The goal of this master thesis is to appraise Budweiser Budvar, national corporation to 1st August 2013 with the purpose of selling the company to an unknown potential buyer. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, all the important theoretical aspects are defined and methods for business valuation used in this thesis are described. In the second -- practical -- part, theory is applied to the particular company. Firstly, the appraised company is introduced followed by its strategic and financial analysis, value generators, and financial plan. The core valuation methods used are the two phase discounted free cash flow method and method based on industry multiples.

This diploma thesis called Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation deals with the finding of a possible difference between the price of the delivery of the building and the value of the building. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines value and price and then describes the possibilities of determining the price of the construction. In the practical part the offer price is analyzed and based on the market comparison the value of the selected building for sport and recreation is determined. The selected building for sport and recreation is a newly built wooden building in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The aim of this thesis is to determine the price of the delivery of the building, its comparison with the determined value and after that to assess the existence of any difference.

Compared takes place at the usual price and the price determined in different years and by identifying differences in prices in those years. For the year 2014 the calculation methodology used by the Valuation Decree no. 441/2013 coll., and the 2015 Decree no. 441/2013 coll.,as amended by Decree no. 199/ 2014Sb., that previous changes. Valuation is made by a comparative market method and comparative method of valuation decree. In the work is also this house valued by the same methods, but placed in a different location. The result of the practical part is to define the factors that influence the price in terms of other location. Furthermore it is defined how the price influence the.The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts related to pricing. Also approaches valuation methods according to the valuationrules and principles of market valuation.

The thesis is dealing with the financial and economic analysis of the road infrastructure project. The theoretical part focusses on the explanation of basic terms from the field of public investments. Next it is describing assessment methods of the public investment projects and then it is analysing projects in the transport infrastructure in detail. The practical part is dealing with the assessment of the public project concerning the reconstruction of the road II/422 Podivín-Lednice based on price normatives which set the basic price including real costs for the realization of the buildings of the project given. Next this price is set higher according to building risks presumed. The second part of the thesis is dealing with financial and economic assessment of the project based on the analysis of costs and benefits realized in the electronic system MS2014+, which is used for filling and submitting electronic applications to support projects from structural funds of the European Community and from National resources between the years of 2014 and 2020.
