis of individual types of partnership by important criteria. Especially I focused on the criterion of the tax burden. Besides of the criterion of the tax burden it´s necessary also mention and judge the proper place - seat of an individual/a legal entity which is connected with taxation to the individual country. And take possibility of international tax planning into consideration. The aim of the thesis is to find and choose the most appropriate legal form of the enterprise to the potential entrepreneur.
