El objetivo del estudio es describir la manera en la que se manifiesta el vínculo afectivo de parejas en adultos con ausencia paterna biológica en la infancia. Desde el paradigma cualitativo, se utilizó el diseño fenomenológico, usando como técnica de recolección de información la entrevista semiestructurada. Participaron 9 jóvenes entre hombres y mujeres comprendidos entre 22 y 26 años, que tienen o han tenido una relación de pareja. Se utilizó el análisis contenido obteniendo como categorías: Contextualización, Intimidad y Calidad de la relación analizando lo expresado por cada participante. Se encontró que los participantes presentan dificultades para relacionarse en el plano amoroso, expresar sus emociones, comunicarse; así mismo mencionan tener poco apoyo por parte de sus parejas, inseguridad y baja autoestima / The objective of the study is to describe the way in which the affective bond of couples is manifested in adults with biological paternal absence in childhood.
