El presente trabajo de investigación aborda la percepción del paciente con TBC pulmonar sobre el apoyo emocional que recibe de su grupo familiar y del personal de salud para la satisfacción de sus necesidades emocionales; los objetivos que orientaron el trabajo fueron el de comprender y analizar la percepción de los pacientes con TBC sobre el apoyo emocional que brinda su grupo familiar y del personal del salud en la satisfacción de sus necesidades emocionales aceptación, suficiencia ( autosuficiencia) y afecto, así como describir la interrelación entre el paciente con Tuberculosis, su familia y el personal de salud. El diseño metodológico es cualitativo, tipo estudio de caso, teniendo como área de estudio el Servicio de ESN- PCT del Centro de Salud Tablada de Lurín, con una población de 35 pacientes. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica entrevista semi-estructurada a través de una guía de entrevista y observación participante, llegando al nivel de saturación con 12 pacientes. Las categorías que emergieron del análisis de los datos fueron: 1) Experimentando sentimientos generados por el diagnóstico de tuberculosis, 2) Sintiéndose discriminado por tener Tuberculosis, 3) Auto-cuidándose durante el tratamiento,4) Considerando importante el apoyo de la familia y del personal de salud, 5) Solicitando apoyo del personal de salud. Entre las consideraciones finales se tiene que el apoyo tanto emocional como tangible es percibido por los pacientes como importante y necesario desde el inicio, razón por la cual se debe establecer una adecuada relación terapéutica como responsabilidad del personal de salud hacerlo factible, siempre teniendo en cuenta las necesidades emocionales de afecto, suficiencia y autosuficiencia que manifiesta el paciente. / The investigation work present undertakes the perception of the patient with TBC pulmonary on the emotional support that receives of their family group and of the personnel of health for the satisfaction of their emotional needs; the objectives that oriented the work were that of understanding and to analyze the patients with TBC on the emotional support that offers the nurse and its relatives in the satisfaction of its needs emotional acceptance, sufficiency (self-sufficiency) and affection, as well as to describe the interrelation among the patient with Tuberculosis, its family and the personnel of health. The methodological design is qualitative, type case study, having as area of study the Service of ESN- PCT of the health center Slaughterhouse of Lurín, with a population of 35 patients. For the harvesting of data the technical interview was utilized semi-structured through a guide of interview and participating observation to a total 12 patients. The categories that emerge were: 1) Experiencing feelings generated by the diagnosis of tuberculosis, 2) being Felt discriminated by having Tuberculosis, 3) Car-Taking CARE OF during the processing, 4) Considering important the support of the family and of the personnel of health, 5) Requesting support of the personnel of health. Among the final considerations has that the so much emotional as tangible support is perceived for the patients like important and necessary since the start, reason by which an adequate therapeutic relation should be established as responsibility of the personnel of health to do it feasible, always keeping in mind the emotional needs of affection, sufficiency and self-sufficiency that declares the patient.
