Main content of this thesis is analysis of flexicurity and its principles, which became a model for reformation of labour markets and social insurance nets in european region. Other than the research on functioning of flexicurity itself, thesis is focused on czech labour market, social insurance net, its flexibility and its main defections. Thesis also contains considerations on applying of the flexicurity principles in Czech Republic and fulfilling of goals determined by the European union strategies. Closure of the thesis is dedicated to calculations of the price of establishing flexicurity in Czech republic and determination if it is possible to finance it.

Diploma thesis "Formation of market institutions in Russia at the turn of 19th and 20th century" discusses the creation of a modern capitalist economy and the market institutions in Russia in the 19th century. The selected period undoubtedly changed not only the social and economic system, but the overall Russian history. In this study, the significant role plays the analysis of trade institutions, which are very important in determining the modern economic system. Also, one of the parts of this thesis is the analysis of social, economic and community development, geographical particularities, international relations and the level of industrialization. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the causes and results of the formation of market institutions in Russia, as the criteria for the transition from traditional to modern society. The thesis also compares the Russian experience with the experience of other European countries.

This diploma thesis analyses telecommunication sector of the Visegrad group countries. The aim of this thesis is to describe specifics and risks of this particular sector and uses classic and alternative financial ratios to compare performance and financial stability of the companies. In the theoretical part, each state´s tele-com sector is described as well as the methods and procedures used in this thesis. In the practical part, all of the financial ratios are calculated and classification trees for years 2012 - 2015 are built. Results are commented on statistical and economical level.

This diploma thesis deals with employee benefits. The main target is to propose a system of employee benefits for new companies entering the region of Hodonín. Employee satisfaction was analysed by using questionnaires in three selected companies running their business in region of Hodonín. The results obtained from the selected companies were compared and a proposal of benefits for new companies in the region was created based on them. An additional target of the thesis is to confirm or refute hypothesis about employment change when employees are not supplied with employee benefits depending on the age of respondents.

The main objective was to analyse the possibilities of supporting the development for sales of regional products of organic farming in the Olomouc Region. In the theoretical part, the basic aspects of organic farming and organic food and then the basic factors influencing the organic food market and the forms of sale were defined. Using a questionnaire survey and a personal questioning, a survey between consumers, sellers and the manufacturer were conducted. The obtained information was compared and the possibilities for the development of organic food sales were proposed.

Master thesis is focused on identifying factors that influence employers in the selection of a suitable candidate for the word position, and the factors that influence students as jobseekers. It is divided into literary review and results. The literary review deals with the position of university graduates, labor market and human resource management. A partial aim is to identify differences in the factors that influence students in the bachelor and master´s degree as jobseekers. The second partial aim is to compare the factors, that are important for student with factors, that are in the selection of a suitable candidate for work position important for empoyers. In the results part there are evaluated the questionnaires, which were completed by 301 students of final semesters Faculty of Business and Economics, Mendel University in Brno and 354 employers registered in the Portal of Practical Training Faculty of Business and Economics, Mendel University. The questionnaire research was conducted in the period June to September 2016.
