It was done mainly through interviews and participant observation in two brotherhoods of tasters and harmonized on dinner in a restaurant company that sells wine. Examined the sharing of knowledge, taste and style between the panelists and their habits of eating together. Examined the role of fraternities prescritora wine, setting habitus through the exercise of the senses, collective consumption practices, rules of etiquette and reciprocity among members of fraternities, as well as the acquisition and expression of distinctive signs associated with ene-consumption and wine tourism / A pesquisa emp?rica procurou analisar o gosto, o estilo, os padr?es de sociabilidade e o perfil sociol?gico dos grupos de indiv?duos que participam de confrarias de degustadores de vinhos finos em Porto Alegre e Lajeado. Ela foi realizada, sobretudo, por meio de entrevistas e observa??o participante em duas confrarias de degustadores e em jantares harmonizados no restaurante de uma empresa que comercializa vinhos. Analisou o compartilhamento de conhecimentos, gostos e estilos entre os degustadores e seus h?bitos de comensalidade.
